Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometric depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai dan kadar enzim keratinfosokinase (CPK) pada atlet basket. Latihan plyometric depth jump adalah tipe latihan yang predominan metabolisme anaerobik yang dilakukan dalam intensitas tinggi sehingga dapat menimbulkan cedera pada sel otot. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan subjek penelitian 22 atlet bola basket putra dengan rata-rata usia 19 tahun selama 6 minggu. Sebelum pemberian latihan dilakukan pengukuran daya ledak otot tungkai dan kadar (CPK) diukur 24 jam setelah melakukan latihan pertama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai (54,05±5,00 vs 58,32±4,17 p=0,00) sebesar 9,56% dan penurunan kadar CPK (626,32±506,98 vs 260,68 ±155,02 p=0,00) sebesar 27,88% setelah melakukan latihan plyometic depth jump selama 6 minggu. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan plyometric depth jump meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai dan menurunkan kadar CPK pada pemain bola basket setelah melakukan latihan selama 6 minggu. Kata Kunci: Plyometrik Depth Jump, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai, Enzim Keratinfosokinase (CPK) ABSTRACT This study aims to find out effect of plyometric depth jump exercises on the explosive power of the limb muscles and levels of the enzyme keratinfosokinase in basketball athletes Plyometric depth jump exercises are types of exercises that predominant anaerobic metabolism performed in high intensity so as to cause injury to muscle cells.This research method was experimental with the study subjects of 22 male basketball athletes with an average age of 19 years a 6-week plyometric depth jump exercise. Prior to the administration of exercise, measurements of limb muscle explosives and keratinfosokinase (CPK) enzyme levels were measured 24 hours after the first exercise. The results showed an increase in the explosive power of the limb muscles (54.05±5.00 vs. 58.32±4.17 p=0.00) by 9.56% and a decrease in CPK levels (6 26.32±506.98 vs 260.68 ±155.02 p=0.00) by 27.88% after doing plyometic depth jump exercises for 6 weeks.The study concluded that plyometric depth jump exercises increase the explosiveness of the limb muscles and lower CPK levels in basketball players after 6 weeks of exercise. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Rating of Perceive Exertion (RPE) yang dihasilkan antara tes pengukuran VO2 Max metode tes Balke 15 Menit dan Tes Jalan Rockport 1600 Meter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi komparatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang memiliki kriteria aktivitas fisik sedang dan berat. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur Rating of Perceive Exertion (RPE) yaitu The Borg RPE Scale dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji T. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang berarti antara nilai RPE yang dihasilkan oleh Tes Balke Dan Tes Jalan Rockport pada subjek penelitian (8,71±0,47 vs 4,14±1,35) dengan P value sebesar 0,000 < α = 0.05). Kata Kunci: RPE, Rating of Perceive Exertion, VO2 Max, Rockport, Balke ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Rating of Perceive Exertion (RPE) between the VO2 Max measurement Test with the 15 Minute Balke Test method and the 1600 Meter Rockport Walking Test. This research is a comparative study with data collection techniques using Tests and measurements. The population in this study were Faculty of Sports Sciences, State University of Jakartastudents who had moderate and heavy physical activity criteria. The samples taken purposive sampling techniques amounted to 15 people. The instrument used to measure the Rating of Perceive Exertion (RPE) is The Borg RPE Scale and the data were analyzed using the T Test. The conclusions of the study indicate that there is a significant difference between the RPE values by the Balke Test and the Rockport Road Test on the research subjects (8.71 ±0.47 vs 4.14±1.35) with a P value of 0.000 < = 0.05). Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan hasil antropometri dan biomotorik dari cabang olahraga permainan pada Pusat Olahraga Pelajar Berkelanjutan DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet POPB DKI jakarta. Sampelnya adalah menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 2 cabang olahraga permainan 13 Atlet Bola Tangan dan 13 Atlet Bola Basket. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa berdasarkan nilai rata-rata kemampuan biomotorik yaitu Kecepatan (speed) Bola basket 3.56 dtk < Bola tangan 3.56 dtk, Daya tahan (endurance) Bola basket 30 ml/kg/min < Bola tangan 33.29 ml/kg/min, Kelentukan (fleksibility) Bola basket 6.23cm < Bola tangan 11.88cm, Daya tahan Otot Perut (Abdominal Strength Endurance) Bola basket 37 kali > Bola tangan 34 kali, Daya tahan Oot Lengan (Strength Endurance) Bola basket 10 kali < Bola tangan 15 kali. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian disimpulkan Hasil kemampuan biomotorik atket POPB usia 10-13 tahun atlet Bola Tangan lebih baik daripada Bola Basket Kata kunci: Biomotorik, Basket, Bola Tangan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to compare the anthropometric and biomotor results of game sports at the DKI Jakarta Sustainable Student Sports Center. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with data.The population of this study was all POPB DKI Jakarta athletes. The sample is using purposive sampling, namely 2 sports of 13 Handball Athletes and 13 Basketball Athletes.The results of this study are based on the average value of biomotor ability, namely Basketball Speed (speed) 3.56 s < Handball 3.56 s, Endurance (endurance) Basketball 30 ml/kg/min < Handball 33.29 ml/kg/min, Flexibility Basketball 6.23cm < Handball 11.88cm, Abdominal Strength Endurance Basketball 37 times > Handball 34 times, Strength Endurance Basketball 10 times < Handball 15 times.Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the results of biomotor ability atket POPB aged 10-13 athletes Handball is better than Basketball Keywords: Biomotorik, Basketball, Hand Ball
