Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat dampak BOPO, NPF, Outsider Assets, dan Least Legal Current Records terhadap Return On Resources pada Bank Umum Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah pada tahun 2018-2022. Prosedur pengujian dalam tinjauan ini adalah pemeriksaan purposif dengan aturan khusus sehingga contoh diperoleh dari ringkasan anggaran Bank Mualamat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, dan Bank Mega Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, Bank Panin Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah periode 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA bank syariah yang tercatat di Perdagangan Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2022, Non-Performing Supporting (NPF) tidak mempengaruhi ROA bank syariah yang tercatat di Perdagangan Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2022, DPK mempengaruhi ROA bank syariah yang tercatat di Perdagangan Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022 dan GWM berdampak pada ROA bank syariah yang tercatat di Perdagangan Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study provides valuable insights into the perceptions of Silou Paribuan Village residents regarding halal certification, enhancing the understanding of consumer behavior in rural settings. The research analyzes how these residents perceive halal certification when purchasing packaged food products. A qualitative descriptive method was used, drawing on consumer behavior theory and Sharia economic principles to explore these perceptions. Data was gathered through interviews and surveys, with 96 individuals selected from a total population of 2,375 using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Simple random sampling was employed to ensure representative participation. The data was collected via a questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale to gauge respondents' attitudes. The analysis applied consumer perception theories, including attribution, gestalt, product quality, and marketing communications. The results revealed that the perception of halal certification among Silou Paribuan Village residents is generally positive, with an average score of 74%. Most respondents recognized the importance of halal certification when choosing packaged food products. However, the study's focus on a single village may limit the generalizability of its findings to broader populations or different cultural contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of non-performing loans (NPL), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), operational costs on operating income (BOPO) on financial performance at Islamic commercial banks for the period 2015 to 2020. The approach uses a quantitative approach with . The type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The data collection technique in this study used a documentation study. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression with the results of this study showing that the NPL of non-performing loans has an effect on the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. The ratio of loans to deposits (LDR) has no effect on Financial Performance (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. Operational costs on operating income (BOPO) affect the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how and how much influence Sales Effect Work Motivation and Environment Work on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. SUNLIFE Financial Branch Medan city. The research method used in this research is quantitative method descriptive approach. The type of data used is data Primary obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Sunlife Medan Branch. The subject in this research is PT. Sunlife Branch Medan and the object of this research is Employee Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Employee Work Environment. The test equipment used in this study is Spss20 to test the classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, and test hypothesis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, namely the t test shows that motivation Work has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction with a t-count value of 3.9777 and a prob of 0.0000 <0.05. As well as Work Environment with test results that the Work Environment has a positive effect and significant to Employee Job Satisfaction with a t value of 5,972 and prob value 0.0000<0.05. And the results of the F test show that the variable Work Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. SUNLIFE Financial City Branch Medan with a value of F Prob 0.0000. The results of this test indicate that the variable Work Motivation and Work Environment contribute 76.9% on the variable Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. SUNLIFE Financial Branch Medan city.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) does product appearance affect the impulsive buying of fashion products (2) does free shipping affect the impulsive buying of fashion products (3) whether discounts can be a moderating variable in the effect of product appearance on impulsive buying of fashion products (4) whether Discounts can be a moderating variable for the effect of free shipping on impulse buying of fashion products. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were active students of the 2018 Islamic Economics study program. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 73 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique in this study used the interaction test or MRA with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results showed that first, product appearance had no significant effect on impulsive buying of fashion products with a significance value of 0.720 > 0.05. Second, free shipping has a significant effect on impulsive buying of fashion products with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Third, the interaction between product displays and discounts has no significant effect on impulse buying of fashion products. That is, discounts are not able to moderate the effect of product appearance on impulse buying of fashion products with a significance value of 0.889 > 0.05. Fourth, the interaction between free shipping and discounts has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying of fashion products. That is, discounts are able to moderate and strengthen the effect of free shipping on impulse buying of fashion products with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

