Abstract

The application of knowledge management and the strengthening of organizational culture are important strengths in improving the performance of private tertiary institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management on the performance of Private Universities through strengthening organizational culture. The population used is the Permanent Lecturer at Majalengka University. Samples were taken through quota sampling. Data analysis method used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that knowledge management directly had a significant and positive effect on organizational culture and performance of private tertiary institutions. Organizational culture is able to strengthen the influence of knowledge management on the performance of private tertiary institutions.

Abstract

Islamic education-both as an institution and subject in public schools-currentlyfacing the serious and complicated challenge, for example the uncertainty ofdichotomiousparadigm. This uncertainty appears influenced strongly by theparadigm of thinking that tends to dualistic-confrontative. A paradigm thatdistinguishes the two things that seem diametrically opposed and potentially causeconflict. In Islamic education discourse, known terminology such as religiouseducation and general education, traditional and modern education, mundane andhereafter education, and so on. So it has an impact on the discussion of the materialon Islamic education that tends to ignore the matters of the mundane, such asscience and technology –that ever mastered by muslims in the heyday of Islamaswell as another matters that actually if we examine the Qur’an as theologicalfoundation, Muslims talk a lot about the cosmology and universality. The newdiscoveries in the field of genetics as a new challenge for the Islamic educationthat still dwell on the issue of teachers professionalism, teaching methodology andfacilities..

Abstract

Talent management and knowledge management are important forces in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine and prove the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a survey method with associative research type. Population and sample in this research are permanent employees of PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport Majalengka as many as 88 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements, the method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative research which aims to describe the Strategy for theDevelopment of Tourism Potentials of Anyer Beach in Banten Province during the COVID-19Pandemic. The research was conducted in groups with a time frame from September to November2020 in the Anyer Beach Tourism Area, Banten Province. Researchers only used 23 objects asresearch samples consisting of hotel managers, tourist destinations, restaurants and others that areeasily accessible to researchers. The results of this study indicate that the Anyer beach tourism areawhich is located in Serang Regency, Banten Province is very potential if it is used as one of the halaltourism destinations. Several strategic efforts have been made to keep this industry in existenceduring a pandemic, including massiv promos via social media, continuing to implement healthprotocellers so that visitors are safe and comfortable and following the CHSE certification test(cleanliness, health, safety, environment) from the Ministry of Economic Tourism.
