Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of High Involvement Work System (HIWS) and technologies adaption on the performance in Indonesian banking sector and also determine whether the perceived leadership behavior successfully moderating the effect of HIWS and technologies adaption on the banking sector performance in Indonesia. The data of 96 respondents were conducted by questionnaire that measured using the 1 (totally dissagree) to 5 (totally agree) Likert score and analyzed using the associative method using PLS software. The result indicates that the application of HIWS in the banking sector has a positive but not significant effect on the performance. While the test results state that technologies adoption significantly influences positive performance in the banking sector. For moderation variables in the form of perceived leadership behavior weaken the influence of HIWS on performance, otherwise, it strengthen the influence of technology adoption on the performance of Indonesian banking sector.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to develop employee organizations' role in implementing risk management in public sector organizations. This study's character uses several indicators, including values, attitudes, interests, and religion. The research was conducted at public sector organizations in the non-profit category, Infaq Amal Zakat and Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) in Malang City. The research method used is grounded theory research with a qualitative approach, in which data research uses structured and open interview techniques. The collected data will be analyzed using grounded theory analysis techniques. The study results found several factors, as seen from their abilities, values, attitudes, interests, and religiosity, in supporting the implementation of risk management in Malang. These characteristics include working with time, the right placement of human resources, mastery of job descriptions, information, ability, and transfer of knowledge, in terms of values, including cooperation, responsibility, democracy, solidarity, humanity, honesty, order, and discipline. In terms of attitude, including being wise, with integrity, cooperative, open, and selective. In terms of interest, it is shown by being participatory, actualizing, and proactive.Meanwhile, in terms of religiosity, it includes the mandate to carry out duties, desire in preaching, and personal needs to fill charity activities with full volunteerism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of the antecedents of intention to leave involve job dissatisfaction and work-related stress in the Small Medium Entreprises (SMEs). The variables were moderated by the perceived alternative job opportunities (PAJO) as Indonesian Migrant Workers. A total of 89 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of SMEs located in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The Data were analyzed using the associative descriptive method, using PLS version 3.0 software. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that work dissatisfaction and work-related stress have a positive influence on the intention to leave the SMEs. The perceived of alternative job opportunities as Indonesian migrant workers successfully moderating the effect of employee work-related stress on the intention to leave SMEs in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru untuk menulis karya ilmiah, meningkatkan kualifikasi guru, dan meningkatkan referensi kemampuan penelitian dalam berbagai sumber. Implementasi PKM telah mempresentasikan penyajian informasi dalam penyediaan utama kegiatan pelatihan, memberikan undangan kepada guru yang akan menjadi peserta pelatihan, melatih, dan melaporkan hasil kegiatan. Materi yang disajikan pada saat pelatihan, yaitu: 1) darurat dalam penyusunan dokumen ilmiah untuk peningkatan karier dan pengetahuan pendidik; 2) strategi untuk menulis prosedur dan jurnal ilmiah; 3) sosialisasi kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan menulis karya tulis ilmiah tingkat siswa SMP/MTs/Sederajat; dan 4) pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan menulis karya tulis ilmiah tingkat siswa SMP/MTs/Sederajat. Peserta pelatihan juga akan memiliki saran penulisan ilmiah tentang kegiatan dan praktik menulis dokumen ilmiah. Peserta  pelatihan guru di MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Hasil pelatihan yang diperoleh: 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar tentang cara penggalian ide dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah; 2) meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar tentang cara membuat sitasi menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley; 3) meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar tentang metodologi penulisan ilmiah yang baik dan benar; sarta 4) peserta mengetahui jenis jurnal ilmiah di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, yang dapat digunakan untuk mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah mereka.ABSTRACTThe Community Service Program is implemented to increase teacher’s creativity to write scientific papers, improve teacher qualifications by writing scientific papers and increase references to research abilities in various sources. The implementation of the program has presented the presentation of information in the main provision of training activities, giving invitations to teachers who will be a training participant, training, and report the results of activities. The materials presented during the training are as follows: 1) emergencies in the preparation of scientific documents to enhance educators' careers and knowledge, 2) strategies for writing procedures and scientific journals, 3) Socialization of Training Activities and Development of Scientific Writing for Junior High School Students / Equivalent, and 4) Implementation of Junior High School / MTs /Equivalent Writing Training and Development of Scientific Writing. The training participants also have scientific writing suggestions about how to and practice writing scientific documents. Teacher training participants at MTs 1 Muhammadiyah Malang.. After the training, the results obtained are 1) Increase basic knowledge about how to extract ideas in writing scientific papers 2) Increase basic knowledge about how to make citations using the Mendeley application 3) Increase basic knowledge of good and correct scientific writing methodologies, and finally 4) Participants know the types of scientific journals at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, which can be used to publish their scientific papers.