Yatim Mandiri Foundation is a ziswaf management institution, (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah). In kinerja has sanggar genius program free of charge for orphans. This study aims to determine, first, how the management system of Laz Yatim Mandiri Medan alms in the Sanggar Genius program, second, the extent to which the management of alms in encouraging the sanggar genius program, third, the constraints in the management of alms in the Sanggar Genius program. This research was conducted at the Amil Zakat Yatim Mandiri Medan institution. The research approach is descriptive qualitative with data collection that is using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that first Laz Yatim Mandiri Medan has collected, managed, and distributed and supervised alms funds, Laz Yatim Mandiri Medan supervises the management of alms funds in accordance with their purpose, function and designation to remain in accordance with SOP. All expenses and reporting are well recorded, both Sanggar Genius programs are very helpful in encouraging the education of orphans, from teaching and learning activities, educational facilities, genius teachers, and making them more productive in the future, with the fulfillment of all education. the three constraints in the management of alms in the sanggar genius program include, budget management activities of financial resources in the Sanggar Genius program has not used information systems (applications), Sanggar Genius program still relies on one donor, organizing for the Sanggar Genius program has not been organized with structured so it is difficult to form or divide a smaller activities. And socialization in the community is still 65% seen from the recruitment of assisted children in 2021, only 130 targets recruit a maximum of 200 assisted children, with that less than 70 children from the target set by Laz Yatim Mandiri Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of maintenance of working machines, Raw Material Inventory with Quality of Raw Materials as a Moderating Variable in the home industry furniture lia furniture on production levels. Indonesia is one of the largest archipelagic countries in the world, Indonesia has more than ten thousand islands which have abundant natural resources. The potential of forest products in Indonesia can be said to have the opportunity to become the most important economic sector for the country. One sector that is directly related to the utilization of forest products is the industrial sector. The furniture industry is one of the prima donnas for certain areas, especially in Percut Sei Tuan District, recently the furniture industry has been in the spotlight in various regions, even though the furniture industry has experienced ups and downs due to competition with imported products. Based on the production factors which consist of several indicators, one of which is the maintenance of work machines and the supply of raw materials with the quality of raw materials, they have a quite influential role in the production process in any industry. The aim of this research is to find out, analyze to understand its effect on the production process.

Abstract

Background – This study examines how Search Engine Optimization (SEO) can increase sales of sharia insurance policies at Prudential Rantau Prapat Aim – To find out how SEO optimization can be used as part of a digital marketing strategy to increase sales of sharia insurance policies at Prudential Rantau Prapat. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by businesses when implementing an SEO strategy. Findings – The results of the study indicate that the right SEO strategy can be an effective tool in digital marketing to increase sales of sharia insurance. Although there are challenges such as limited SEO knowledge and technical complexity, great opportunities such as the growth of internet users and the increasing need for sharia insurance can be utilized. Conclusion – Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the researcher recommends a WO (Weaknesses – Opportunities) strategy. WO strategy: Overcoming weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities. At this time, companies can invest in SEO training and skills development for the organization, as well as take advantage of opportunities from digital expansion to more effectively reach new audiences. Research Implications – This study provides insights for insurance companies to develop more effective digital marketing strategies. Research Limitations – This study is limited to one case study for Prudential Rantau Prapat.

Abstract

This research proposes to determine the effect of (1) customer satisfaction on brand image religiosity, (2) brand image religiosity on customer loyalty, (3) customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and (4) customer satisfaction on customer loyalty towards brand image religiosity as an intervening variable. The research was conducted on 400 Bank Aceh Syariah (Sharia bank) customers using a questionnaire instrument. The research used a quantitative method using the SEM PLS model and analyzed by the Warp PLS analysis tool. The research results proved that (1) there was a direct effect of customer satisfaction on brand religiosity image of 0.866. (2) The direct effect of brand religiosity image on customer loyalty was 0.305. (3) The direct effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty was 0.845. (4) The indirect effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty was 0.315. Bank Aceh Syariah might focus on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and brand image religiosity; these three things have a relationship in marketing for the development of Islamic banking, the sustainability of Islamic banking, and the success of banking businesses in the future. In addition, those three things must be grounded on maqasyid sharia in the form of Ar-Rawaj; Al-Wudhuh, Al-Hifzu, Al-Sabtu, and Al-Adlu to avoid principles that are prohibited in religion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) kepuasan nasabah terhadap religiusitas citra merek, (2) religiusitas citra merek terhadap loyalitas nasabah, (3) kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah, dan (4) kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan religiusitas citra merek sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 400 nasabah Bank Aceh Syariah dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model SEM PLS dan dianalisis dengan alat analisis Warp PLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan nasabah terhadap citra religiusitas merek sebesar 0,866. (2) Pengaruh langsung citra religiusitas merek terhadap loyalitas nasabah sebesar 0,305. (3) Pengaruh langsung kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0,845. (4) Pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah sebesar 0,315. Bank Aceh Syariah dapat memfokuskan diri pada kepuasan nasabah, loyalitas nasabah, dan brand image religiusitas, karena ketiga hal tersebut memiliki keterkaitan dalam pemasaran untuk pengembangan perbankan syariah, keberlangsungan perbankan syariah, dan keberhasilan bisnis perbankan di masa yang akan datang. Selain itu, ketiga hal tersebut harus dilandasi dengan maqasyid syariah berupa Ar-Rawaj; Al-Wudhuh, Al-Hifzu, Al-Sabtu, dan Al-Adlu agar terhindar dari prinsip-prinsip yang dilarang agama.
