Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Elektronika dan Komputer (STEKOM) merupakan salah satu kampus di wilayah Salatiga yang memiliki beberapa program studi yang mendukung integrasi pengembangan keilmuan berbasis teknologi komputer. Penting adanya knowledge sharing yang mutlak dibutuhkan dalam organisasi pendidikan seperti kampus. Peran stakeholder dalam knowledge sharing sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor organisasi, faktor individu, dan faktor teknologi. Penulis mencoba meniliti pengaruh ketiga faktor yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing pada responden dosen STEKOM Salatiga menggunakan metode FGD. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden STEKOM Salatiga menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa faktor teknologi merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi proses knowledge sharing dengan persentase 70%. Hasil dari penelitian bisa dijadikan acuan dan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan kampus dalam meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas kampus STEKOM kedepan.

Abstract

World economic conditions changed in early 2020, where the Covid-19 pandemic made several countries in the world experience recession. Indonesia has also experienced the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially small businesses or SMEs which are the main pillars of the national economy. The community service webinar entitled business and business dynamics in the new normal era is expected to provide an overview for employers as well as workers or employees who have experienced termination of employment and can take various business opportunities that can be used as solutions to survive. Community service activities in the form of webinars were attended by up to 350 participants from various elements such as entrepreneurs, academics, students, and the general public. The resource persons consisted of four people with backgrounds of entrepreneurs, professionals and academics who provided material exposures about the business world in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Good local government performance, especially related to the realization of good corporate governance, can be created if there is good communication between agencies, employees and compact collaboration to synergize policies that facilitate public services. To optimize government performance, one of which is the Boyolali District Archives and Library Service through collaborative relationships between employees so as to create intense two-way communication. This study aims to identify social networks related to collaboration between employees using the Social Network Analysis method and a total of 40 people as respondents, but only 32 people filled out the questionnaire data completely. The indicators used in viewing the research results are density values, degree centrality values, closeness centrality values, betweenness centrality values, and clique values. The results of the analysis obtained a network density level of 14.8% (considered weak because it is less than 50 percent). Employee number 21 has the highest degree centrality value and betweenness centrality value, then employee number 9 has the highest closeness centrality. This research concludes that there is a good collaborative relationship between the four departments in the Archives and Library Office of Boyolali Regency, namely the Operations department, the Service department, the Archives department, and the Librarian department.

Abstract

The development of knowledge in information technology significantly influences student learning, especially in entrepreneurship subjects, thus making various digital-based learning methods develop rapidly. Starting from the idea of a team of University of Science and Computer Technology (STEKOM) lecturers providing training to Alta Integrated Vocational High School students in Semarang Regency, which aims to increase competence in the field of information technology. The material is related to branding, google my business and google trends. Lecture methods and direct practice are used in this training activity with the concept of community service. The stages of this training consist of Registration, Activity, Output, and Evaluation. It is hoped that in the future this kind of activity can be held regularly and continuously.
