Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to explain the behavior patterns of young generations of high education that are problematic in society. The young generation is highly educated in the Novel "Angkatan Baru" by Hamka to tell the young generation of higher education but is unacquainted with the hard work and reluctantly devoting themselves to high paying. Science only becomes jewellery for him, not used for benefits and for many people. Younger generations are good at reading books, but are not good at reading people. The writing in this journal uses qualitative Enelitian using a descriptive method. Because it described the depiction of the young generation or youth in the Novel of the Buya Hamka "Angkatan Baru". This method was chosen to assess the growing problems in life especially for young generations after attending higher education in college. The data source used is the Novel "Angkatan Baru" by Hamka.

Abstract

Kurikulum berbasis KKNI (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia) sampai saat ini kian menuai pro dan kontra. Salah satu permasalahan pada bangku kuliah adalah banyaknya jumlah tugas yang dibebankan kepada mahasiswa dalam satu semester. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan problematika mahasiswa prodi PAI UINSU Medan terhadap tugas perkuliahan berbasis kurikulum KKNI. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Wawancara dilakukan kepada mahasiswa prodi PAI UINSU Medan semester awal hingga semester akhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami problematika dalam penyelesaian tugas kuliah berbasis KKNI, diantaranya; waktu pengerjaan tugas yang lama, keterhambatan dalam menyelesaikan tugas kelompok karena terdapat mahasiswa yang malas, bahan teori/referensi sedikit, sistematika dan substansi tugas yang sulit, sarana laptop atau smartphone yang tidak memadai hingga pengeluaran biaya yang tidak sedikit untuk menyerahkan tugas yang di print out dalam bentuk hard copy.

Abstract

Military parents with good discipline and firmness in educating their children, including parents who live in the Bukit Barisan Gaperta Military Command I complex in Medan, certainly have a good influence on the implementation of children's online learning. This study aims to describe the efforts of military parents in assisting children to learn online, as well as their roles as teachers, facilitators, motivators, and coaches. This study uses a type of field research with qualitative methods and a descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques as well as data analysis with data reduction techniques, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the military's efforts towards online learning are: 1) as teachers, parents act as educators, mentors, and companions in learning; 2) as facilitators, parents play a role in providing online learning facilities, channeling information between teachers and students, and providing other supporting educational facilities; 3) as a motivator, parents act as a support system, provide rewards, and motivators to encourage good faith, character, and worship; 4) as coaches, parents act as supervisors in learning, provide punishment that educates, applies discipline, and is firm in making decisions.
