Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motorik halus  melalui kegiatan menggunting bentuk geometri  pada kelompok A usia 4-5 tahun di TK PGRI Bunkate Desa Bunkate tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dimana peneliti sebagai observer dan partisipan. Penelitian ini sebanyak III siklus, pada tiap siklusnya melaksanakan tiga kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak RA Jamiatul Mu,min Kelompok A sebanyak 26 orang anak, objek penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan motorik halus melalui kegiatan menggunting bentuk geometri. Hasil pengamatan pada pra tindakan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak terkait dengan menggunting sangat minim, anak terlihat masih kaku dalam menggunakan gunting, anak belum bisa memposisikan gunting pada jari dengan benar. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I perkembangan motorik halus anak terkait dengan menggunting ketuntasan  klasikal hanya mencapai 38%. Pada siklus ke II guru  memperbaiki kekurangan yang ditemukan pada siklus I diantaraya: mengatur posisi duduk anak lebih baik dan teratur, memberikan pemahaman menggunting agar lebih cepat dan mudah, memberikan motivasi dan penghargaan, meningkatkan bimbingan, media gambar dibuat lebih menarik., sehingga tingkat ketuntasan dapat mecapai 58%. Penelitian dilanjutkan pada siklus III, pada siklus ini anak hanya membutuhkan latihan yang kontinyu untuk melenturkan jemarinya dalam menggunting sehingga mencapai tingkat ketuntasan dengan persentase 77% melebihi standar minimal yaitu 75%. Oleh karna itu dapat disimpulkan motorik halus anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan menggunting bentuk geometri pada kelompok A  tahun ajaran 2018/2019

Abstract

Abstract. In the process of producing light brick, there is ‘mixed foam’ agent to reduce the value of its density, therefore it can reduce the values of compressive strength. To reduce its density and increase the value of pressure, the variations and types of fillers must match the composition. The manufacture of light brick type CLC (Cellular Lightweight Concrete) has been carried out with several variations and types of fillers to compare the values ​​of compressive strength and density. The fillers are as follows: Water Hyacinth, Banana Midrib, and Wood Shavings based on gold processing waste (GPW). The compressive strength and density test results on various filler percentages are as follows: 1). Water hyacinth at the percentage of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60% has compressive strength: (2.43; 0.73; 0.69; 0.59; 0.65) MPa while the densities are ( 1.62; 1.20; 1.41; 1.13; 1.20) gr / cm3. 2). Banana midrib with variations are: 0-4 midribs has compressive strength: (2.43; 1.25; 1.68; 2.13; 1.32) MPa and its densities are (1.62; 1.29; 1.12; 1.16; 1.25) gr / cm3. 3). Wood shavings with percentage: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% have compressive strength: (2.43; 1.39; 2.04; 1.72) MPa and their densities: (1.62; 1, 21; 1.26; 1.20) gr / cm3. The results showed that the best compressive strength was produced by the filler from wood shavings with an average of 1.85 MPa and a density of 1.31 gr / cm3. The lowest density was obtained from the banana midrib filler which was 1.29 gr / cm3 with a compressive strength of 1.76 MPa. It can be concluded that light brick is best suited to wood shavings fillers.

Abstract

One of the stages in evaluating ship design is the calculation of the length of the ship's strength. Then we need a support tool that can speed up the calculation process. Therefore it is necessary to develop a program for calculation, as an alternative to evaluating the strength of the length of the ship. The study of the application of longitudinal strength of the ship aims to develop computer programs in calculating the elongated strength of the ship, analyzing and comparing the results of calculations / DelphiTM programs with the results of manual calculations, namely the use of the same formula but all calculations are done with the help of Excel®. Data process used a sampling method, which uses several ships in analyzing the strength of the shup’s length. Accuracy in the calculation of latitude for ships in calm water conditions, hogging conditions, sagging conditions in a sequence of 0.0024%; 0.0027%; 0.003%; accuracy of the calculation of the maximum moment for the vessel in calm water conditions, hogging conditions, sagging conditions in a sequence of 0,0002%; 0.0024%; 0,0002%. The maximum moment increases with increasing dimensions or size of the ship. Hopefully for further development, there will be more ivory to get more accurate calculations

Abstract

Work with more loads and equipment design that is not ergonomic results in the use of more energy and riskywork postures. Working in a sitting position basically can reduce stress on the feet, energy consumption,and circulation requirements. Ergonomic workstation is an example of the application of ergonomics whichaims to create a balance between various aspects of each work system and process carried out as an attemptto create a high quality of work and quality of life, as well as an effort to prevent occupational injuries anddiseases. This study aimed at modifying the workstation to reduce MSDs among lipa sabbe weavers. Thisis a quasi-experimental study with one-group pretest-posttest approach to analyze differences in the levelsof MSDs before and after the intervention through modification of ergonomic workstation designs. Theparticipant selection technique used purposive sampling. The research instruments used were Nordic BodyMap questionnaire, camera, and anthropometric measurement tools. Data were analyzed using WilcoxonSigned-Rank Test. The result showed that there is a difference in the level of complaints after modificationof the work media of lipa sabbe weavers. It indicates that modification of work media can reduce MSDsamong lipa sabbe weavers.

Abstract

Backgrounds: The maternal mortality rate (MMR) and the infant and under-five mortality rate (IMR and AKABA) are indicators that show the welfare and health of the people in a country. Objective: This study aims to conduct a study related to the description of the management of women's organizations in preventing maternal and child deaths. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative, with informants being women's organizations with maternal and child health programs. Result: Women's organizations play a role in reducing maternal and child mortality by conducting active counseling, active assistance, educating the community and carrying out activities that support maternal and child health. Conclusion: The involvement of women's organizations in the planning and implementation of programs to reduce maternal and child mortality needs continuous efforts and assistance so that the programs run effectively and there is an increase in the knowledge and understanding of mass organizations related to gender and women's health and maternal and child health.
