Abstract

The freight forwarding service is a promising business so many new companies are opening this business. Business Delivery of goods is the impact of other businesses that require services expedition. Some of the problems that can happen is data loss, data error or lack of complete data delivery of goods, the division of work courier is also a complicated matter, and tracking of the delivery of goods is difficult. Application development to overcome the problem is building information management of web-based freight forwarding with waterfall software development method and using the concept of Unified Modeling Language (UML). Use of the application can reduce the risk of data loss due to less orderly administration, error data or lack of data delivery of goods because the data is stored centrally on the server. Distribution of courier in goods delivery can be done more easily. Use of this application provides information about tracking the delivery of goods so that the delivery process can be tracked its existence

Abstract

The credibility of a hospital has the effect of the services provided by the hospital. One of the services in the hospital is inpatient services and the role of nurses who have an important role in serving patients. Some problems in hospitalization services that occur such as manual nurse calls are done by visiting the treatment room and proposing the desired service. This method is less effective because it will require a long process in service. The application of nurse calls is done to improve services so that nurses can provide the best service and patient health can be monitored properly. The calling system for nurses is based on client-server and additional features such as heart detection, temperature detection, and emergency buttons that have the role to call nurses. The advantage of the nurse call application is that it can monitor patient health from several detection devices that will automatically call through the application. In addition to handling patients will be monitored by the hospital, the nurse's performance will also be detected. The results of this study are that the nurse call process will be automatically carried out by a detection device so that the nurse will detect the patient's condition quickly, the patient handling data will be stored on the server, therefore the history of heart rate and temperature records is more complete and can be used for doctors to handle patients.

Abstract

Activities in the library The process of finding references will be difficult for users and with the Covid-19 pandemic condition, work from home is enforced, this will also have an impact on administration and services in the library. Development of a digitalization system and library administration in improving the services of the PNC library using the software development method of the system development life cycle and the system built on a web-based basis. The design uses the UML concept, system testing using the blackbox testing method, boundary value analysis, and system evaluation with the concept of end-user computing satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to build a library digitalization system and library automation that can assist the administrative process and service to users. The result of the research is a digitalization system that can provide information, namely references in the form of final project books and industrial internships in web-based libraries and independent circulation systems in libraries that will support library services more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Advertising sangat efektif memperkenalkan barang atau jasa kepada masyarakat luas. Di Kabupaten Cilacap, pemerintah menyediakan papan reklame yang dikelola oleh BPMPT untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, tetapi proses perizinan dan pembayaran sering dianggap rumit dan memakan waktu. Kendala ini menyebabkan frustrasi dan penurunan minat pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan layanan papan reklame pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menyederhanakan proses perizinan serta pembayaran pemasangan papan reklame di Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian mencakup calon pengguna papan reklame yang memerlukan izin dari Badan Pengelola Modal dan Perizinan Terpadu (BPMPT) serta pembayaran melalui DPPKAD Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, dan Aset Daerah. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototipe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu menyederhanakan proses perizinan serta pembayaran pemasangan papan reklame, meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan kepada pengguna, dan mengelola sewa advertising dengan lebih baik dan transparan bagi BPMPT dan DPPKAD. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan pemerintah, memudahkan perencanaan iklan, dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan daerah serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui aktivitas periklanan yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Determining Uang Kuliah Tunggal/UKT for new students is important in Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru/PMB process after PMB selection process. The determination of UKT groups by The PMB committee at Politeknik Negeri Cilacap is carried out one by one by looking at the economic data of new students. This condition has become a special problem due to the increase in PMB quotas in the PNC, so it requires alternative solutions that can be used as one of the benchmarks in the determination of a new student UKT group in PNC. The researchers used clustering with features that represent the economic conditions of new students with the K-means method to provide alternative solutions. The result of using the K-Means method in clustering, yielding a performance value for the number of clusters 8 of 1669,283, with the highest number of cluster members in cluster members in cluster 4 being 72 out of 275 data. The Elbow method test results to determine the best number of clusters resulting in 4 cluster with a performance value of 2462,003.

Abstract

The Kwartir Ranting Maos office manages the Scout Movement at the sub-district level. With 39 Scout units from siaga, penggalang, to penegak levels, there is a need for efficient activity report tracking and proposal submission, along with accountability reports for completed activities. Currently, these processes are done conventionally, requiring direct submissions from Scout units to Kwarran, making it challenging to monitor ongoing and scheduled activities. This study aims to design an administrative system to streamline these processes, making them more effective, efficient, and optimal. The research findings indicate that the SIKEKWARMA system can significantly enhance the management and supervision of Scout units by the Kwartir Ranting Maos. The system allows simultaneous access to information, facilitating better coordination among all involved parties. Additionally, it improves the accountability of proposal submissions and activity reports. Overall, SIKEKWARMA supports better decision-making and communication within the Kwartir Ranting Maos.
