Abstract

Tambak merupakan salah satu jenis habitat yang digunakan untuk pertanian air pesisir, di mana pertanian berkelanjutan dapat menyebabkan degradasi lingkungan, yang ditandai dengan penurunan kualitas air. Salah satu masalah utama dengan sumur semangka adalah kualitas air, yang harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan hidup semangka. Proses memantau kualitas air pada sumur semak biasanya dilakukan secara manual dengan pengambilan sampel air yang kemudian dibawa ke laboratorium untuk analisis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menciptakan alat dan sistem pemantauan kualitas air yang didasarkan pada Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat memfasilitasi monitoring kualitas air. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode desain perangkat yang menggunakan sensor suhu (DS18B20), kit prob pH untuk menentukan nilai pH, sensor kekerasan df-robot, dan sensor TDS. Perangkat ini menggunakan esp8266 Arduino dan adaptor 5V sebagai sumber tegangan. Hasil pengujian dan pengukuran yang dilakukan selama lima hari menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air sangat dipengaruhi oleh sinar matahari dan mikroorganisme di dalamnya. Dari pengujian, perangkat bekerja dan berhasil disimpan di firebase, yang kemudian dapat ditampilkan secara real-time di aplikasi Android.

Abstract

Peningkatan_bersihnya air_yang dibutuhkan terus terjadi hari demi hari, yang umumnya dikarenakan pada faktor, motorisasi, industrialisasi dan meningkatnya standar hidup manusia. Umumnya didaerah pesisir untuk air bersih dibeli, jadi ini yang sering terjadi. Penelitiannya dilakukan sebagai hasil pencadangan air bersih dalam kebutuhan, disebabkan adanya kurangnya penyediaannya. Uniteed Nation Organization, di tahun 2025 untuk 180 juta manusia di seluruh dunia ,air bersih kurang. Metode penelitian dilakukan agar air bersih dihasilkan dan garam hilang melalui proses destilasi dari surya panel penutup trapesium. Data diambil dari proses mengetahui perlunya air bersih pada rumah tangga. Dalam memasak dan konsumsi lainnya. Data pengukuran proses distilasi 5 hari berturut-turut dari pukul 08.00 WIB sampai_18.00 WIB. Data hasil pengujian sesuai data kebutuhan pada tiap rumah tangga, sehingga mengetahui kemampuan proses kerja destilator. Surya panel phollycristal yang digunakan 240WP menggunakan proses pengisian baterai 12 Volt, Proses pengukuran arus dan tegangan dilakukan 5 hari, tanpa beban dan menggunakan beban, serta daya yang terpakai saat distilasi terjadi. Untuk ukuran suhu yang diperlukan dilakukan pengukuran, adapun sampai PH air diukur supaya layak air dikonsumsi.

Abstract

Hydrokinetic water turbines do not require high water pressure (head) to work.Another advantage of the Darrieus turbine is that it is less sensitive to turbulencebut sensitive to flow direction. Among some forms of turbine turbine turbinegeometry, straight-angled geometry (or H-Darrieus) is more popular due to easierfabrication and simpler construction. The number of blades using the NACA type0012 H-rotor has the best self-starting effect but not for all azimuth blade positions.If the blade is fixed and unregulated then the angle of charge will change at anytime depending on the position of the blade which consequently alters thedynamic force of the water to the blade and therefore tends to occur in the lowtorque of the tubin and decrease the turbine effiency. One disadvantage of theDarrieus turbine is its low self-starting torque. So the problem in this research ishow the turbine produced performance with variation of the number of blades.The study was conducted to analyze the perforamance of low-speed darrieusturbines shown by self-starting characteristics, dynamic torque, power, andefficiency produced by turbines. The test rig comprises two main components: amodel of stream flow made of acrylic and a model of the Darrieus turbine. Rivermodels from upstream shelters, canals and downstream water reservoirs. Waterfrom upstream flows into the runner through the incoming side. Then waterflowed into the downstream storage basin. In the construction of this model is notmunggunakan draft tube. The runner house has a fully enclosed top casing with nodraft tube and wall, the water flow rate and Head of water level are set by the feedwater pump. The difference between the water level in the upstream reservoir andthe water level in the canal is kept constant. Once the above is achieved then it canbe tested. The shaft rotation is measured by the rotation sensor and the shafttorque force is measured using a load cell. Abstract

