Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of emotional, intellectual and spiritual quotient upon lecturer’s performance in Jogjakarta private universities. Multiple regression analysis applied in the research. The result show that the lecturer’s performance significantly affected by emotional, intellectual and spiritual quotient, both simultaneously and partial. The spiritual quotient gives more contribution influence to lecturer’s performance than emotional quotient and intellectual quotient. According on the result, emotional, intellectual and spiritual quotient  show very significantly influence to increase the lecturers performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention. The population in this study were 104 employees who worked in the company named PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta. The results are based on saturated sampling techniques obtained 92 samples as respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires answered directly by respondents who in this study employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention and work stress have a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta. Job satisfaction and work stress simultaneously influence turnover intention of PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of knowledge aboutentrepreneurship, motivation abd independence effort seeks to performance pedagang kakilima in the area of Kotagede, Yogyakarta. The research was conducted by taking objects on pedagang kakilima in the area of Kotagede Yogyakarta. To accomplish this study, the multiple regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis put forward.The results showed that there is signifi cant influence entrepreneurial knowledge, motivatin and independence effort seeks to performance pedagang kakilima Kotagede area simultaneously. Partially, the motivation just trying to have significant effect, whereas knowledge of business entrepreneurship and self-reliance is not a statistically significant effect.

Abstract

The teacher is someone who has a job as a facilitator for students to learn and/or develop the basic potentials and capabilities through both secaraoptimal school educational institutions established by governments or private. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors and one of them is emotional intelligence. The task of teachers is to form graduates who are competent to use optimally their feelings in order to identify itself and its environment.Problems examined in this study were: (1) Is self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills have a partial effect on the performance of teachers. (2) Is self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. The population in this study are teachers who teach in primary schools in the region Tegaltirto.The results showed that some self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy no significant impact on teacher performance, whereas social skills affect teacher performance. The results showed that the variables simultaneously self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Working together self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills to contribute 31.8% of teacher performance. The result is expected to be useful to teachers and schools. The teachers are expected to continue to improve emotional, because with a good emotional skills will be able to improve its performance as a teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance PT. Anindya International Partners in Yogyakarta. Research variables include: employee performance variable (Y) as the dependent variable and the variable need for achievement (X1), the variable need for power (X2), the variable need for affiliation (X3) as independent variables.This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study involves the employees of PT. Anindya International Partners in Yogyakarta. Samples are selected using the method of saturated samples, based on the population that has been described above, then the sample was selected in this study are 62 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study.Based on test results from t-test (linear regression test) partially on the need for achievement variable (X1) of 3.610> t-table = 2.000 and therefore contributes to employee performance variable (Y). In the variable need for power (X2) for 4.489 <t-table = 2.000, which means no effect on employee performance (Y). In the variable need for affiliation (X3) 1.961> t-table = 2.000 means no effect on employee performance (Y). While the F test (simultaneous test) to prove that the variable need for achievement (X1), the variable need for power (X2), the variable need for affiliation (X3), significantly affect employee performance (Y) equal to 39.137%.

Abstract

This research entitled compensation and work environment influence job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Shinta Daya. Basic research is whether the compensation and work environment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the compensation and work environment has a significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Shinta Daya either partially or in unison.    In this research, compensation (X1) and the working environment (X2) as independent variables and job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. The study involved PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Shinta Daya as objects of research hypothesis is the influence of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction. The population in this study are all permanent employees in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Shinta Daya.  The sample is selected by using the technique of saturated samples (census), which totaled  80.

Abstract

One effort that may be company performed to improve the customer is to determine the price, service, comfort atmosphere, the diversity of products and store design is good and interesting. The purpose of this study, to examine the influence of price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design on consumer purchase decisions either partially or simultaneously. Techniques used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples used as much as 100 samples.Methods of analysis used to test the hypothesis that F Test and t-test. Measurement instruments used for the five independent variables are qualified validity and reliability.The results showed that the partial test results all independent variables (price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design) significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. And test results together (F test) showed that all variables independent (X) has positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference of the variable work motivation among permanent employees and contract employees (financial motivation and non financial motivation), and differences in job performance between among permanent employees and contract employees at the company Kampoeng Brasco Factory outlet cipanas, cianjur, west java. The population in this study were all permanent employees and contract employees Kampoeng Brasco Factory outlet cipanas, cianjur, west java respectively numbered 35 people. The sample selected for permanent employees using sampling methods saturated. And for contract employees using random sampling methods. This study used independent sample t-test. Current Research showed that motivation difference between permanent employees and contract employees. Research on work performance variables showed that performance difference between permanent employees and contract employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and remuneration of the employee’s performance in PT Radio Permata Swaranusa. The sample of  the research are all employees of PT Radio Swaranusa which amount 30 people who more throughout the field of PT Radio Permata Swaranusa. The usage of analytical method is a statistical method by using a multiple linear regression analysis and t-test. The result of the analysis which has been done, generate that is significantly more influenced motivation 0.016 (Sig.) < 0.05 (alpha) and sompensation 0.831 (Sig.) > 0.05 (alpha).

Abstract

This research main goals is to know the influence of an adversity quotient, emotional quotient and stress towards academic achievement among student who join organisations in Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This research was a survey research using questionnaire as an instrument. Population of this research was a student who join organisation in Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. The sample that used was student who join an organisation such as DPM, BEM, HMPS and UKM from 2017 to 2018 school years that consist of 289 respondent with a proposional rundwon sampling technic. Instrument validation test was used pearson product moment, while the reliability was used alpha cronbach. Analysis technic that used was a mutiple reggresion analysis technic. The result of this research showing that adversity quotient variable (X1) has significant effect to academic achievement. emotional quotient variable (X2) has no significant effect to academic achievement. stress variable (X3) has significant effect to academic achievement. adversity quotient, emotional quotient and stress at the same time has a significant effect to academic achievement.
