This research aims to analize the financial feasibility and to analize the level of sensivity of fish feed agroindustry business. This research uses the case study method, the object of the research is a fish feed business in Kuok district Kampar regency. Investment criteria used in analyzing the financial feasibility is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The results of the research showed that fish feed agroindustry business is feasible to run and developed with the value of NPV as Rp. 1.727.012.550 (NPV bigger than zero), Net B/C of 3,08 (Net B/C bigger than one) and IRR stay at DF 55,34% (IRR bigger than DF 12%). The results of the sensitivity analysis showed that if the business have a risk from the increases bran prices by 14%, dried fish price increases of 8%, a decrease in fish feed production 25% and decline of production time to 17 days in 1 month, then business is not sensitive to the risks and the business is worth tobe continued. Resulting risk is not worth the effort, in case sensitivity the increases bran prices by 16,15%, dried fish price increases of 26,96%, increases bran princes and dried fish simultaneously 11%, a decrease in fish feed production 52,46% and decline of production time to 11 days in 1 month. The purposes of this research are to find out women farmer’s profile in Sei Beluru village, to analyze an income women farmer’s household, to analyze a contribution income women farmer’s from farmer’s and non farms to household income. These research used a survey method with purposive sampling as a sampling technique, the characteristic are women who have job as a farmer as their primary job, women who have been a housewife and still have husband then have their own farm. Respondent total of this research are 41 respondent. The result is, from charateristics, the age of women farmer’s are between 36-60 years old, with junior highschool graduate, and most of women farmer’s experience in farmer’s industry are during 7-34 years. Total average of household income’s women farmer’s are Rp.24.239.091/years that came from primary household and part time income’s husband, wife and child. Rubber plant is one of the plantation crop which has the potential to be developed at Sungai Jalau Village because it is one of the high producers village of rubber plant in the North Kampar. Some differences were found in the income of the Rubber farmer because of different purchasing offered by the employer. The purpose of this study to analysis the structure and level of house income of rubber farmers at Sungai Jalau Village. The method used in this study is a survey method by using purposive sampling. Total populations of 110 rubber farmers were taken which are subscribed by 3 major employers and then 28 farmers were sampled according to the criteria of the study. The results of the study shows that the agricultural sector is the largest contributor to the total household income of rubber farmers is 73,82% and the rest 26,18% was contributed by the revenues of non-agricultural sector. The total average household income received from primary income is Rp.2.098.057/month (63,21%) and additional income is Rp.424.120/month (12,78%), and the total average household income received from other family members is Rp.797.077/month (24,01%), while the average per capita income is Rp.7.966.210/year. The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial feasibility of rubber plantation in Desa Sungai Jalau, North Kampar district. Desa Sungai Jalau obtain assist production medium from Plantantion Office of Riau for development 35 ha rubbers plant. The instruments of this research are; analyzing the (NPV), (Net B / C) and (IRR) and also sensitivity analysis. The used of data is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is price data were obtained from farmers and employer and secondary data is physics data obtained from Tamora garden of PTPN V, and another data from related agencies. The result shower that analyzing Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp.447.198.856,00, Net Benefit Cost (Net B/C) is 5,41 and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 30,48%. The farmer income in one month is Rp. 1.491. 663,00. Analyzing of sensitivity of the changes of the production around 5%,NPV Rp.436.858.726,00 which slope NPV is 2,38%. The changes of the output around 10%, nilai NPV Rp. Rp. 440.909.123,00 which slope NPV is 1,42. The changes of the input around 40% NPV Rp. 203.569.908 which slope NPV is 54,55%.These proofed the rubber plan is still able to do if there is the changes of price and three aspects, because the NPV value still give positive value and IRR value > 0 and also Net B/C bigger than discount factor 12%. Leading sectors has significan contribution economic growth and chages in economic structure. The objective of the study is to analysis economic structure based on PDRB, its role on economic growth, the chages in economic sectors and factor affecting economic growth in North Sumatera Province 2008-2012. This study uses secondary data in a time series for five years. The method of analysis used in this study is an analytical Location Quotient method and Shiftshare Approach method. The results show and know that the structure of the economy in North Sumatera Province have increased and more rapid growth occurs. Through analysis Location Quotient, there is a shift in economic structure fromÂ primary sector to secondary and tertiary sectors. The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the structure of household income independent smallholder farmers of oil palm at Kota Tengah Village Dolok Masihul District Of Serdang Bedagai Regency North Sumatera, (2) to analyze the distribution of household income independent smallholder farmers of oil palm at Kota Tengah Village Dolok Masihul District Of Serdang Bedagai Regency North Sumatera. The method used in this study is a survey method and number of samples were determinated by purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 102 farmers and is sampled 20 farmers. The result of research showed that the agricultural sector is the largest contributor to the total household income of oil palm farmers is equal to 54,93% and from non-agricultural sectors of 45,07%. Revenues from the agricultural sector dominated from oil palm farming 46,07% and cassavas farming 8,86%. The distribution of household income independent smallholder farmers of oil palm at Kota Tengah Village Dolok Masihul District Of Serdang Bedagai Regency North Sumatera is at a low ineguality with index gini ratio 0,18. It means that the distibution of household income among the oil palm farmers is relative evenly. Keywords: Income Structure, Income Distribution, Index Gini Ratio

The conversion of food crops to oil palm plantation becomes a critical issue in Riau Province. There are less and less available land for food crops. The aim of this research are to (1) identify the potential subsector of food crops in Siak; (2) to analyze the sector basis and non basis commodity of food crops; (3) identify relatives spreading and coefficient specialist of basis subsector of food crops; (4) and analyze the feasibility of food crops on economic aspect. The study used descriptive to the wide of harvest and products, LQ, the coefficient location, specialist coefficient and RCR. The source result of subsector food crops in Siak has analyze potential in descriptive to be progessed are rice paddy field, cassava, and corn. LQ shows that the food plants is basis sector in Siak with close mark LQ of the wide harvest and product is wet rice field. The coeffient of location shows the activities farming of food crops in Siak spread in some subdistricts. The specialist coefficient in Siak did commodity in certain food plants are done by the farmer in each subdistrict still has variety.
