Abstract

Improvement in teachers' teaching performance can be achieved by improving school leadership and school climate. This study aims: (a) to investigate the school leadership, school climate, and teacher’s performance, (b) to know how great the influence of school leadership and school climate on teacher’s performance. The study shows that the school principal leadership of State Vocational School (SMK) in Indramayu Regency, which includes dimensions of personality, decision-making ability, ability to communicate, motivate and delegate an authority, provides fair influence on performance. School climate also has fair influence on the performance of teachers. Teachers’ performance is in fair category. School leadership has a positive effect on the performance of teachers but is not enough (less fair) to motivate the performance. The school climate has less fair influence on teacher’s performance and can motivate the performance. School leadership and climate provide a significant positive impact on teacher’s performance.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa, Kegiatan tersebut menjadi bentuk nyata kontribusi universitas bagi masyarakat, industri, pemerintah daerah dan kelompok masyarakat yang ingin mandiri secara ekonomi maupun social. Berdasarkan situs Direktorat Tindak Pidana Siber Bareskrim Polri, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat total 11.205 laporan masyarakat mengenai kejahatan siber yang terjadi, Kasus terbanyak di daerah Karawang yang berhubungan dengan kejahatan siber adalah kasus penipuan. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa salah satu kejahatan siber merupakan kejahatan yang cukup serius. Hal ini yang melatar belakangi tim pengabdi melakukan pengebadian untuk melakukakn proses pembuktian Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Dalam Tahap Penyidikan Melalui Bukti Petunjuk Melalui Ilmu Komputer Digital Forensik Di Kepolisian Resort Karawang. Metoda Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan secara daring mengingat di Tahun 2020 sedang dalam masa Pandemi, sehingga dilaksanakan dari tempat tinggal setiap mahasiswa. Dengan tujuan mahasiswa dan mitra kepolsian dapat lebih memahami penindakan kejahatan teknologi informasi terutama dalam hal pembuktian.

Abstract

Abstract — Security and confidentiality of a file are important aspects because the owner of the file does not want the data to be known by irresponsible parties. To keep the file secret and secure there are techniques called cryptographic algorithms and steganographic algorithms. Cryptographic algorithms are a way to change the contents of the file to be incomprehensible, while steganographic algorithms are a way of inserting files that you want to keep secret with other file types such as images, sounds, or videos. One type of cryptography is Caesar Cipher and steganography is Least Significant Bit (LSB). Caesar Cipher is a way of securing and keeping the contents of a file secret by shifting letters, while the Least Significant Bit (LSB) is a method of insertion by replacing the rightmost or backmost bits. This research uses waterfall software development with the stages consist of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The program code is written in Java language and uses the Netbeans 8.2 application. The result of the research is that with 10 research materials, 5 document files (* .doc) and 5 image files (* .png), only 2 files of each research material can be processed by this software. The tests carried out included testing the functions and steganographic criteria such as Fidelity, Recoverable, and Robustness. Abstract

Adiarsa Health Center is one of the health centers located in West Java, precisely on wirasaba street, East Karawang Regency. Treatment at the Adiarsa Community Health Center can be said to still have several issues, among which is the absence of media or information for teenage patients, where for teenage patients the media is a very important source of information. Based on this, media is needed to facilitate consultation needs. When designing an application, the main factor that is most considered is the user interface design. In designing the user interface using the approach of design thinking, and in testing using the system usability scale (SUS). The design thinking methodology, which comprises five stages empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test is applied in this study. The results of this research produced a prototype user interface design for an online health consultation application and in the testing stage obtained a SUS score of 75,5. These findings suggest that creating the user interface and user experience of the online health consultation application using the design thingking method can meet user needs and is easy to use.

Abstract

Baby spa can help toddlers experience good growth and development. Because in a baby spa there are lots of stimuli given to make the baby sleep better. Sleep itself influences growth by increasing the production of growth hormone secretion by as much as 75%. Baby spa can be done by parents or baby spa therapists. However, based on the results of pre- research observations, it was found that some parents had difficulty finding baby spa therapy. Seeing the urgency of parents and baby spa therapists in the field of communication technology, there is an opportunity to build a system that can integrate the needs of parents and therapists. Applications available on the Play Store usually only focus on recording baby growth and development, so services for baby spa therapists are very rare and there are not many therapists available. This research produces output in the form of a proposed interface design for baby spa therapy reservation applications that have passed the stages of cutting or coding the application display. This research is said to be successful because the results of testing with users show a value of 89.5 or have an Acceptable Excellent category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengamatan arus laut merupakan bagian dari pengumpulan data yang dilaksanakan oleh Pushidrosal. Data arus laut banyak sekali digunakan dalam berbagai bidang diantarannya bidang hidrografi, oseanografi, proyek rekayasa, perikanan dan di bidang pariwisata. Hal ini menimbulkan konsekuensi atas ketersediaan alat pengukur arah dan kecepatan arus laut dalam skala besar, praktis, ekonomis, akurat dan akses data yang cepat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis bermaksud meningkatkan kemampuan prototype alat ukur arus laut sensor reed switch yang sudah ada sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut serta mewujudkan kemandirian teknologi dalam negeri. Upgrade tersebut dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan microcontroller Arduino UNO,Arduino NANO, sensor magnetic reed switch, sensor Sensor GY-271 HMC5883L Modulelectronic compass 3-Axis, sensor Water Pressure, serta menambahan perangkat pengiriman data nir kabel jarak jauh menggunakan LORA (Long Range),LoRa sendiri adalah teknologi komunikasi data digital nir kabel. Lora menggunakan format modulasi sub Giga Hertz, pita frekuensi lora bervariasi berdasarkan wilayah, dimana frekuensi wilayah asia adalah 433 MHz. Sebagai data pembanding pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat current meter valeport 106.

