Abstract

With the current outbreak of the corona virus, all sectors must start to improve so that they can survive during a pandemic, including the education sector. The teaching and learning process carried out during a pandemic situation like this is carried out using an online system and distance learning. Teachers must be able to provide facilities so that students can absorb the material optimally. Another problem that arises is that not all teachers are able to implement the distance learning system and also using the applications or technologies that support distance learning system. To solve this problem, the school needs to get the training of how to make a distance learning system media and in this case the school cooperates with STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) for the training. The training materials provided are google classroom training, google form and training on making the learning videos. The results of the analysis were obtained from the pretest and posttest questionnaires which were described descriptively. After receiving the training, most of the teachers will switch to use the Google Classroom media instead of WA social media, because 100% of the teachers stated that Google Classroom is very helpful in supporting online learning. In addition, according to the posttest questionnaires, 8.3% of the teachers understand very well about the features contained in Google Classroom, 41.7% understand it well and 50% are understand it quite well, meaning that most of the teachers understand the use of Google Classroom. The training also received a good responses from SDN 2 Kawan School and it will be applied to support their distance learning system.

Abstract

Keindahan Pulau Bali, dan keragaman budaya Bali menjadi daya tarik para wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Bali. Salah satu unsur terpenting pariwisata adalah sarana akomodasi sebagai tempat menginap atau beristirahat. Salah satu contoh akomodasi yang dibutuhkan wisatawan adalah Hotel. Sebagai tempat menginap dan beristirahat, Hotel disarankan memiliki Lansekap yang baik dan nyaman untuk para wisatawan. Lansekap merupakan keseluruhan bagian yang berada di luar bangunan struktur Hotel, baik berupa elemen keras / hardscape dan elemen lunak / softscape. Hotel Alantara Sanur adalah salah satu Hotel bintang 4 yang berlokasi di Sanur Bali. Hotel Alantara memiliki lahan seluas 58 Are, dengan persentase terbuka sebanyak 60% dan persentase bangunan sebanyak 40%. Persentase ruang terbuka yang lebih dominan dibandingkan bangunan, mengharuskan pihak hotel melakukan pemeliharaan area Lansekap agar kenyamanan serta keindahan Lansekap Hotel tetap terjaga. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Penerapan Batu Andesit sebagai Pathway Pada Area Lansekap Hotel Alantara Sanur Bali. Salah satu bagian dari Lansekap yang akan ditingkatkan pada Hotel Alantara ini adalah pada bagian Hardscape khususnya Pathway Hotel. Pathway yang menggunakan Batu Andesit  sebagai permukaannya digunakan untuk meningkatkan daya Tarik Lansekap sebuah Hotel dengan memberikan kesan tradisional yang berkualitas tinggi. Selain itu penggunaan Batu Andesit juga dapat memberikan konstruksi yang tahan lama dan lebih ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Construction are increasingly needed in the implementation of projects, especially the existence of services that can control the main demands regarding the accuracy of quality, financial efficiency and time accuracy are very much needed. In implementing the Jumeirah Resort Pecatu Graha Bali Development Project, researchers focused their research on soft landscaping work. The role of project management in controlling the implementation time is to obtain a good way or technique to be applied so that limited resources can be managed so as to obtain effective and efficient results due to well-ordered arrangements.The "S" curve is one of the techniques for controlling project progress by using a combination of the "S" curve and the milestone. After looking at the schedule of plans and comparing with progress in the field, there are very significant delays in work on: (a) Groundcover work, when viewed from February 2019 time schedule groundcover work should have been completed, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 30.92%; (b) Shrubs work, if seen from March 2019 time schedule shrubs work should have been completed, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 35.86%; (c) Palms work, if seen from April 2019 time schedule palms work should have reached the final stage of work, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 43.69%. Factors causing the delay in work based on daily reports include: (a) Land not yet ready for planting because it is still waiting for civil works to be completed; (b) Delay in supply of types of plants: groundcover, shrubs and palms, because plants are imported from Java, especially in Malang areas.

Abstract

Continuous development causes changes in land use from open spaces as water catchment areas to become residential areas. The change in function of water catchment land causes rainwater that falls on the land not to enter the soil, but overflows on the surface of the soil. During the rainy season, most of the water will be discharged directly into the sea, otherwise it will cause puddles and flooding. Meanwhile, during the dry season, many groundwater sources experience drought. Naturally, groundwater shortages can be overcome if the management system is handled properly.The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply infiltration wells to control rainwater puddles in residential areas.The working principle of an infiltration well is to distribute and collect rainwater into a hole or well, where the rainwater on the ground will then slowly seep into the ground. Below the ground, this seeping water will seep into the soil layer called the unsaturated layer, where this layer can still absorb water. Thus, the entry of rainwater into the ground will increase groundwater. The application of infiltration wells in residential areas requires calculation of the area covered by buildings and watertight. The number of infiltration well areas that need to be made is 4% of the watertight area.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi beton precast memberikan banyak manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia. Paving block merupakan salah satu produk beton precast yang digunakan sebagai bahan perkerasan jalan untuk jalan di perumahan, nursery, lahan parkir, sampai area industri.Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan paving block sebagai perkerasan jalan pada area nursery tanaman.Aplikasi paving block pada pembangunan ruas jalan sudah banyak dijumpai di berbagai daerah, karena perkerasan kaku relatif lebih besar kemampuannya menahan beban dan umur rencana lebih lama. penerapan paving block sebagai perkerasan jalan pada area nursery tanaman agar dapat menghasilkan suatu teknik penutup permukaan tanah yang digunakan sebagai jalan yang akan dilalui oleh beban bergerak yaitu kendaraan.
