Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction at PT. Adonara Bakti Bangsa either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample of 115 respondents. Data analysis used validity test data, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 26,290 + 0,517X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.499, meaning that both variables have a fairly strong relationship with the coefficient of determination of 24.9% and hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or ( 2,040 > 1,981). Motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9.517 + 0.814X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.682 meaning that both variables have a strong relationship with the coefficient of determination of 46.1% and hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or ( 7.152 > 1.981 ). Compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 6.401 + 0.173X1 + 0.701X2. The value of the correlation coefficient is 0.696, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a weak relationship with the coefficient of determination of 24.9% while the remaining 75.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test of calculated F value > F table or (52.668 > 2.69) thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Compensation and Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT. Adonara Bakti Bangsa.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengadian masyarakat ini ertujuan untuk mengenalkan kebiasaan makan yang sehat kepada anak-anak dengan mengkonsumsi sayur dan buah. Diet adalah cara mengatur jumlah  makanan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan psikologi pencegahan dan proses penyembuhan. Masa pertumbuhan anak merupakan masa di mana orang tua harus memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap kontriusi gizi yang diterima anak.Dalam hal ini tentunya perlu dapat memilih kontriusi gizi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah edukasi membuat pelatihan dengan menampilkan buah-buahan sayur-sayuran dan cara memuat salad buah. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah semua anak peserta pelatihan merespon dengan baik kegiatan ini sekaligus mendorong orang tua untuk mengenalkan sayur dan buah untuk dimakan anak-anak dengan gizi yang cukup.

Abstract

Keuangan merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi setiap orang untuk menghindari masalah keuangan, sehingga literasi yang mengatur keuangan pribadi sangat diperlukan. Kesulitan keuangan bukan hanya akibat rendahnya pendapatan, tetapi juga dapat timbul dari kesalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan (mis-management) seperti kesalahan penggunaan kredit dan kurangnya perencanaan keuangan. Literasi keuangan (financial literacy) yang semakin mendapatkan perhatian di banyak negara maju menunjukkan betapa pentingnya kesadaran akan keuangan. Di beberapa negara, literasi keuangan bahkan sudah menjadi program nasional. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan masih rendah di negara-negara maju, terlebih lagi di negara-negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Kondisi ini merupakan masalah serius mengingat literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap inklusi dan perilaku keuangan. Untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan, diperlukan praktik langsung serta cara pembuatan akun di media digital. Hasilnya, karyawan mampu melakukan promosi di media sosial dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing melalui platform seperti Instagram.

Abstract

Child labor is increasing where many children enter an institution or agency to do a job, the question that is often raised is whether children actually have the right to work, whether or not children have the right to work must be taken seriously and carefully. Jobs in Indonesia are always opened both formally and informally, the problem is that there is still a legal relationship that exists between the child and a certain agency or institution based on the existence of a working relationship between the two parties, in which the child is represented by the parent or guardian either by virtue of a work agreement verbally or in writing or consciously or unconsciously the child's parents make the child's decision to work. Social conditions cause children to generally work informally because the main capital for work does not demand special or specific requirements, the most important thing is determination, willingness and sincerity to work. so that this becomes an opportunity for children to work in certain sectors. Supervision of child workers should be a top priority, so that the protection of children's rights can be realized as a form of state responsibility. This problem is trying to be studied how Juridical Sociological Review of Legal Protection for Street Children Working in the Informal Sector (Study in South Tangerang City). By using normative legal research methods and qualitative approaches, it is hoped that this paper can answer these problems
