Abstract

The research aims: 1) to determine the effect of product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions of real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. 2) To find out the effect of product quality and price on digital marketing for real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. 3) To find out the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions through digital marketing for real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. The variables of this study are product quality, price, digital marketing and purchase decisions. The population in this study were all consumers of Real Property in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Purposive sampling technique is a technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that product quality has no direct effect on digital marketing. Price has a direct effect on digital marketing. Product quality has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the price is a factor in purchasing decisions for real property consumers in Yogyakarta. Digital marketing has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality directly affects purchasing decisions through digital marketing. This means that digital marketing can be intervened in the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for real property in Yogyakarta. Price has a direct effect on purchasing decisions through digital marketing.

Abstract

The research is conduted to find the relationship between organizational culture, ob statistifaction, and the attitude of lecturers who were not serving in leadership, both structural and functional positions toward women’s leadership on organizational commitment in ‘Aisyiyah University (UNISA) Yogyakarta. The population of the research was 153 people, then the number of samples was determined by following the Slovin formula and obtained 111 respondents. Samples used as respondents from each faculty and study program were determined randomly. so the sampling technique is included in the category of random sampling. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey data collection methods, and uses path analysis techniques. The findings of this research are 1) there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, 2) there is a direct negative effect on organizational culture on job satisfaction, 3) there is a positive direct effect of attitudes on women's leadership on job satisfaction, 4) there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, 5) there is a positive direct effect of attitudes on women's leadership on organizational commitment, 6) there is a direct positive direct effect on job satisfaction on organizational commitment, 7) there is an indirect direct negative effect on women's organizational culture on organizational commitment through job satisfaction, 8) there is a direct indirect effect of positive attitudes towards women's leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Keberhasilan Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dipengaruhi oleh Pengelolaan Dana dan segala sumber daya yang ada dalam program BOS. Pengelolaan Dana BOS SMK yang baik akan membantu ketercapaian tujuan dari program BOS. Berdasarkan data penerimaan dan pengeluaran Dana BOS serta data Pengelolaan Dana BOS SMK Tahun 2016-2018 dapat dirumuskan bahwa Pengelolaan Dana BOS pada SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebakan Pengelolaan Dana BOS belum optimal, (2) menganalisis Pengelolaan Dana BOS (3) mengevaluasi Pengelolaan Dana BOS (4) merumuskan upaya peningkatan Pengelolaan Dana BOS di SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah data yang terkait pengelolaan dana BOS yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi serta pelaporan di SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) alokasi dana BOS semestinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah, tetapi alokasi dana sudah ditetapkan pagu anggaran belanja sehingga akan menyulitkan dalam membuat anggara (2) waktu pencairan dana BOS terlambat setiap tri wulan (3) kurangnya kompetensi pengelola dana BOS akan mengakibatkan pengelola sering kurang paham dalam mengelola dana sesuai petunjuk teknis (4) kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, sehingga menyebabkan sehingga orang tua yang menganggap kalau BOS membuat membebaskan seluruh biaya. Upaya peningkatan pengelolaan dana BOS adalah guru, karyawan dan komite sekolah lebih aktif dalam pembuatan RKAS agar kebutuhan sekolah dapat terakomodir, meningkatkan kompetensi pengelola dana BOS dengan mengikuti pelatihan dan pembinaan, Komite Sekolah lebih intensif untuk mengawasi dan sosialisasi pengeloaan Dana BOS dan memprioritas penggunaan dana untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan pencairan dana BOS.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the community's need for everything related to health. In addition to wanting to get the desired product, people also expect good and excellent service from product providers, in this case are pharmacy employees. In addition, a strategic, safe and comfortable location is a benchmark for whether the community is satisfied with what has been offered by the pharmacy. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, product diversity, and location at Apotek K-24 Kadipiro Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is consumers who have purchased a product at Apotek K-24 Kadipiro Yogyakarta at least once. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sample research technique with certain considerations that have been determined in advance by the researcher. The statistical analysis method consisted of multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous significant testing (F test), partial significant testing (t test), and determination analysis (R2). The analysis of determination test (R2) states the value of Adjusted R Square is 55.3%. This means that the variables of service quality, product diversity, and location on consumer satisfaction have a contribution of 55.3%. Partial testing (t test) is known that the variables of service quality, product diversity, and location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous testing (F test) is known that the variables of service quality, product diversity, and location together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
