Abstract

This study aims to describe and determine marketing strategies in maintaining customer loyalty on deposit products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Sub-Branch. Besides that, the aim of this study is to find out what achievements and obstacles exist in BMT UGT Kraksaan sub-branch in maintaining customer loyalty. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of this study are the marketing strategy used by BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan sub-branch, which prioritizes employee friendliness and responsiveness, where in this study the responsive attitude shown by BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan sub-branch is always accommodating complaints from customers for the good of BMT in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses kelayakan dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan di BMT UGT Sidogiri kemudian menganalisa kesesuaiannya dengan UU No. 21 Tahun 2008 dan menjelaskan layak atau tidak prosesnya memberikan pembiayaan modal usaha pertanian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan ditemukan bahwa langkah awal untuk menganalisa kelayakan penyaluran modal usaha adalah dengan mengetahui prosedur pengajuan pembiayaan, dan menganalisis kelayakan nasabah pembiayaan di BMT UGT Sidogiri ditinjau dari UU No.21 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, untuk mendapatkan suatu pemahaman yang mendalam yang disarankan. Tehnik pengumpulan datanya meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine marketing strategy of Warung Micro finance products at Probolinggo Branch Office of Bank Syariah Mandiri as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for marketing the product. This study using a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of field research (flied research) through observations about a phenomenon. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the marketing strategy used by the Bank Syariah Mandiri Proboliggo Branch Office in an effort to achieve the target marketing of Warung Micro Fianance Products use a marketing mix strategy consist of Product, Price, Place and Promotion. While the promotion strategy used is a door to door strategy, advertising promotion strategy, pricing strategy, top-up strategy and product strategy. Supporting factors in the marketing of microfinance products are competitive product, low price and strategic location. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of public knowledge about the operational system of Islamic banks, competition between banks and the lack of human resources, especially human resources, microfinance sales so that marketing the product to the wider community takes a long time. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the phenomenon of a commercial sex worker (PSK) life who has a family in the village of Sidomulyo, Probolinggo Regency. Interpretative is used to determine the paradigm of this research. Emile Durkheim's Social Fact Theory has a major role in conducting this research. While the method used in this research is qualitative. Interviews, observation, and documentation are the methods used in this study to retrieve data.The results of this study explain that: First, the Social Interaction, Social Contact, and Social Communication of PSK with the community is going well, there has never been any conflict or dispute, this is in accordance with the Social Interactions that occur between PSK and the surrounding community. Second, the communication relationship between PSK and the community is going well, because among them there is a sense of mutual respect, mutual respect, and mutual help between each other and besides that, PSKalso feel comfortable living in the village, because it has become a familiar place for the PSK. Third, PSK considers that the surrounding community is their own family, this proves that the form of sympathy possessed by sex workers is very high for the surrounding community. Fourth, the Social Interaction between PSK went well, it was proven by the absence of conflict, dispute, contradiction, and competition.Keywords: the phenomenon of a commercial sex worker (PSK) life who has a family

Abstract

Basically a lot of basic economic concepts developed by capitalists have been discussed both by Muslim economists, both based on the source of primary law or a solicitation on the ruler. Thought Muslims used as a reference in running capitalist economic policy. Likewise were studied by students of various groups of non-Muslims who came from Europe. In the era of Islamic scientific treasures are already very familiar with European thinkers who have done translationtranslation of scientific works into various languages of Muslim west. Islamic Economic System was born out of the efforts of Muslim economic thinker who studied neighbor many weaknesses that are owned by the capitalist and socialist systems. They thought that too many weaknesses in both systems. Although the purpose of the three systems together, the fatherly justice and public welfare, but in the capitalist and socialist economic system does not involve interests in the hereafter carry out its activities. Unlike the Islamic economic system which departs from the investment paradigm in the world will determine the results that will be obtained in the hereafter.

