Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami peran sosial-politik Kristen di Indonesia melalui pendekatan Teologi Politik Yesus. Hal ini dilakukan demi memberi sumbangsih bagi deradikalisasi agama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dan melalui pendekatan hermeneutik-eksegesis. Penelitian ini melibatkan diri peneliti sepenuhnya demi memperoleh pemahaman yang lengkap atas maksud yang disampaikan oleh penulis Alkitab mengenai konteks yang memberikan makna dengan menggunakan proses analisis teks, analisis naratif, dan makna theologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Teologi politik Yesus berangkat dari tema Kerajaan Allah yang dihadirkan di bumi sebagai sebuah sistem berpikir dan bertindak politis yang seimbang oleh setiap umat Kristen. Dalam realisasinya, kebenaran dan keadilan selalu menjadi titik berpijak serta Kemuliaan Allah menjadi tujuan utama bagi berbagai bentuk kekuasaan di dunia yang didorong oleh dedikasi yang tinggi menjalankan tugas politis dalam menolong orang lain yang mengalami kesusahan karena perasaan simpati dan empati atas dasar kasih yang sejati bagi problematika sosial. Karakteristik Teologi Politik Yesus sebagai frame idea dan frame work peran sosial-politik Kristen di Indonesia adalah berorientasi pada kesejahteraan publik, mensinergiskan agama dan negara yang mana menolak negara agama dan agama negara, theokrasi dalam demokrasi, menjamin hak azasi manusia, menolak diskriminasi, serta mengaktualisasi hukum yang tidak memihak dan non-kompromistis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem kepemimpinan individualis dan politik ideologi Raja Manasye dalam 2Raja-raja 21:1-9. Banyak hal yang terjadi ketika ketidakadilan melanda suatu organisasi. Tindakan-tindakan anarkis pasti akan bermunculan. Namun ternyata seringkali sistem yang memaksakan, sehingga kaum elit melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang amoral. Raja Manasye merupakan seorang raja yang menghancurkan monoteisme yang telah dibangun oleh ayahnya Raja Hizkia. Melalui metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan hermeneutik-eksegesis, ditemukan bahwa sistem kepemimpinan Raja Manasye dalam pemerintahannya terjebak pada politik ideologi. Kebijakan yang tidak menciptakan kesejahteraan bersama (common welfare) tetapi hanya mengungkapkan kebutuhan-kebutuhan finansial kelompok tertentu, pasti berdampak negatif pada survival komunitas dan kinerja, yang nantinya akan menuju pada kehancuran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the characteristics of Jesus' Political Theology as a contribution to the Christian Education Course at the Politeknik Amamapare Timika. The method used in this research is library research and through hermeneutic-exegesis approach. This research involves the researcher fully to obtain a complete understanding of the intent conveyed by the writer of the scriptures regarding the context that gives meaning by using the processes of text analysis, narrative analysis, and theological meaning. The results show that Jesus' political theology departs from the theme of the Kingdom of God, which is presented on earth as a system of political thought and action that is balanced by every Christian. In its realization, truth and justice have always been the foothold and the Greatness of God is the main goal of various forms of power in the world which is driven by a high dedication to carrying out political duties in helping others who are experiencing difficulties because of feelings. sympathy and empathy on the basis of true love for social problems. Characteristics of Jesus' Political Theology as a framework of thought and framework The socio-political role of Christianity in Indonesia is oriented towards the general welfare, synergizing religion and state which rejects state religion and state religion, theocracy in democracy, guarantees human rights, rejects discrimination, and realizes laws that do not impartial and uncompromising.

Abstract

Through the hermeneutic-exegetic study method, it was found that the meaning of the unity of the church as the essence of the Lord Jesus Prayer Ut Omnes Unum Sint is unity in a spiritual sense, namely one in love who is willing to work together and willing to appreciate and learn with the differences of everyone around him without any division. or separation to build each other up and create peace in order to display the work of Christ in it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kuat atau lemahnya partisipasi politik warga kampung Mawokauw Jaya Distrik Wania Kabupaten Mimika pada pelaksanaan Pemilu 2019. Melalui metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam diperoleh hasil bahwa warga kampung Mawokauw Jaya telah memiliki partisipasi politik namun dalam tingkatan paling rendah yakni pemberian suara (voting) pada saat Pemilu dilaksanakan. Di samping itu, masih ada sebagian kecil masyarakat yang tidak menggunakan hak suaranya karena didasarkan pada tiga faktor penting yakni jarak TPS yang jauh dari tempat domisili, warga yang tidak datang ke TPS karena namanya tidak terdaftar, dan warga tidak menerima undangan. Alasan mendasar dari fakta tersebut karena KPU sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu sangat minim dan belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh hingga ke tingkat RT terkait sosialisasi tentang pelaksanaan Pemilu atau Pilkada.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the teachings and life of Jesus Christ as a person present in the midst of cultural diversity (Multicultural Christology) as a contribution to the material of tolerance in the Christian Religion courses at the College for strengthening the culture of student tolerance. Through qualitative descriptive methods through hermeneutic-exegesis approaches the result is obtained that Multicultural Christology teaches that Christ must be present in the midst of diversity, Christ is always associated with “the other” not sin but the duty of showing love and bringing peace, Christ always promotes a reconciliation mission that touches human issues, Christ willing to learn about “the others”, and Christ always carries out a mission of dialogue in a spirit of solidarity. Starting from this, it is implemented in the strengthening of a culture of Christian students’ tolerance, namely the awareness of being present in the midst of diversity, the consciousness of willingness to learn about “the others”, the conscience of carrying out a mission of dialogue, and the constipation to live side by side with “the other” in thinking and acting in order to provide solutions and service to human social problems.

Abstract

Gerakan Mahasiswa Kristen Indonesia (GMKI) di Kabupaten Mimika merupakan organisasi mahasiswa ekstra kampus dan merupakan wadah bagi para pemuda Kristen yang pastinya sering berhadapan dengan berbagai tantangan dari pihak luar tentang ajaran Kristen dan sekaligus menuntut mereka memberi berbagai tawaran solusi atas berbagai permasalahan masyarakat serta bangsa dari sudut pandang iman Kristen. Berdasarkan hal itu, maka pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat sistem berpikir Kristen para pemuda Kristen yang tergabung dalam organisasi GMKI di Mimika, untuk membekali para pemuda Kristen yang tergabung dalam organisasi GMKI Mimika dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar Iman Kristen dalam menjawab tantangan terhadap doktrin Kristen, dan untuk menghidupkan komitmen pemuda Kristen yang tergabung dalam organisasi GMKI Mimika dalam berperan aktif di gereja dan masyarakat, serta selalu peka dan secara arif dalam memberi tawaran solusi atas berbagai pemasalahan sosial yang terjadi. Dengan metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat melaluiempat tahap yakni tahap persiapan, ceramah, diskusi, dan evaluasi, diperoleh hasil pada umumnya mereka telah mampu menguasai sistem berpikir Kristen Logis-Teologis dan dapat menjadi bekal untuk diimplementasikan dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan terhadap ajaran Kristen. Mereka juga telah memiliki kesadaran dan komitmen untuk mengamalkan iman Kristennya dalam berperan aktif di gereja dan masyarakat, termasuk dalam mengkritisi atau memberi tawaran solusi atas berbagai persoalan bangsa dan masyarakat.
