Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, competence, and compensation on the performance of case study lecturers at Lakidende University in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all Permanent Lecturers of the Foundation at Lakidende University, with a sample of 29 people who were obtained by setting 25 percent of the population proportionally divided into 6 faculties. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study showed that simultaneously motivation, competence, and compensation variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Foundation Permanent Lecturers at Lakidende University. Partially, motivation variable has a negative and not significant effect on the variable performance of Permanent Lecturers at the University of Lakidende, Competency variables have a positive and significant effect on the variable performance of Permanent Lecturers at the University of Lakidende and the compensation variable has no significant effect on the variable performance of the Foundation Permanent Lecturers at the University of Lakidende

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of managers at UD. Mete Mubataq. The informants in this research were 5 people divided into 1 owner, 1 manager, 2 marketing employees and 1 production employee. The sampling technique uses a Purposive Sampling technique where the researcher selects informants who have special characteristics so that they represent the required sample. The data collection method uses interviews. Researchers qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, dan presentation and drawing conclusasions. The results of this research show that the manager’s role as an interpersonal role does exits where work relationship such as manager production employees are given the task of producing cashew nuts and manager marketing employees are given the task or job of seeing or monitoring cashew stock that is decision maker information ready to be marketed. Information transfer role and decision-making role where managers provide information to employees to produce cashew nuts at a certain time and make decisions about how many cashews be produced at that time.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) To determine the effect of work ability on employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine the effect of work ability and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 61 people. The method of determining the sample is Incidental Sampling or determining the sample based on coincidence. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 22 application. The results showed that: (1) Work ability and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