Abstract

Pasang surut merupakan perubahan tinggi permukaan air yang diakibatkan adanya fenomena gaya gravitasi bulan, oleh karena itu data ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam berbagai bidang, diantarannya bidang hidrografi, oseanografi, proyek rekayasa, perikanan. Hal ini menimbulkan konsekuensi atas ketersediaan alat ukur pasang surut dalam skala besar, praktis, ekonomis, akurat dan akses data yang cepat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis bermaksud untuk meningkatkan kemampuan prototype alat ukur pasang surut sensor pressure yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut serta diharapkan mampu mewujudkan kemandirian teknologi dalam negeri. Upgrade tersebut dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan microcontroller Arduino uno, sensor pressure, serta menambahan perangkat telemetri menggunakan modul GSM. Modul GSM SIM 800L merupakan jenis modul GSM/GPRS Serial yang banyak digunakan di bidang elektronika sebagai aplikasi pengendalian jarak jauh via Handphone. Hasil penelitian ini berupa prototype alat monitoring ketinggian air yang mampu memberikan informasi ketinggian air secara cepat akurat dan efisien dengan tingkat kesamaan sebesar 0.999 terhadap peralatan pabrikan Tide Master. Abstract

The light intensity setting of the lamp uses the on-off principle for setting the lighting of the lamp. Therefore, the on-off principle base on the dark or lightroom conditions without being affected by the environment. Such conditions result in ineffective and inflexible use of electrical energy. Therefore, changing the light intensity control system from a manual system to an automation system is necessary by implementing the fuzzy logic method as a light intensity controller. The main component of light intensity control using Arduino Uno Microcontroller with data input through AC Light Dimmer sensor and Bluetooth HC-05 is part of the hardware. In contrast, software design uses mobile programming algorithm with APP INVERTOR 2 application and Arduino IDE application. The following weaknesses of the system are made that is how to determine the method of parameter assessment, where the system becomes unstable due to the response to the change of response is very fast and has a small parameter value. This study aimed to create one of the electronic control devices of light intensity control, which the process carried out includes setting the intensity of the lamp freely through a Bluetooth connection of an Android smartphone with the Arduino UNO microcontroller as an electric current regulator on the lamp by the AC Light Dimmer module.

Abstract

The number of evictions of agricultural land to be used as buildings, offices and settlements has become narrow and agricultural land is reduced, so that farmers are now starting to grow a lot of crops using the hydroponic method, where this hydroponic method is a method of farming without soil elements. However, this hydroponic method requires intensive checking to monitor the condition of nutrient levels in the water so that plants grow well. This is a serious problem among hydroponic farmers because if the nutrient levels in the water do not match the needs of the type of plant, it will cause the death of the plant. Lettuce hydroponic plants require a water nutrient dose (PPM) of 560 – 840. If the PPM value exceeds the ideal value in the nutrient solution, it will result in reduced water absorption by lettuce plants so that the food formation process (photosynthesis) is disrupted. Meanwhile, if the PPM/EC value is smaller than the ideal value, the lettuce growth process will be hampered. Therefore, an automation control and monitoring system was made using the Deep Flow Technique method in adjusting the nutrient dose based on the concentration value by converting the PPM value on hydroponic plants according to the age of the plant. the system that is made can control the volume of nutrients well so as to achieve ideal nutritional conditions.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja mengajar guru dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (a) untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan kinerja guru, (b) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh kepemimpinan kepala SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Indramayu yang meliputi dimensi kepribadian, kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, kemampuan berkomunikasi, memberi motivasi dan pendelegasian wewenang memberikan pengaruh cukup terhadap kinerja. Iklim kerja sekolah mempunyai hubungan yang cukup berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kinerja mengajar guru berada pada kategori cukup baik. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru tetapi kurang cukup memotivasi kinerja guru. Pengaruh iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru kurang cukup baik dan dapat memotivasi kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