Abstract

Sales will not be realized without the sale because it CV Karya Abadi doing promotional strategies Advertising and personalselling to increase sales volume. This study aims to determine the will campaign through advertising and personal selling affects sales volume in C.V. Karya Abadi. To achieve these objectives the researchers first conducted a survey in order to identify any variable-variable being considered. In this study, there are three variables: the volume of sales, Advertising and Personal selling. Sempel method used is porposif sampling (sampling technique with a certain considerations). Lagsung to the data obtained from studies in CV Karya Abadi un structure through interview, observation and documentation and analysis using the significance test of each coefficient and significance test models with SPSS version 10.01. From the statistical results can be seen that the value of F> F table (76, 909> 3.3541) then the independent variable (advertising and personal selling) no significant effect so H0 and H1 accepted. To test Thitung on advertising: 2.239 and personal selling: 11.104 and to Ttabel advertising and personal selling is +2.0518 it shows Thitung> Ttabel that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. It can be concluded that the strategy of promotion (advertising and personal selling) affect the volume of sales in C.V. Abadi works by 83.1%, while 14.9% are influenced by other promotional strategy.

Abstract

Income Smoothing is a disclosure method of a company financial reporting which aims to smoothen the profit from one period to another period. This is made by the management with the objective to indicate a good financial performance so that it can attract the investors to place their funds in the company looking into a steady profit offered. The study aims to analyze the impact of Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset and Leverage variables to the Income Smoothing as well as Financial Performance of full-fledged Islamic banks in Indonesia using financial reporting data year 2010-2103. The study employs a regression analysis developed into Path Analysis and Triming Model. The date is tested by the classic assumption tests, namely normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and auto correlation. The hypothesis test is computed by Software SPSS Versi 21.0. The analysis result shows that Net Margin Profit is the only variable with a statistically significant impact toward Income Smoothing. Return on Asset and Leverage do not significantly impact the Income Smoothing. In addition to that, Net Profit Margin influences the Financial Performance of the bank. Furthermore, Return on asset, leverage, and Income Smoothing do not show a statistically significant impact to the Financial Performance.

Abstract

Zakat is a responsibility for Muslims. Zakat can cleanse of the soul and give a big income for Muslims community's economyc strenght. So it can be said that zakat is the main indicator for community welfare in poverty alleviation. The Purpose of this study to explain the role of zakat to grow community welfare by using the case study BAZNAS East Java and providing an explanation of the Welfare Index for BAZNAS East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data obtained through questionnaires and measured using the Welfare Index for BAZNAS to see the impact of zakat distribution conducted by BAZNAS East Java to their mustahiq. The results of this study explained that zakat has a big role in fostering this social welfare as evidenced by the very IKB 2018 value which is 0.95 and has increased significantly compared to the previous year.

Abstract

Gadai Emas merupakan pemberian dana kepada nasabah dengan menggunakan pembiayaan gadai yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keuangan nasabah dengan menggunakan emas sebagai jaminan atas pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Sistem Gadai Emas pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah kantor cabang probolinggo sekaligus mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi PT. Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Probolinggo didalam proses penerapannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada pihak PT. Pegadaian Syariah, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa pada penerapannya sudah menerapkan tahapan-tahapan yang mudah namun tetap sesuai dengan standar operasional yang ada, diantaranya; melalui tahapan pengajuan pembiayaan, tahapan penaksiran emas sebagai barang jaminan, tahapan pencairan dana pembiayaan, tahapan pada saat jatuh tempo dan tahapan-tahapan pada saat pelunasan. Sedangkan kendala-kendala yang sering dihadapi karena kesulitan berkomuniasi dengan nasabah yang tidak dapat melakukan pelunasan dan menghadapi komplain dari nasabah atas barang jaminan. Abstract

Islam strongly encourages investment so that possessions can be productive and bring benefits in the future, of course, using a good and right way, which is in accordance with Islamic sharia, like mutual respect and does not harm others. The type of investment can be varied, we can invest through the capital market, one of which is sukuk. Sukuk are securities that are proof of ownership (claim) on assets, whether in the form of tangible, intangible or project contracts from certain activities that require the issuer to pay revenue-sharing to the Sukuk holders and pay back the Sukuk in maturity date. The principle in Sukuk transactions is in the form of emphasis on fair agreements, recommendations for profit sharing systems. In Sukuk transaction, a number of certain assets are needed which to used as the basis for conducting transactions using a contract based on sharia principles. The types of Sukuk in terms of Sukuk Ijarah, Sukuk Mudharabah, Sukuk Musyarakah, Sukuk Istishna’ with the method of issuing in bookbuilding, auction methods and private placement. In sukuk transactions there is a requirement for Underlying Assets as well as activities or processes which have been based in accordance with sharia. This shows that investing with sukuk is not worrying for investors who want to transact with sharia financial institutions. Keywords: Investing, Transaction, Sukuk
