Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out information about the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviors, job satisfaction, and justice on organizational commitment. In this study, school is considered as an organization. The study was carried out at Islamic Junior High Schools in the Mataram City, NTB. The data for this survey reseach were collected by using quesionnaires distributed to fifty-nine teachers as the samples. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis.The results of the analyses shows that: (1) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (2) leader behaviors have a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, and (4) justice has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this policy study is to know the difference between policy program and policy implementation in field. This evaluation study is using policy evaluation approach. In the quality assurence reference completeness component, governance, human resource development, excellency, and public image improvement has not achieved yet such as; inadequate insfrastructure, operational standard has not been standardized, low quality human resources, inadequate fund to training and further studies, acces to attending national and international seminars has not been created, learning resources are not used maximally, lecturers’ teaching and research ability are still low, community services is still in traditional ways, curriculum has not directed to labor market and ready-working graduates yet, new adminssion system has not gone well, evaluation has not gone well, inconsistency of journal content, outstanding service has not been going well.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to understand, explain and improve The Management Program based on Madrasah (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic State High School Jonggat sub-district. The results are, some weakness of programs to increase teacher’s human resources that are not master learning model media (cannot operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need dan low cost. The recommendation is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Abstract

Purpose: In this study, we investigated the effects of organizational justice and trust directed at the organization as a whole on OCB. Also investigated were the influence between organizational justice and OCB, and the influence between trust and OCB. Design/Methodology/Approach: From a sample of 273 teachers from 305 Private Junior High Schools in Tangerang District, we tested the hypothesized model using structural equation models. Findings: The main findings are as follows: Findings show that organizational justice and trust have a positive effect on teacher’s OCB and OCB is also positively related to trust. Originality/value: The results of the study show that teachers could be engaged in organizational citizenship behavior when they perceive fairness of the equality, needs, rights of opinion, transparency, neutrality and acknowledging the same position of the organizational process.
