Abstract

Media sosial merupakan salah satu platform digital yang digemari oleh seluruh kalangan baik secara personal atau kebutuhan bisnis. Jenis media sosial pun berbagai macam, mulai dari menawarkan fitur foto, video bahkan siarang langsung. Media sosial sendiri juga memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan masyarakat khusunya meningkatkan taraf ekonomi Masyarakat. Penggunaan media sosial banyak dimanfaatkan oleh kalangan pembisnis salah satunya Bisnis Perjalanan Travel Bali Island sendiri. Penggunaan media sosial dari Travel Bali Island sendiri sudah sangatlah bagus hanya saja konten yang disajikan masih memposting ulang konten yang sudah ditayangkan oleh akun lain sehingga konten yang tersaji di media sosial Travel Bali Island masih kurang maksimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam menerapkan program kerja ini yakni banyak menggunakan metode analisis dan observasi mengenai jenis konten apa saja yang layak untuk dipublikasikan dan hasil dari analisis dan observasi yang diterapkan dihasilkan dalam bentuk video pendek yang ditayangkan pada platform media sosial Travel Bali Island sendiri.  Hasil dari penerapan pembuatan konten secara mandiri ini diharapkan mampu membuka jalan baru bagi Travel Bali Island dalam membuat konten yang lebih berkualitas serta mampu memahami tren apa saja yang sedang terjadi di masyarakat sehingga mampu menarik audiens dalam platform media sosial Travel Bali Island dan menarik minat audiens dalam menggunakan jasa dari Travel Bali Island di kemudian hari.

Abstract

I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport on the island of Bali, an important gateway for tourism in Indonesia, faces challenges in managing landside facilities to support the growing number of passengers. In this study, we investigate the implementation of maintenance management assistance at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali and its impact on facility inspections in rural areas. The research method collects information through interviews, observation and analysis of relevant documents. The conclusion of this study is that maintenance management assistance is an effective way to overcome ground facility control problems at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali.The significance of this research lies in the importance of continuity of maintenance management assistance to maintain the quality of facilities and provide the best experience for all airport users.

Abstract

Socialization of waste management in the convection business will have a big impact on the business. The purpose of this research is to find out the urgency and relevance of waste management socialization in the context of a convective profession. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using observation research techniques, interviews, and library studies and documentation. The results of this study reveal changes in the convection business culture, these changes include intensive education about the importance of waste management that has motivated businesses to take concrete steps to reduce waste and support sustainable practices. Deep understanding of the positive impact of these actions has created a new passion for work and a stronger foundation for sustainability.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of Digital Navigation Technology (TNDE) in human resource management at PT. Angkasa Pura I. The main goal is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of TNDE in human resource management processes. The research shows that TNDE has significant implications for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management in PT. Angkasa Pura I. The study also highlights the importance of addressing the challenges faced in implementing TNDE, such as resistance to technology. Interaction between TNDE and aplikasi is crucial for efficient problem-solving and effective learning. The research recommends implementing TNDE programs, improving communication between TNDE and TNDE, and optimizing TNDE implementation to align with the needs of TNDE and technology development.

Abstract

Grin Kar Indonesia is a company that sells buggy vehicles, spare parts, and service units. This company is responsible for paying and reporting PPh Article 23 with Unification E-Bupot. However, companies still have problems in terms of limited understanding and ability to report PPh Article 23, which causes corrections due to errors when reporting. The purpose of carrying out this service activity is to assist the staff of the company's accounting division of PT. Grin Kar Indonesia, in reporting PPh Article 23 taxes uses E-Bupot Unification. The service method used is training and mentoring by providing materials, reporting assistance, monitoring, and evaluation. The result of this community service activity is the increased understanding and ability of the accounting staff of PT. Grin Kar Indonesia in terms of reporting PPh Article 23 with E-Bupot Unification. The results of Article 23 PPh reporting have been measured to be efficient, accurate, and timely.  ---  PT. Grin Kar Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan unit kendaraan buggy, spare part dan pelayanan service. Perusahaan ini bertanggung jawab untuk membayar dan melaporkan PPh Pasal 23 dengan E-Bupot Unifikasi. Namun perusahaan masih memiliki kendala dalam hal keterbatasan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam pelaporan PPh Pasal 23 sehingga menyebabkan adanya pembetulan karena kesalahan saat melakukan pelaporan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada staff bagian accounting perusahaan PT. Grin Kar Indonesia dalam pelaporan pajak PPh Pasal 23 menggunakan E-Bupot Unifikasi. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan pemberian materi, bantuan pelaporan, pemantauan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman dan kemampuan staff accounting PT. Grin Kar Indonesia dalam hal pelaporan PPh Pasal 23 dengan E-Bupot Unifikasi. Hasil pelaporan PPh Pasal 23 yang dilakukan telah diukur efisien, akurat dan tepat waktu.

Abstract

The morphology of river mouths is influenced by several factors, including waves, river discharge, tides, currents, and those caused by human intervention. This study explores the dynamics of erosion and sedimentation processes in the estuary of the Ayung River caused by lithology, wind, tides, currents, and waves. This study aimed to determine the effect of river discharge, tides, currents, and waves on erosion and sedimentation in the waters of the Ayung River Estuary. Hydrodynamics and sediment transport modeling using Delft 3D software. As a validation of the modeling results, a calibration was performed on the results of hydrodynamic parameter measurements that had been carried out previously. The review conditions are divided into the rainy season (December – March) and the dry season (April – November). River discharge, tides, currents, and waves affect littoral processes on the shoreline around the waters of the Ayung River. This influence causes erosion and sedimentation around the coastal area and affects sediment transport both in the rainy and dry seasons.
