Abstract

Gymnastics seniors is a series of regular motion tone and direction is done by yourself or a group that aims to improve the functional ability of exercise to achieve that goal. Number of patients with arthritis remathoid in the world today, has exceeded 355 million. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of arthritis pain remathoid elderly with active and inactive elderly Jember do gymnastics. The design study is a descriptive study. The population in this study as many as 81, the sample is divided into two active respondents doing exercise 23 and 58 are not active at the gym by using purposive sampling techniques. The collected data is processed by way of Editing, Coding, Sorting, Data Entry, Tabulating. The results meninjukkan majority of respondents who actively participates in gymnastics experience mild pain which is as many as 14 respondents (60.9%). And most of the respondents who did not actively follow the gymnastics experience severe pain as many as 38 respondents (65.5%). Gymnastics seniors can reduce the pain experienced by the elderly. The less active elderly doing exercise pain experienced by the elderly will increasingly elderly berat.pentingnya exercises to reduce pain remathoid elderly with arthritis should be applied with a charity such as the elderly do gymnastics program once a week.

Abstract

Changes in the shopping behavior of the Indonesian population from 2011 to the present have resulted in the market in Indonesia proliferating. Consumers like online shopping because it tends to be more practical and modern and can be done anytime without leaving the house when they need the items they want. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis model with library study where this research attempts to provide an overview of phenomena or events that are currently occurring, which are now taking place. Financial Management influences Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) financial management has a significant influence. The use of digital marketing creates opportunities for Traditional Market MSMEs to develop their businesses and be able to become an economic force in the current era of digitalization. Policies that support transparency and Sharia business ethics can increase consumer trust and facilitate digital interactions between Sharia MSMEs and their consumers. Further analysis shows that government policies supporting the development of Sharia economics can help Sharia MSMEs in traditional markets adopt better financial management and digital marketing practices.

Abstract

Indonesia has implemented seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to achieve a better future in 2030. To support the ninth goal of SDGs which focuses on industry, innovation, and infrastructure, as the main framework, Digital Transformations (DTs) play a crucial role in developing the industrial need. Several companies apply Digital Transformations (DTs) to support revolutionary technology and human resources development. This research describes the companies’ challenges and opportunities to face readiness in the digital era, particularly for the industrial sector. PT. Kino Indonesia, PT. CS2 Pola Sehat, and PT. Santosa Utama Lestari (Japfa) were selected as the object of research due to the historical company background related to the application of modern technology. A case study is applied as the basic method to describe the cause and effect of Digital Transformations (DTs) for the company’s improvement. Data collection is gained based on interviews, indirect observations, and questionnaires. The description analysis will become a beneficial result as the reference for involving DTs in future sustainable industrial development.
