Abstract

Artikel berikut membahas hasil penelitian meliputi hasil analisis kebutuhan lapangan, Desain produk bahan ajar membaca pemahaman dengan metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R), Hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba, dan tahap evaluasi. (1) Hasil analisis kebutuhan lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran membaca pemahaman di sekolah masih banyak membutuhkan materi-materi yang khusus mempelajari membaca pemahaman dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran. (2) Desain produk bahan ajar membaca pemahaman dengan metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite. Review ( SQ3R) dirancang berdasarkan karakter pengembangan bahan ajar, kajian teoritik, kebutuhan-kebutuhan, dan analisis bahan ajar yang sudah ada. selain itu bahan ajar juga disusun berdasarkan kurikulum yang sedang berlangsung. (3) Bahan ajar kemudian dilakukan konsultasi untuk validasi  dan revisi produk oleh pakar. Konsultasi terhadap produk yang akan diujicobakan dilakukan dengan pakar untuk mendapat komentar, saran dan persetujuan.(4) Tahap evaluasi dilaksanakan berdasarkan revisi hasil uji coba produk awal, kemudian dilakukan uji coba produk utama untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara bahan ajar yang sudah ada dengan bahan ajar yang baru yang telah dikembangkan.

Abstract

This study attempts to 1) know the amount of the compensation funds who are willing to accepted willingness to accept ) the community in subdistrict a Rumbai Pesisir. 2 ) to know what factors affecting the public in receiving value in compensation funds in subdistrict a Rumbai Pesisir. 3 ) to know whether people are willing to receiving value in compensation funds or move the dump. Population in this research is residents in rw 10 to the total number of 469 the heads of households. In the sample collection was used in the study a method of purposive the sampling method of where peniliti determine the sample collection in ways a Special ways consistent with the objectives of research.The methodology that was used with a tool that is descriptive kuantitatis logistic regression analysis and run Logistics and linear regression with income, variable influence and the worship of idols distance, , before that time level of education, the total number of dependants, lot of the cost that is used To cope with the against community members ' willingness to receive the money compensation. Results in this research showed that 1 ) the value wta respondents who produced in this research rp50.366,00 / month. non-competitive purchase will be. 2 ) a variable that influential signifkan against wta is the long distance of a house of the location of a garbage dump levels of education and the total number of dependants. 3 ) based on the above analysis known that the community is obliged to accept a garbage dump with a value of compensation amounting to rp50.366,00 / month. If compensation was not they get so communities prefer to waste disposal in order of place moved from that place.Keywords: WTA, CVM, Garbage Dump

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out if Taman Agrowisata Tenayan Raya in Pekanbaru City is well-developed. In this study used two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The data analysis methods used in this study are quantitative desktriptive methods. This analysis aims to simplify data into a form that is easier to understand and interpret. In this research the collected data is processed by looking at the technical aspects, financial aspects, market aspects and environmental aspects. In the financial aspects used method of analysis of investment criteria by doing the calculation of Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period. The results of this research show that Taman Agro tourism Tenayan Raya City Pekanbaru deserves to be developed. From financial analysis at 10% interest rate, got NPV in amount Rp 34.933.139. The analysis of BCR obtained a value of 1.011 indicating that for each cost Rp. 1 issued will provide benefits in the amount of 1.011. In addition IRR analysis gained a value in the amount of 10.35% which indicates that there will be Payback when the interest rate reaches 10,35%. Based on the calculation of the Investment return criteria (Payback period), Taman Agrowisata Tenayan Raya able to restore initial capital early in a period of 4 years 2 months.Keyword: Feasibility Study, Agrourism, Tenayan Raya

Abstract

This article aims to obtain an overview of the fiscal stimulus and conditions of micro and small businesses in Riau. Field research for 4 (four) months, from June 2021 to September 2021. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to micro and small businesses in Riau. This study purposively selected 75 respondents with equal proportions in all districts and cities. In Riau, in 2020, micro-enterprise financing reached Rp. 23.7 billion, the most in Pekanbaru City and the least in Kuantan Singingi. Most of the micro and small business actors who received a fiscal stimulus from the government did not have other jobs and had been in business for more than one year. The main business carried out is the trade sector and services, with the most places of business being at home. Generally, small and micro business actors do not get bank loans and KUR. They use their capital and informal loans. They obtained information on stimulus assistance from the government and its officials, the media, banks, and cooperatives. Most of the stimulus assistance proponents came from the offices, cooperatives, and banks.
