Abstract

Social media until now has had a big influence on the shape of a business. Through online promotion strategies published in influential information media in an area, it provides its own value and great attention from enthusiasts in each of these media, one of which is the Instagram social media on the media talk account which is very much appreciated, and the people of Medan city in looking for information and news that is up to date. Providing creative information with diverse and interesting promotions will have an influence on companies that load into the terrain so as to attract the public in purchasing decision activities from promotions loaded in medantalk. The analytical methods used in this study are the EPIC model method and multiple regression analysis. Abstract

The importance of commitment to employees who can have a positive impact on the development and progress of the company. So there needs to be a driving factor as a good motivation in the work environment. For this reason, there needs to be motivation in moving employees, especially in the work environment. This study aims to explain the role of motivation in mediating the influence of the work environment and leadership that can affect employee commitment in achieving employee and company performance. Conducting this initial survey will explain the causation that can affect other variables. This research was conducted at PT. Cisadane Sawit Raya (CSR), North Sumatera by involving all 76 employees in 2 work units in office with the criteria of working period of ± 5 years with a saturated sampling method. The results of this study can be seen through motivation as a mediation of the influence of the work environment and leadership on organizational commitment that can help companies in identifying.

Abstract

Islamic financial literacy is a problem that still occurs in the existence of Islamic banking, so that in-depth studies continue to be carried out to determine the effectiveness of Islamic financial literacy on the quality of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to determine Islamic financial literacy can improve the quality of Islamic banks. The research method uses a qualitative approach from various reference sources and literature related to this research theme. The results of the study confirm that there is a link between Islamic financial literacy and the quality of Islamic banks from various previous studies that support this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan harga terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam penggunaan dompet digital DANA. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah warga Kota Medan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode SMART PLS untuk mengevaluasi validitas dan keandalan variabel, serta untuk menentukan apakah variabel independen memiliki dampak positif terhadap variabel dependen, atau sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di Kota Medan, kualitas layanan aplikasi DANA memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan secara positif. Namun, promosi aplikasi tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Terdapat juga keseimbangan yang baik antara biaya dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini. Secara keseluruhan, baik kualitas layanan maupun harga berkontribusi positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan yang optimal, penting untuk menjaga kualitas layanan dan menetapkan harga yang sesuai dengan nilai yang diberikan kepada pelanggan.
