Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai is located at 31 km East Cross street, District Bandar Sekijang, Pelalawan. The purpose of this study to determine how the workplace environment, work discipline and motivation affect the productivity of employees of PT. Sinar Siak Dian scenic. To find out which factor is the most powerful influence on employee productivity in PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai. To achieve these objectives the research conducted using a sample of respondents totaled 137 people, using census method. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous test and the partial test. Based on the research results which indicate that there is a significant influence on the work environment, discipline and motivation on employee productivity.Based on the above calculation of the value obtained by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0534.this suggests that the working environment, discipline and motivation simultaneously provide 46.6% of the effect on labor productivity in the production of PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Bandar Sekijang. Recommendations can be submitted is to PT.Sinar Siak Dian Permai that further enhance the work environment, discipline and motivation because these variables affect employee productivity which certainly have an impact on the performance of the employee in carrying out activities in the company.Keywords: work environment, discipline, motivsi and work productivity.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Oto Multiartha pekanbaru branch roadTambusai Pekabaru lord, this study aimed to determine the effect of discipline and work environment variables simultaneously or partially on work performance of employees of PT. Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch. The sampling method using census method with a sample size of 62 people. Data collection methods used were interviews directly to parties - parties involved with the issues that are being discussed and gave questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data were analyzed using Qualitative and Quantitative Methods Methods that use that formula Descriptive Statistics, Test Data Quality, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, with the help of software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that simultaneous Discipline of Work and Work workplace significant effect on Employee Job Performance in PT. Oto Multiartha Pekanbaru Branch, partially Variable work Discipline and Working Environment significant effect on employee performance PT. Oto Multiartha Pekanbaru Branch. regression coefficient is positive ( + ) indicates a unidirectional relationship, in other words Discipline and work environment will improve employee work performance at PT. Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch. Correlation or relationship between the discipline and the work environment Work with employees at PT. Abstract

This research is done at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru which is located at Sudirman Street number 377, Pekanbaru. Population in this study there all employees, amounting to 66 people, while the number of samples in this study as many as 66 people. Determination of the numbering samples using census method. While to analyze the data, authors using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS version 20.0. Based on F test result is known that the variable training, leadership with the same effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Based on t test result is known that the training variable be partial effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. And leadership variabel be partial effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Donations effect of training and leadership contributed 45.90% on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. While the remaining 54.10% is influenced by other variabels not examined in this study.Keywords : Training, Leadership, Performance

Abstract

The population and samples in this study is all employee about 82 people. The data recourses used were primary and secondary data. The data accumulation technique used were taken by doing interview and questionnaire. The method of analysis used were the method of quantitative descritive and multiple regression analysis (simultaneously and partially analysis) with the help of SPSS 19 version. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneously (together) three variables: emotional intelligence (X1) intelligence (X2) and discipline (X3) significantly affect the performance of nurses (Y). The degree of influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable can be determined by performing a partial test, the results obtained are: emotional intelligence variables (X1) significantly affects the performance of nurses variable (Y), intellectual variables (X2) significantly affects the performance of nurses variable (Y) and the discipline variable (X3) significantly affects the performance of nurses variable (Y).To the authors recommend that hospitals consider the factors that affect the performance of nurses as hospitals and nurses are working partners who need each other for survival of the hospitalKeywords: Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, Discipline and Performance nurse.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. suka fajar Ltd. located in Jalan Belimbing Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, commitment and intensity turnover significant effect on employee performance in PT. suka fajar Ltd Pekanbaru and to know which is more influential factor against employee performance. The population in this study were all employees who work in the company of PT. suka fajar Ltd., while the sampling is done by using the formula Slovin, in order to obtain 55 employees to be sampled. Data analysis tool that is used is the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination (R2)Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intensity significant effect on employee performance, either partially (t test) or simultaneously (F test). This is evident from the t test and F test significant at the alpha level of 5%. Thus the first hipotisis this study may be accepted at the 95% confidence level. Employee satisfaction has the most dominant influence on employee performance compared with the effect of variable intensity organizational commitment and turnover, it is seen from the regression coefficients of each variable. Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to obtain valid and reliable information about: a) the effect of compensation on the performance of teachers of SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, b) the effect on the performance of teachers recruitment SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru c) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, d) the effect of recruitment on job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, e) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the vocational teacher Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. Abstract

Human resources are the main capital in a company because the achievement of corporate objectives depends on the quality and quantity of its human resources. This study aimed to examine the effect of training, compensation and career development on employee performance and motivation of sales as a mediating variable in Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company. The population in this study were all employees of Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company sales totaling 33 people. Sampling in this study is to use the census method, which according to this method the entire population can be sampled. Data was collected by using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. The results of the research to get the results that training, compensation, and career development of significant and positive impact on employee motivation and performance Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company. But motivation does not mediate the effect of training, compensation, and career development on employee performance. The results also show that there is no difference in the performance of the employee Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company by gender.Keywords : Training, Compensation, Career Development, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru is addressed at Jalan Sudirman 455 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education on morale and job satisfaction To determine the effect on employee morale at the Perum Pengadaian Kantor wilayah Pekanbaru. Population by Arikunto (2003: 129) defined as whole research subjects. While the sample part of the population that reflects all the characteristics possessed by the whole population. The population in question in this study were all employees Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru numbering as many as 103 people, and 51 of them sample. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test. Based on the research and discussion it is known that employee morale Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru has been good if the note of the work, absenteeism, employee turnover, employee demands, comfort in work and so forth. So also with the training program and the level of employee satisfaction. There is a significant effect of the training variables and job satisfaction on employee morale at the Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru either partially or simultaneously. There is a high contribution of variable training and job satisfaction on employee morale at the Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru which is seen from the coefficient of determination. There is a strong positive relationship anatara training variables and job satisfaction with employees' Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru which is evident from the correlation coefficient.Keywords: Morale, Education and Training, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Bina Kasih Hospital is an organization / institution that is engaged in providing services and and has the intent and purpose to promote and improve health services in Pekanbaru. In carrying out its activities, the service is something that must be considered by the management of the hospital because the hospital is an activity engaged in services. Therefore, satisfactory service would be a good image for the hospital so that it can be a reference for prospective patients to seek treatment at the hospital. In the enterprise, human factors on the employees themselves will evolve into complex problems, such as poor work performance, low work ethic, high employee turnover and other things that can inhibit the development and achievement of corporate goals.The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of compensation and career development to job satisfaction of nurses that is mediated by the motivation to work at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru totaling 72 people with census sampling method. This study using path analysis (path) with SPSS 21.Results of the study found that compensation and career development is significant and positive impact on the motivation of the nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. While the motivation, compensation and career development is significant and positive impact on job satisfaction of nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. Then motivation does not mediate the effect of compensation and career development to job satisfaction of nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital.Keywords : Compensation, Career Development, Motivation and Job Satisfaction
