Abstract

From the initial research that researchers do, the phenomenon that occurs in the company is the number of employees who relaxed when the work is still loose, the experts in the company feel comfortable because of the absence of rivals, as well as lack of trust given the company to employees in providing jobs in scale the greater one. This is behind the lack of affective commitment of employees to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of demographic characteristics, length of work and perceived organizational support to affective commitment at PT. Bensatra Advertising Medan. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously variable of demography characteristic, work period and perceived organizational support have significant effect to affective commitment. Demographic characteristics have no significant effect on affective commitment, tenure and perceived organizational support affect affective commitment.

Abstract

Animation comes from the Latin word "anima" which means soul, life, spirit. Meanwhile, characters are people, animals and other real objects that are presented in the form of 2D and 3D images. So that animated characters can be interpreted as images containing objects that appear to be alive, caused by the collection of images changing regularly and alternately being displayed. Objects in images can be text, shapes, colors and special effects. The purpose of this community service is to improve the learning system and methods in learning. So that students do not feel bored in class. The result of the counseling is that the participants/teachers are able to make flash animations with this counseling and training and the participants are able to improve applying the flash animation learning method in class

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of factors of skill, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu District Labor Office. This Type Of Research Is Associative Research. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with the type of quantitative descriptive research by distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents, while the population used in this study is the employee on the performance of employees at the Office of Labor Labuhanbatu district data collection techniques were conducted by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis tools used in this study using SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant Test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study showed partially (t test) it is known that the skills significantly affect the performance of employees at the Labuhanbatu District Labor Office. Motivation significant effect on employee performance on employee performance at the Labor Office of Labuhanbatu then work discipline significant effect on employee performance on employee performance at the Labor Office of Labuhanbatu on simultaneous testing (test F) it is known that motivation skills and work discipline significant effect on employee performance at the Labor Office of Labuhanbatu through testing coefficient of determination (R Square) 69.9% , and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance 3.83% the remaining 3.25% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the concept of work policy, work discipline, incentives and motivation on the performance of employees of PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is the employees of PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat. Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula with a total of 98 people . Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data collection techniques in the study were obtained by means of Literature Research, Field Research (observation, interviews, and questionnaires).                            The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) showed that work discipline (X2) and motivation (X4) had a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (test F) showed the concept of work Policy (X1), work discipline (X2), incentives (X3) and motivation (X4) affect the performance of employees at PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat. Based on the results of the determination test, it is known that the performance of employees in PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat can be explained by the variable concept of work policy, work discipline, incentives and motivation by 22.4%. While the remaining 77.3% can be explained by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between human resource development and working conditions on the performance of employees of PT. Socfindo Pamingke. The analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis obtained is as follows : Y = 9.389 + 0.131 X1+ 0.444 X2 + e. Human Resource Development t test (X1) on employee performance (Y) obtained t count (1.212) < from T table (1.665) so that Human Resource Development variables have no significant relationship to employee performance PT. Socfindo Pamingke. Working condition t test (X2) on employee performance (Y) obtained calculated t value (4.014) > from T table (1.665) so that the working condition variable has a significant relationship to the performance of employees of PT. Socfindo Pamingke. Calculated F value (37.217) > from the table F value (3.12) with a significance value of 0.000< 0.05 then H0 is rejected so that there is a significant relationship between human resources development and working conditions simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Socfindo Pamingke. Calculation of the SPSS program obtained value Adjusted Rquare = 0.492 shows that the development of human resources and working conditions contribute 70.1% relationship in influencing employee performance, while the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied, such as compensation factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh customer experience dan customer value terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer loyalty pada Suzuya Rantauprapat dengan nilai t1 hitung sebesar 2,889 > ttabel sebesar 1,661 dengan signifikansi 0,005 < 0.005. Customer Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer lotyalty pada suzuya Rantauprapat dengan nilai t2 hitung sebesar 3,524 > ttabel sebesar 1,661 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0.005, Costumer Experience dan Customer Value berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Customer loyalty pada Suzuya Rantauprapat dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 78,661 < dari Ftabel 3.09 dengan taraf signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 pada taraf kepercayaan 95% dan Alpha 5%.
