Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik sosial ekonomi petani dengan tingkat adopsi inovasi sistem tanam hazton, dan sikap petani terhadap usahatani padi sawah sistem tanam hazton. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara sistematis (systematic sampling) dengan 26 orang responden petani padi di Desa Malalin Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode analisis data adalah Korelasi Rank Spearman, teknik penskalaan likert dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik sosial ekonomi petani yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi sistem tanam hazton adalah luas lahan dan pendapatan. Sedangkan karakteristik sosial ekonomi petani yang berpengaruh non signifikan terhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi sistem tanam hazton adalah umur, lamanya berusahatani, pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga. luas lahan, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan pendapatan bernilai positif (Rs +) dan memiliki hubungan yang searah dengan tingkat adopsi inovasi sistem tanam hazton. Sedangkan umur dan pengalaman berusahatani bernilai negatif (Rs -) dan memiliki hubungan yang tidak searah dengan adopsi inovasi sistem tanam hazton. Petani sampel sebanyak 53,84% bersikap negatif dan 46,16% bersikap positif terhadap penerapan usahatani padi sawah dengan sistem tanam hazton. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa respon dan sikap petani terhadap adopsi inovasi belum seluruhnya menerima dilihat dari hasil presentase penilaian persepsi petani. Namun dari hasil perhitungan pendapatan usahatani petani padi yang menggunakan sistem tanam hazton menunjukkan keuntungan yang didapatkan petani dibanding menggunakan sistem tradisional. Diharapkan kedepannya dengan tingkat keuntungan yang didapatkan petani yang menggunakan sistem tanam hazton dapat menjadi motivasi petani tradisional untuk mengadopsi sistem tanam hazton.

Abstract

Training of the processed green mustard aims to build the entrepreneurship spirit of MT Al Muhajirin mothers with the utilization of processed green mustard food which, if developed to long-term, will foster a productive economy that can increase family income. Also, it is expected later KWT MT Al Muhajirin able to form a Trade Business that produces green mustard chips and ice cream. The activity of dedication to the community of KWT MT Al Muhajirin is done by the method of training in practice and theory. For two days, community members are invited to understand the purpose, benefits,and application of processed green mustard as nutritious food ingredients and economic value. Presentation of learning materials related to the importance of community empowerment through the independent learning process, this group is conducted by the material, objectives and practical benefits of each theme. In the last session, community service activities are presented demonstrations of cooking food, process the green mustardinto chips and ice cream is healthy, practical and favored by all walks of life. The process of processing the green mustard greens as raw materials for obtaining these types of food is done by the method of demonstration while providing explanations that must be mastered when will process the green mustard into healthy food for the family, and economic value. Keywords:Entrepreneurship, Green Mustard Processed, Green Mustard ice cream.

Abstract

This vegetable processing training aims to build the entrepreneurial spirit of RT 03/04 with the utilization of processed red spinach and broccoli vegetables which if developed over the long term will foster a productive economy that can increase family income. In addition, it is hoped that later, ladies and gentlemen, RT 03/04 Tamalanrea Jaya Village is able to form a Trade Business that produces Broccoli and Red Spinach Vegetable ice cream. Community service activities are carried out with training methods in practice and theory. For two days, the community members were invited to understand the purpose, benefits and application of healthy processed broccoli vegetables as a nutritious processed food and economic value. Presentation of learning material related to the importance of community empowerment through an independent learning process, this group is carried out in accordance with the material, goals and practical benefits of each theme. At the last session, this community service activity was presented with a demonstration of cooking food, processing broccoli and red spinach vegetables into healthy, practical ice cream and liked by all people. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Total cost and acceptance rice farming which uses the system of planting Jajar Legowo with Hazton planting system; (2) Analyze the rice farming income ratio that uses Jajar Legowo planting system with Hazton planting system; and (3) Constraints faced by farmers in the Ta’ village of the Tanete Riattang Sub-District, especially  combined farmers group which is SIPATOKKONG in transition Jajar Legowo Planting System to Hazton System. Determination of the respondents using Proportional Random Sampling method is 15% taken from each population that is 30 respondents to Jajar Legowo planting system and 30 respondents of Hazton system. The results showed that farm income using Jajar Legowo planting system is Rp.19.865.000 / 1 hectare / planting season and Hazton system is Rp 26.067.000 / 1 hectare / planting season. The result of t-test shows that the income of farming system of Hazton Planting System is significantly different by using Jajar Legowo Planting System. Based on the findings in this study, Cooperation between government and farmers in their respective fields will accelerate Indonesia's dream of becoming a world food barn. Farmers with a myriad of cultivation experiences concentrate on increasing productivity, while the government prepares regulations and regulations to ensure the sustainability of cultivation and distribution of crops produced by farmers. The government requires a significant increase in production, so the government must also protect farmers from the price fluctuations arising from price reductions during harvest time.

Abstract

This research is to know the gender perspective of women farmers economically in the development of seaweed farming, analyze family income that involves women farmers in seaweed farming and the contribution of women farmers as wage labor (making stretches) on seaweed farming to increase family income, knowing welfare family and welfare of farmer women as wage laborers from seaweed farming, as well as knowing the influence / relationship between family income and women farmers to welfare.This research was done in Jalanjang Sub-district, Gantaang Kindang Subdistrict, and Bintarore Village, Ujung Bulu District, Bulukumba Regency, by taking a sample of 30 women farmers who doing seaweed farming with details of 15 people in Jalanjang Village and 15 people in Bintarore Village, Bulukumba Regency. This research done by calculating family income involving women farmers in seaweed farming, calculating women's income as a workforce making a stretch, the contribution of women farmers in increasing family income, calculating the welfare of families and women farmers, analyzing the welfare of families and women farmers to welfare. The results of this research are: (1) The role of peasant women experiences a shift and is expanding economically. In addition to being a family workforce, it also becomes wage labor (making a stretch) on other parties' farms. In terms of gender perspective on seaweed farming, it is seen that pre-farming, post-harvest and marketing activities have gender equality between husband and wife while in farming activities and harvest dominant husband's role. (2) Family income from seaweed farming is Rp. 1,583,566.67 / month while the income of women farmers as wage labor Rp.225,486.11 / month and contributed to the family income of Rp. 6.67%. (3) Family income is more feasible and belongs to the welfare category because income is greater than the poverty line issued by the BPS of the Bulukumba Regency of Rp. 2274,328 / month, while the income of farmer women is Rp.225,486.11 / month below the poverty line and is classified as non-prosperous, (4) family income correlates with welfare, while the income of women farmers do not correlate with welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong petani beralih usahatani kakao menjadi usahatani jagung. Informan yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah petani Desa Kebo Kecamatan Lilirilau Kabupaten Soppeng melakukan alih fungsi lahan  usahatani kakao menjadi usahatani jagung. Dalam penelitian ini penentuan informan dilakukan dengan Teknik purposive sampling  dimana memilih 15 orang petani yang dilakukan secara sengaja berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan di tetapkan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Adapun kriteria dan informan yang di tunjuk atau dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah informan yang melakukan alih fungsi lahan usahatani kakao menjadi usahatani jagung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan usahatani kakao menjadi usahatani jagung di Desa Kebo Kecamatan Lilirilau Kabupaten Soppeng yaitu faktor ekonomi dan faktor sosial yang di dalamnya terdiri dari beberapa faktor yaitu faktor produksi, faktor harga, faktor hama dan penyakit, faktor infrastruktur, budaya dan kebutuhan sekunder.
