Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis optimalisasi pelayanan administrasi kependudukan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 7 orang. data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, data yang peroleh tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui analisis kualitatif model interaktif yang tediri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Optimalisasi pelayanan administrasi publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Cacatan Sipil Kabupaten Kolaka dilakukan dengan peningkatan anggaran pada organisasi, penerapan value for money, penyediaan insentif berupa TTP bagi pegawai sesuai dengan beban kerja yang diberikan. Serta peningkatan kompetensi pegawai yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan-pelatihan baik itu yang diselenggarakan oleh daerah, provinsi maupun pemerintah pusat, selain itu juga peningkatan kompotensi pegawai dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan formal.Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi, Administrasi Kependudukan, Kinerja Pegawai

This study aims to determine the history of the struggle for Panggadereng in United Local, South Sulawesi XV-XVII century. The method that the researchers used in the writing of this history is a research method according Kuntowijoyo. The stages of historical research by Kuntowijoyo has five stages, the selection of topics, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and writing.Gowa and Bone kingdom are two forces that are very influential in the political constellation in Jasirah South Sulawesi in the kingdom. The power struggle between the two kingdoms not only occur during the reign of Sultan Hasanuddin in Gowa and reign in the kingdom Palakka White Bone, but long before the two kingdoms have been involved in the struggle pangadereng in the region. This lasted until after the treaty of bongaja which has also been involved in a contradiction that VOCs. Keywords: Power struggle, Local Kingdom, South Sulawesi.

Polusi udara dalam ruangan merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius karena menjadi penyebab 4,5 juta kematian tahunan secara global akibat pneumonia (12%), stroke (34%), penyakit jantung iskemik (26%), penyakit paru obstruktif kronik (22%), dan kanker paru-paru (6%). Pneumonia adalah penyebab kematian menular terbesar pada anak-anak di seluruh dunia. Pneumonia menewaskan 808.694 anak di bawah usia 5 tahun pada tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan dampak polusi udara dalam ruangan pada kejadian kasus pneumonia. Ini adalah tinjauan literatur dari beberapa jurnal. Polusi udara dalam ruangan terdiri dari debu (PM10, PM2.5), kotoran atau gas (gas CO, NO dan SO) di udara dalam gedung seperti rumah atau tempat kerja yang merugikan jika kita menghirupnya. Paparan jangka panjang polusi udara dalam ruangan bisa menyebabkan pneumonia dan masalah kesehatan lainnya. Meningkatkan kualitas udara dalam ruangan dengan pengendalian sumber untuk menghindari emisi dalam dan luar ruangan, penyediaan ventilasi yang memadai dan teknologi pembersihan udara dapat diprioritaskan untuk mencegah kejadian kasus pneumonia.

One effort that may be company performed to improve the customer is to determine the price, service, comfort atmosphere, the diversity of products and store design is good and interesting. The purpose of this study, to examine the influence of price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design on consumer purchase decisions either partially or simultaneously. Techniques used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples used as much as 100 samples.Methods of analysis used to test the hypothesis that F Test and t-test. Measurement instruments used for the five independent variables are qualified validity and reliability.The results showed that the partial test results all independent variables (price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design) significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. And test results together (F test) showed that all variables independent (X) has positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions (Y).

This community service activity aims to increase the selling value of local products and the empowerment of entrepreneurs from members of the UPPKS Kalipakem Baru group. This activity focuses on improving life skills, productivity, marketing abilities, and online selling. The service activity delivery is done by the lecture method explaining the importance of making innovative products, improving life skills, the importance of marketing, and selling online. This activity provides training on how to create an online store and open discussions openly with participants. This activity expected that there would be an increase in the ability and expertise of participants in marketing and selling products online. This activity makes the product more known to the public and increases the number of orders so that the income of group members increases.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi kerja antara karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak pada PT. Honda Makassar Indah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode uji analisis Chi Square dengan populasi 74 orang terdiri dari 19 karyawan tetap dan 55 karyawan kontrak. Dari hasil analisis data, chi square hitung < chi square tabel yaitu 5,63 < 9,48, artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi kerja yang signifikan antara karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak pada PT. Honda Makassar Indah. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja. Abstract This study aims to determine the differences in work motivation between permanent employees and contract employees at PT. Honda Makassar Beautiful. This type of research is quantitative using Chi Square analysis test method with a population of 74 people consisting of 19 permanent employees and 55 contract employees. From the results of data analysis, the chi square count < chi square table is 5.63 < 9.48, meaning that there is no significant difference in work motivation between permanent employees and contract employees at PT. Honda Makassar Beautiful. Keywords: Work Motivation.

Ukuran atau jumlah direksi telah menjadi bahan diskusi dalam kinerja perusahaan di mana sejumlah penelitian berusaha untuk mengeksplorasi dampak ukuran dewan pada kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan merupakan studi kasus di Bank Ganesha, menggunakan data laporan keuangan triwulanan antara Maret 2013 – Juni 2021 dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan jumlah direksi terhadap return on assets (ROA) di Bank Ganesha. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya meneliti variabel makro yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Kata Kunci: jumlah direksi, bank, return on assets

Untia Village, located in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, is a strategic place because it has the potential of the sea as the main source of livelihood. However, what is found in Untia village is the lack of education in terms of knowledge and skills among the community, causing fishermen in Untia village to still be relatively low in terms of economy, education, environment and health services. Therefore, the PPK Ormawa LDF SC AL FURQAN BEM FIS-H UNM Team provided a solution through an education-based maritime village program oriented towards increasing the economic productivity of fishermen, increasing education, improving environmental quality and health services to create a developed fishing village. The method used in this activity is on the job training (learning while working) together with fishermen and their families to implement the maritime village program. There are 2 (two) outputs produced from PPK Ormawa LDF SC AL FURQAN BEM FIS-H UNM, namely: mandatory outputs include: (1) Thematic Capacity Development and Soft Skills Book, (2) executive summary containing activity descriptions, (3) electronic media publications uploaded to university, faculty and student organization channels, and (4) posters and profiles of activity results. Additional outputs are: (1) real products in the form of fish farming and a mobile library, (2) scientific articles, and (3) mass media publications.
