Abstrak-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan membaca intensif dengan menemukan struktur teks fabel pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Tahun Pelajaran 2020-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil sebesar 25% dari seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 323 siswa, sehingga yang mengikuti penelitian adalah 323 x 25 : 100 = 80 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian ini adalah tes pilihan berganda dengan jumlah soal 10 dan essay tes 10 soal untuk membaca intensif dan menemukan struktur teks fabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Pearson dengan rumus product Moment. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara membaca intensif dengan menemukan struktur teks fabel pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan, dalam penelitian ini semua telah terbukti dapat diterima kebenaranya. Kata kunci: membaca intensif, struktur teks fabel.

Abstrak-Fenomena TikTok ‘persalinan’ membuat ketakutan dan keraguan tersendiri bagi kaum perempuan. Hal ini dikarenakan viralnya konten TikTok yang berdurasi 15 detik mengenai pemeriksaan vagina saat persiapan persalinan yang dikecam sebagai pelecehan seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tanda dan mengungkap makna dibalik tanda yang membentuk tudingan sebagai unsur pelecehan seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis semiotika tokoh Roland Barthes mengkaji tigapeta tanda, yakni: makna denotatif, makna konotatif, dan mitos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tanda denotatif berupa gerakan visual, verbal, dan audio sebagai petanda. Ekspresi-ekspresi yang ditimbulkan saat pemeriksaan vagina mengandung makna konotatif yang merepresentasikan aktivitas-aktivitas seks menggunakan jari tangan sehingga membentuk mitos yang berpotensi hilangnya rasa kepercayaan perempuan Indonesia untuk ke dokter obgyn lelaki dan kekhawatiran tindakan yang memalukan saat persalinan. This study discusses about the ability to understand questions of writing scientific based on higher order thingking skill (HOTS) in SMAN 3 Medan. This type of research uses research and development in the field of education known as Research and Development (R & D). The location of this research is at SMAN 3 Medan. The research is conducted in the 2018/2019 Learning Year. The subjects in this study are 30 students of Class X of SMAN 3 Medan. The result shows that the ability to understand the assessment instrument questions of writing scientific work based on higher order thinking, students get an average value of 71 with sufficient categories.

Analyzing the effect of social security on performance productivity, the most dominant factor on employee performance productivity at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Cemetery Hall Kec. Mandau District. Bengkalis Riau. The population in this study was 263 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis method. This type of research is associative research, and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a study of documentation and a list of statements which are measured using a Likert scale. The data was statistically processed with the SPSS 20.0 for windows program, namely the t test model and the determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously social security has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employee performance at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Balai Makam, social security has a positive and significant partial effect on productivity performance. Based on simple linear regression processing, the results of simple linear regression are obtained as follows: Y = 3.077 + 0.810X, from the figures obtained, the level of social security obtained is 3.077, which means that there is a positive relationship between social security, performance productivity will still have a regression coefficient of X of 0.810 means that for every one unit increase in the social security variable, the productivity of performance will increase by 0.810 units. R Square of 0.677 means 67.7% of performance productivity at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Cemetery Hall Kec. Mandau District. Bengkalis Riau can be explained by variations in social security and the remaining 33.2% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

This study discusses the development of picture and picture-based fable text writing modules in class VII students of MTs Al-Bukhary Rantauprapat. This type of research is development with a 4-D development model. The development steps carried out by the researcher are 1) the definition stage (define), 2). Design stage (design), 3). Stage of development (development), 4) Stage of deployment (disseminate). This study designed learning modules and administered tests to determine the ability to write fable texts. The instruments used in this study were media expert and material expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires and tests of the ability to write fable texts. After the module is made, the module for writing fable text based on picture and picture is validated by the expert. The validation was carried out by media experts and material experts so that the module for writing fable texts based on picture and picture was declared feasible for testing. The trial was carried out by asking for responses from teachers and students as research subjects. From the results of the post-test conducted at the end of the learning activity, it was obtained 90.3%, the student scores reached the minimum completeness criteria very well. And the results of the student response questionnaire analysis show the "very feasible" category. This means that the picture and picture-based fable text writing module that has been made has answered the problem formulation, so that the picture and picture-based fable text writing module is suitable for use by teachers and MTs students, especially in learning fable text material.

The maintenance that occurs in language arises because there are causes that are very closely related to changes in language observed in certain elements found in dialect varieties, regional boundaries, number of speakers, place of residence, identity and cultural pride, and good economic conditions. This study aimed to determine (1) lexical forms of phonology and (2) the geographic distribution of phonological forms that experience variations in Riau Malay in Kampar Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with listening techniques, interviews, and recordings. The results of this study are based on its embodiment; the determination of phonetic innovation is based on the discovery of a variant that indicates a phonotactic change from the original variant at the Riau Malay observation point in Kampar Regency. The study results noted that there were 24 glosses with 67 variants indicating this type of innovation.
