Abstract

Japan's fourth largest motorcycle company in Indonesia are PT.Astra Honda Motor, PT.Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia, PT.Suzuki Indomobil and PT.Kawasaki Motor Indonesia, and have more than 90% market shares, which make them able to represent the entire motorcycle industry. Total production of the company is showing a positive trend towards Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Indonesia from 1998 to 2003. In addition, motorcycle parts industry was important to the GDP of Indonesia because the industry requires the presence of components for assembly. This study aims to find out and analyze the linkages Indonesia's GDP from 1998 to 2003, the number of motorcycle production in four Japanese motorcycle companies in Indonesia and the amount of employment in the motorcycle parts industry. The data used are primary and secondary data. There are three hypotheses to be tested. These results prove that in fact the number of Japan's motorcycle production company affect Indonesia's GDP, and the number of Japan's motorcycle production company does not affect the amount of labor motorcycle parts industry significantly. In addition, the GDP did not affect the amount of labor motorcycle parts industry significantly. It is proven that there are some discrepancy between theory and practice.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of working environment and facility toward employee loyalty PT. Televisi Transformasi Indonesia. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT. Televisi Transformasi Indonesia 85 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 22. The study was conducted during the period July 2017 - October 2017. Analysis technique used is multiple regression. It also tested validity test, regression analyze, and the classical assumtions that included normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The result this research found no variables that deviate from the classical assumtions, this suggest that the available data has been qualified to use the model of multiple linear regression equation. From the results showed that the variable leadership style and motivation is partially postivie significantly. The predictive capability of the two variables on performance employee of 70,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terhadap kualitas informasi dan penerapan sistem informasi manajemen pada penanganan pengaduan di PT. Qlue Performa Indonesia dalam mendukung program Jakarta Smart City. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2019 melalui bantuan Google Form (kuesioner online). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif aplikasi Qlue. Metode pengujian instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Informasi dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen berkorelasi dengan PT. Qlue Performa Indonesia dalam mendukung program Jakarta Smart City, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji parsial dari masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependennya, serta uji simultan dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.
