Abstract

Online media has been proven to gave good impact especially in the business field, for opening and widen access to people and society, and so giving more opportunity to any business broader and easy access through electronic commerce (e-commerce). This is the basic idea for the need to improve business reach for a decorative plants store in Tangerang Area. The association transaction pattern as the outcome of data mining process by implementing the Fp-Growth Algorithm that is injected to a mobile application with the purpose to get the buyer’s shopping pattern, which is also packed as the products bundling promotion media and finally open the opportunity to broaden reach for business and information.

Abstract

Community service in the field of e-commerce aims to strengthen the purchasing power of Small and Medium Enterprises products, one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) targeted is Rumah Jambu Bojong Gede Bogor through the implementation of Web-based E-Commerce and assistance using the use of information technology on the Business Small Medium House Guava in District Bojong Gede - Bogor, thus increasing economic independence through surrounding communities in order to improve the utilization of information technology and internet in marketing activities globally. The issues raised are the improvement of sales service, marketing, product ordering from consumers. The solution offered is the creation of E-Commerce application made based on web technology by introducing wordpress as one of the websites and blogs that can be used partners for free or paid, the introduction of online stores so that Small and Medium Enterprises can also register online stores for free. Application of the application to partners through transfer knowledge through training and partner assistance in using E-commerce applications. Stages of the implementation of dedication starts from the Identification and Situation Analysis, Information Exclusion of Partner Problems, Website Creation Training, Uploading and Content Filling Training Website so that in the future the partner of Small and Medium Enterprises can fill the content independently in the future, and Evaluate Use of Website. The expected results of the dedication of Small and Medium Enterprises can promote the product and increase the sales results that have been prepared through e-commerce.Kata Kunci: Model Endapan, Karakteristik Lokasi, Good Mining Practice

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kondisi UKM pakaian di DKI Jakarta dan untuk menangkap strategi terkait untuk peningkatan UKM pakaian di DKI Jakarta berdasarkan pemetaan potensi. Data primer yang digunakan diperoleh dari pengelolaan lokasi bisnis terkonsentrasi yang disediakan oleh pemerintah provinsi yang dikenal sebagai 'lokbin', perwakilan kementerian koperasi dan UKM, pemilik bisnis, konsumen, ahli, dan produsen pakaian di wilayah Jakarta melalui 115 kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan metode sampling proporsional, ada 19 responden dari Jakarta Barat, 24 responden dari Jakarta Utara, 29 responden dari Jakarta Timur, 19 responden dari Jakarta Selatan, dan 24 responden dari Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan Analytic Hierarchy Process. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Strategi prioritas berdasarkan hasil analisa SWOT adalah strategi pada kuadran III, yaitu strategi diversifikasi. Prioritas alternatif strategi diversifikasi berdasarkan hasil analisa AHP, yaitu alternatif strategi diversifikasi konsentris. Prioritas kriteria strategi berdasarkan hasil analisa AHP, yaitu kriteria peluang. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi pemahaman yang luas tentang UKM pakaian di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, terutama yang berhubungan dengan manajemen, manajemen strategis, dan manajemen pemasaran dan juga dapat bermanfaat bagi pemilik atau pengusaha UKM pakaian, khususnya di Wilayah Jakarta.

Abstract

Each company must manage the administration of existing letters in the company / office effectively so that it does not interfere with company operations. Procedures are a series of tasks that are integrated in an integrated manner with one another.Citeras village office employees have an important role in serving the administrative needs of the Citeras village community for writing correspondence to and from various institutions, the general public and organizations. Many letters are made and received by village office employees that require structuring, filing and filing letters / documents so that they can be neatly and well organized.The method of implementing this community partnership program activity is the method of participation, namely collaboration between the service team and Citeras village officials. This method is used so that partners can apply it at the village office after training on filing of letter / document archives at the village office so that administration at the village office is neatly organized and there is no difficulty finding the required incoming or outgoing mail archives.Assistance to village office employees is carried out so that the skills of village office employees can increase, this can be seen from the results of the questionnaire and the neat and good administration of the village office. It is hoped that a good administrative arrangement can be maintained so that the community can be served as expected by the government, namely providing the best for the community.

Abstract

Kabupaten Lebak adalah salah satu kabupaten terbesar di Provinsi Banten. Namun, potensi daerah yang besar ini tidak diikuti oleh pengembangan potensi sumber daya lokal yang optimal. Salah satu potensi terkait budi daya di desa Mekaragung adalah tanaman palawija, yaitu Singkong. salah satu produk olahan dari singkong di desa Mekaragung yang dikenal oleh masyarakat sebagai Enye-Enye.Kelompok Wanita Pagoda (KWP) sebagai mitra adalah sekelompok wanita yang bermarkas di salah satu desa kecil di Kabupaten Lebak, para wanita ini telah mengolah singkong menjadi makanan yang dikenal di daerah Cibadak dengan nama Enye-Enye sepanjang hidup mereka. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan rata-rata Mitra terkait Kualitas Produk, Harga dan kemasan sebelumnya hanya 25% meningkat menjadi 68,5%. (2) Meningkatnya keterampilan rata-rata Mitra terkait Kualitas Produk, Harga dan kemasan sebelumnya hanya 25,3% meningkat menjadi 66,7%. (3) Meningkatnya pengetahuan rata-rata Mitra terkait pemasaran sosial media berbasis mobile dalam berpromosi sebelumnya hanya 27% meningkat menjadi 56%. (4) Meningkatnya keterampilan rata-rata Mitra terkait pemasaran sosial media berbasis mobile dalam berpromosi sebelumnya hanya 8% meningkat menjadi 76%. (5) Meningkatnya keuntungan Mitra dalam menjual Enye-Enye hingga 233%.
