Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur luar dan struktur dalam tradisi Bucu Kendhit serta untuk mendeskripsikan perwujudan sinkretisme dalam tradisi Bucu Kendhit di Desa Sidokumpul, Kecamatan Bangilan, Kabupaten Tuban. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan struktural dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian ini adalah Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Tradisi Bucu Kendhit memiliki dua struktur yaitu struktur luar (surface structure) dan struktur dalam (deep structure). Struktur luar (surface structure) meliputi: a) Pra upacara dan komponen penyusun; b) Proses pelaksanaan dan c) Ubarampe. Sedangkan struktur dalam (deep structure) meliputi : a) Kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Tradisi Bucu Kendhit. b) Adanya fungsi Tradisi Bucu Kendhit yang teridiri dari fungsi sosial dan fungsi religi. c) Makna filosofi Tradisi Bucu Kendhit yang terdiri dari makna kebendaan, makna perilaku, dan makna ucapan atau ujaran. (2) Tradisi Bucu Kendhit di Desa Sidokumpul, Kecamatan Bangilan, Kabupaten Tuban memiliki tradisi slametan sebagai perwujudan sinkretisme yang mengandung tiga unsur yaitu: unsur Hindu, unsur Jawa, dan unsur Islam. Kata Kunci: Sinkretisme, Struktur, Tradisi Bucu Kendhit ABSTRACT This research is aim to describe the surface structure and deep structure the tradition of Bucu Kendhit, and to describe the manifestation of syncretism in the tradition of Bucu Kendhit in Sidokumpul Village, Bangilan District, Tuban Regency. The approach used in this research is structure approach with descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study are: (1) The tradition of Bucu Kendhit has two structures namely the surface structure and the deep structure. The outer structure (surface structure) includes: a) Pre-ceremony and its components; b) The implementation process and c) Ubarampe. While the deep structure includes: a) Community trust in the Tradition of Bucu Kendhit. b) The function of the Bucu Kendhit Tradition which consists of social functions and religious functions. c) The meaning of the tradition of Bucu Kendhit's tradition which consists of material meaning, behavioral meaning, and the meaning of speech or utterance. (2) The tradition of Bucu Kendhit in Sidokumpul Village, Bangilan District, Tuban Regency has a slametan tradition as an embodiment of syncretism which contains three elements, namely: Hinduism, Javanese elements, and Islamic elements. Abstract

Abstrak Bukan hanya fokus pada pengenalan tokoh wayang yang sudah dikenal anak-anak, tetapi juga dikenalkan tentang bahan pembuat wayang. Berdasarkan bahannya, wayang bisa dibuat dari kain, seperti wayang potehi yang sering dipertunjukkan oleh etnis cina ketika merayakan hari besar cina yaitu imlek. Selain wayang potehi juga ada jenis wayang yang dibuat dari kain, yaitu wayang beber yang mengisahkan cerita tentang panji yang diduga kemunculan wayang ini sudah ada sejak zaman Kediri pada masa Prabu Jayeswara. Kemudian wayang berbahan baku kulit, ada berbagai jenis wayang yang berbahan baku kulit sapi/kerbau. Seperti wayang kulit purwa yang sumber ceritanya bersal dari kitab Mahabarata dan Ramayana. Wayang suluh yang ceritanya memberikan penyuluhan atau penerangan kepada masyarakat umumnya tentang program-program yang dilaksanakn oleh pemerintah maupun lembaga instansi tertentu. Wayang sadat, yang berisi tentang keagamaan khusunya agama islam. Wayang ini berfungsi sebagai sarana penyebaran islam atau sarana siar islam. Wayang wahyu, wayang ini milik komunitas yang menganut agama nasrani sebagai sarana siar agama kristen/katolik. Wayang krucil yang dibuat atau bentuknya menyerupai jenis-jenis binatang seperti kancil, gajah dan binatang-binatang lainnya. Fungsi dari wayang ini untuk sarana mendongeng atau bercerita tentang fauna atau kehidupan binatang kepada para penontonnya, bisa dinikmati oleh orang tua maupun anak-anak. Wayang suket dibuat dari suket yang diayam sedemikian rupa menyerupai bentuk wayang purwa, biasanya cerita yang diambil bersumber dari Mahabarat dan Ramayana. Yang terakhir adalah wayang yang terbuat dari kayu dinamakan wayang klitik, sumber ceritanya mengkisahkan tentang Umar Maya, Umar Madi. Kata Kunci: wayang, wayang purwa, jenisnya. Abstract This study highlights the introduction of wayang puppet characters to the children. It does not only focus on characters that children are familiar with, but also the materials for making wayang puppets. Based on the materials, wayang puppets can be made from fabric stuff such as a potehi puppet which is often performed by ethnic Chinese in celebrating Chinese New Year. Another puppet that is made from fabric is a beber puppet. Beber puppet has existed since the authority of King Jayeswara, The King of Kediri Kingdom. Furthermore, there are puppets made from cowhide such as (1) purwa shadow puppets. Purwa shadow puppet was adopted from Mahabharat and Ramayana stories. (2) Suluh puppet usually is used to provide information or knowledge to the public, in general about programs carried out by the government and certain institutions. (3) Sadat puppet tells about religion, especially Islam. This puppet is purposed to deploy about Islam. (4) Wahyu puppet is used by Christians in spreading about Christianity. (5) Krucil puppet shaped like animals such as mouse deer, elephants, and others. The function of this puppet is means as storytelling about fauna or animal life to the audience, both parents and children. (6) Suket puppet is made by weaving the grass into the shape of a shadow puppet. The story is usually used in suket puppet are Mahabharat and Ramayana stories. (6) Klitik puppet made from lumber. This puppet used to tells a story about Umar Maya, Umar Madi. Keywords: puppet, shadow puppet, types of wayang puppet.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the needs of Javanese junior high school language students and teachers in Banyumas on the Banyumasan dialogue text enrichment book based on sublime pupuh Gambuh, (2) to make a prototype draft Banyumasan dialogue text enrichment book based on sublime pupuh Gambuh, and (3 ) describe the results of the prototype validation of Banyumasan dialogue text enrichment book based on sublime pupuh Gambuh. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R & D) method. The development phase of the Banyumasan dialog text enrichment book based on the subline pupuh gambuh picture refers to the steps of Sugiyono (2010: 409) which are tailored to the research needs, namely: (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4 ) product validation, and (5) product revisions. This study produced a Banyumasan dialog text enrichment book based on the advice of pupuh gambuh.

Abstract

This research aims to develop story books as a means for students to learn Javanese independently. It also can be useful for teachers in instilling character values ​​through stories. This research uses research and development methods, with five stages of research consisting of identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and expert assessment sheets. The results of the study are story books that were designed using Corel Draw X7, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. This story book contains eight story subtitles that raise issues faced by students at school. The results of the validation showed that there were improvements and suggestions that needed to be done, namely diction, flow, background description, thematic focus and added humor. Scoring of the product also exceeds the minimum limit, so the product can be said to be feasible.
