Abstract

Definition of Financial Management according to J.L. Massie Financial management is an operational activity that is responsible for obtaining and using the funds needed for effective and efficient operations. The application of financial management in the scope of community life is also very necessary for the development of the community's economy. However, there are still many people who have obstacles to their economic development due to a lack of understanding and knowledge about good and correct financial management. Therefore, our Unived Management lecturer and student service team provides knowledge and understanding of the Financial Management System which aims to overcome obstacles to community economic development. The method we use is socialization in the form of discussions, and delivering material to several local residents as representatives of the community where we carry out our service. The results of our service have very helpful benefits for the community who are the object of our socialization

Abstract

Arjuna Collection Shop is a shop that operates in the field of school uniform sales services. Employees' knowledge of marketing strategies is very important to increase product sales. Optimizing social media and attractive product branding can expand promotions and attract the attention of schools in Bengkulu City to buy products. This is one of the important points for advancing especially those in the Arjuna Collection Store. Therefore, socialization regarding marketing strategies related to utilization is needed social media as a marketing medium. The products produced by some at the Arjuna Collection Shop still seem unknown to schools in Bengkulu City. The introduction of social media as a marketing strategy is very important considering that technological developments are now starting to advance. Most people now carry out buying and selling transactions via the internet or social media because it is more effective and efficient. For this reason, service activities were carried out for female employees which included providing insight into the socialization of marketing strategies for products via social media at the Arjuna Collection Store for products that could be promoted via social media.

Abstract

Financial literacy is an important lesson to teach from an early age. Introducing the value of money and the culture of saving to children can shape wise financial behavior in the future. This socialization discusses the importance of financial literacy for young children. The community service methods applied include problem identification, needs analysis, and implementation of outreach through material presentations, questions and answers, and discussions. The material presented includes basic knowledge about money, the importance of saving, and spending money wisely. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of money management, the importance of saving, and the ability to distinguish between needs and wants. The aim of this service is to shape the character of children who are able to manage finances from an early age, which is expected to help them in their future adult lives. With this financial literacy outreach, students at SD N 24 Bengkulu City have become smarter and wiser in understanding how to manage their finances.

Abstract

Sewing skills are skills that involve studying techniques for making clothing and household linen from designing, sewing, to finishing. Sewing skills are one of the important skills in everyday life, because they are related to human needs for clothing. Based on the type of problem studied and its objectives, this research is a qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior (Sugiyono, 2019). The reason this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach is because the problems to be discussed are not related to numbers but are described clearly and in detail and obtain in-depth data from training in improving sewing skills in Palak Bengkrung Village, South Bengkulu. Based on research and presentations that have been carried out regarding improving sewing skills in Palak Bengkrung Village, South Bengkulu. The author can provide the following conclusion: The process of improving sewing skills at Seginim Taylor in improving skills has been going well including: the first, namely the preparation stage consisting of determining identification of training needs, preparing programs, preparing experts, preparing facilities, and conducting outreach. Second, the analysis stage is identifying problems. Third, planning, namely by drawing up plans and schedules, carrying out recruitment, then fourth is implementing the sewing training process. The final one is the evaluation or monitoring stage, namely by testing the participant's competency, which will give results after the participant has taken part in the training, whether they are competent or not competent. The result of increasing skills through sewing training is increasing youth skills and increasing knowledge. Sewing training participants can make clothes and design themselves so they can master what they have been taught during the training.

Abstract

Digital entrepreneurship has made a tremendous impact in the world. Digital businesses are built through internet networks such as Google, Facebook, or other social media. Digitalization also has an impact on the development of new entrepreneurs. Socialization of Digital Entrepreneurship to Students of SMKS 1 Pembangunan Bengkulu City. It is an important step in preparing them to face this increasingly digital world of work. This service activity was carried out at SMKS 1 Pembangunan Bengkulu City on Friday, June 07, 2024. The implementation of this service activity is the socialization of digital entrepreneurship and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to increase the interest and motivation of a student, At the socialization of digital entrepreneurship, students of SMKS 1 Pembangunan Bengkulu City are very likely to increase awareness of entrepreneurship at a young age, and must understand the challenges and multiply relationships and network connections are necessary. And what is more important to start this digital entrepreneurship is what skills and characters an entrepreneur must have in dealing with good and correct consumers. Problem solving through this socialization of digital entrepreneurship to SMKS 1 Pembangunan students of Bengkulu City is to encourage the creation of a culture that supports entrepreneurship and also increases awareness of innovation values to inspire students to become young entrepreneurs. From the problems in the service, students must be instilled with the values of innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Bengkulu. The research method used was a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents who were Alfamart customers in Bengkulu. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to find out how much influence brand image and product quality have on purchasing decisions. The research results show Y= 0.942+0.291X1 +0.452X2+e with an R square result of 0.487, this means that brand image and product quality have a 48.7% influence on purchasing decisions and the remaining 51.3% is determined by other factors. The significant values ​​obtained were 0.012 (X1) and 0.004 (X2), both of which were smaller than 0.05. X1, X2 simultaneously equal to 0.000 (smaller than 0.05) influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of marketplace features on the satisfaction of Shopee online buyers, the students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu City. The type of this research is quantitative. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and the sample data collection method uses convenience sampling with 100 samples. The results of the marketplace feature have a significantly negative effect on Shopee Online Buyers Satisfaction among the Students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu City. This is proven by the results of the t test showing that the t value shows -3.850 and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05 means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. E-wom has a significant effect on Shopee Online Buyers Satisfaction of Dehasen University Students, Bengkulu City. This is proven by the results of the t test showing that the t value is greater than t table (8.680 > 1.984) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Marketplace (X1), E-wom (X2) features, together have a significant effect on Shopee Online Buyers (Y) Satisfaction of Dehasen University Students, Bengkulu City, this is proven by the F test showing the value of Fcount > Ftable (38.281 > 3, 09) with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.441 or 44.1%. This explains that the large variation in the dependent (Satisfaction) and independent variables (Marketplace and E-WOM Features) is (100%-44.1% and the result is 55.9%) online buyers' satisfaction is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this research. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of participative leadership style and communication on employee performance at Alfamart, Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was employees at 5 Alfamart stores such as Alfamart Danau, Alfamart Mayjen Sutoyo, Alfamart Museum, Alfamart Pangeran Natadirja and Alfamar Merapi, totaling 31 people. The sampling technique is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that the multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.219 + 0.416X1 + 0.383X2 + 6.425(e). The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.465. This means that X1 (participative leadership style) and The F test results show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it shows that together X1 (participative leadership style) and X2 (communication) have a positive and significant influence on performance (Y). The participative leadership style has a positive and significant influence on performance because the significant value is 0.020 < 0.05, communication has a positive and significant influence on performance because the value is 0.037 < 0.05.