Salah satu usaha pengolahan hasil perikanan berupa pembuatan terasi. Terasi(shrimp paste) merupakan salah satu produk awetan ikan-ikan kecil atau rebonyang telah diolah melalui proses pemeraman atau fermentasi, penggilingan ataupenumbukan dan penjemuran. Persoalan terasi lainnya adalah tempat untukpenjemuran dan tingkat kekeringan terasi. Dalam penelitian dirancanglah alatpengering terasi otomatis yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil produksiterasi oleh masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitianini diperoleh hasil prototype alatpengering terasi otomatis yang tepat guna sehingga dapat mengurangipenggunaan tenaga manusia dan dapat terlaksana walau cuaca tidakmemungkinkan.Kata kunci : Terasi, Pengeringan), Ardiuno Uno.

Abstract

Dewasa ini mesin listrik yang sering digunakan pada dunia industri adalah motorinduksi, hal ini karena motor induksi memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan jenis motor lain, diantaranya memiliki efisiensi yang relatif tinggi, konstrusi yang sederhana dan kuat, serta mudah dan murah dalam perawatannya. Salah satu kelemahan dari motor induksi adalah mengatur kecepatan putaran motor. Kecepatan putaran motor induksi dapat diubah dengan cara mengubah frekuensi dengan menggunakan inverter. Penelitianini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perubahan frekuensi terhadap kecepatan putaran motor induksi 3 phasa menggunakan inverter. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perubahan frekuensi pada inverter dapat menyebabkan perubahan kecepatan putaran motor induksi 3 phasa. Perubahan frekuensi inverter dengan cara mengatur tegangan input inverter dengan mengubah-ubah tahanan (potensio meter ) pada inverter dapat merubah kecepatan motor induksi 3 phasa.Kunci : Motor Induksi 3 Phasa, Inverter (VFD), Frekuensi, Tegangan, Putaran.

Abstract

The need for electricity is good for the industry, offices, and public and individuals are greatly increased. However, the increase in demand for electricity is not accompanied by the additional power supply. Based on these problems, chosen solar energy as an alternative energy to generate electric power. A tool that is used here is the solar cell because it can directly convert solar radiation into electrical energy (photovoltaic process). So that solar energy can be used at night, then during the day, the electrical energy generated is stored before a battery which is controlled by the regulator. Regulator output is directly connected to the inverter from the DC to AC. The test results of solar modules (photovoltaic) indicated that the results of the average power output reached 38.24 Watt, and the currents were 2.49 A.  This is because the photovoltaic follows the direction of movement of the sun and always located at the photovoltaic to remain facing the sun. Therefore, it will still be able to capture the radiant sun to the fullest.

Abstract

The Nagan Raya coal-fired power plant in Aceh, Indonesia, serves as a major supplier of electricity to the region's power grid. However, the power generation unit of the plant, which supplies reactive power to the subsystem, often experiences disturbances that cause voltage values in the Banda Aceh substation system to decrease. This decrease in voltage can be detrimental to the quality of power supplied to the consumers. To address this issue, a capacitor bank with a capacity of 25 Mvar was installed at the end of 2016. The capacitor bank was successful in increasing the voltage value at the substation and proved to be an effective solution. However, with the anticipated growth in load in the coming years and the possibility of future disturbances in the power generation unit, it has been proposed that an additional capacitor bank unit with the same capacity be installed to further enhance the voltage quality at the Banda Aceh substation. To assess the feasibility of this proposal, simulations were carried out using ETAP 12.6.0 software. The simulation results show that the addition of a 25 Mvar capacitor bank unit would lead to an increase in the substation voltage value of around 5-6 KV. This increase in voltage would help to maintain the quality of power supplied to the consumers and ensure that the power grid remains stable even in the event of disturbances in the power generation unit. Overall, the proposed installation of an additional capacitor bank unit would be a cost-effective solution to enhance the voltage quality at the Banda Aceh substation and ensure the stability of the power grid. This solution could be adopted by other power plants facing similar issues in maintaining voltage quality in their power grid systems.