Abstract

This research aims to know and compare about financial performance in Tulungagung and Trenggalek regency from 2006-2010 fiscal year to support regional autonomy implementation.  The data sources were from the documentations which was taken from DPPKAD Tulungagung Regency and Directorate General of Financial Development (www.djpk.depkeu.go.id) analysed by using descriptive comparative method with some financial ratios, the ratio  of financial independence regency, financial effectiveness, the degree of fiscal decentralization, the ratio of capital expenditures, the ratio of expenditure management, and growth ratios.   The result of this research showed that the financial independence of Tulungagung regency was 7, 76% higher than 6,53 % ratio of Trenggalek regency. However, both of them is in the 0-20% range therefore they have instructive pattern. The financial effectiveness of Tulungagung and Trenggalek regency in the late five years was stable over 100%. Therefore it is very efective to both of them. The efectiveness means either Tulungagung regency or Trenggalek regency are able to implement PAD target. The result of capital expenditure ratio, showed that Trenggalek regency has higher rate, 17,68 %, meanwhile Tulungagung regency only has 16,45%.  The result of expenditure management ratio shown that Tulungangung regency has 92, 72% rates, and Trenggalek has 97, 42% rates. However, the growth of financial capabilty of Trenggalek and Tulungagung regency is good because it has increased from 2006-2010, although it is very small increasing. Overall, the financial capability both of Tulungagung and Trenggalek Regency is still in the low level to support regional autonomy implementation. So, the government needs to have an effort to increase PAD either from extensification or intensification by identifying regency potential to increase financial source by improving performance of tax collection.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penataan (perbaikan) ulang pada Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) di Kabupaten Tulungagung yaitu SMK Muhammadiyah 2 yang berlokasi di Desa Ketanon, Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penataan ulang AUM tersebut terkait dengan keberadaan dan profil AUM yang akan dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk pemutakhiran database AUM. Berdasarkan aktivitas pendampingan terkait dengan pengurusan ijin pendirian, NIB, NPWP, dan pengelolaan keuangan dapat diinformasikan bahwa untuk ijin pendirian dan NPWP telah dilakukan oleh pengelola SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya dokumen pengesahan pendirian, ijin perpanjangan operasional, dan NPWP. Namun berkenaan dengan pendaftaran NIB belum tuntas dan masih dalam proses menunggu konfirmasi dari PDM dan PP Muhammadiyah. Pengelolaan keuangan di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung terlaksana dengan baik namun perlu didukung dengan adanya aplikasi yang menunjang keefektivan pelaporan keuangan. Status kepemilikan lahan atas aset tanah yang digunakan oleh AUM perlu adanya penegasan mengingat tanah tersebut merupakan tanah hibah dan berdampak pada besaran PBB yang harus dibayarkan oleh pihak sekolah. Terakhir, berkenaan dengan kewenangan penerbitan SK pendirian AUM perlu disinkronkan, dievaluasi dan ditata kembali.

Abstract

Sumbersekar Village also participated in running a government program by forming the Sumbersekar BUMDES. The fund for the formation and management of BUMDES itself is obtained from the Village Fund Allocation The village fund provided by the state aims to make villages more productive. Increased productivity of the village is seen from the economic development increases, the level of people who work and have increased business, the quality of life including health becomes better. The purpose of the dedication is to provide assistance to the village officials of Sumbersekar in designing the BUMDES governance that will be established so that it can run in accordance with the vision and mission of the Village. Through the establishment of BUMDES, it is hoped that the economy of the Sumbersekar village community can improve from before. Because with the BUMDES, the business units in the village will be better managed. Therefore, a clear organizational structure and division of tasks is needed at the beginning of the establishment of the BUMDES so that at the time the implementation can proceed in accordance with the established governance system.Keywords:  Governance design, BUMDes, Sumbersekar Village

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of knowledge sharing, innovation capability on the public sector performance in Indonesia. This study's data consisted of all Regional Work Units from various provinces in Indonesia. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 tools. The result shows that tacit knowledge sharing does not affect on innovation capability, but explicit knowledge sharing positively affects on innovation capability of public sector organizations. Furthermore, the innovation capability affects the organizational performance, which means that new ideas, new services, and improving the quality of services carried out by public sector organizations can improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi masalah risiko yang dihadapi Lazis Muhammadiyah (LazisMu) kabupaten Malang. Pertama, risiko reputasi dan kehilangan muzakki. Kedua, risiko penyaluran, ketiga risiko operasional, dan yang ke empat adalah risiko transfer zakat antar negara. Solusi yang diberikan dengan cara melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan penguatan karakter SDM (kemampuan, nilai, sikap, minat, dan religiusitas) dalam penerapan manajemen berbasis risiko, karena tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa SDM memegang peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis IPTEKS ini dilakukan melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan praktis dan aplikatif manajemen profesional untuk diterapkan pada LazisMu Kabupaten Malang meliputi pengelolaan SDM yang disajikan dalam bentuk pelatihan, ceramah, praktek lapangan/ teknis dan diskusi. Target luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dasar tentang pentingnya penerapan manajemen berbasis risiko, meningkatnya keterampilan (skills) yang meliputi nilai, kemampuan, sikap, minat dan religiusitas SDM dalam menerapkan manajemen berbasis risiko di LazisMu Kabupaten Malang. Mitigasi risiko juga dilakukan berupa evaluasi penerapan manajemen berbasis risiko serta model manajemen berbasis risiko yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan LazisMu Kabupaten Malang.
