Abstract

Hotel reservation is an activity where a customer comes to the hotel to book a room and stay in a room that has been booked. Orders are made by customers, at the hotel Shades Rantaupapat the process of collecting the customers who will stay is still done manually. So that customers have to come to the hotel to make reservations directly. This reservation information system is an application that can help speed up registration or registration when at the reception. Cancellation can also be directly managed by the admin or receptionist. So as to provide other convenience in making reservations. In making this information system using a system development method in the form of a waterfall. At the time of making the programs using Visual Basic NET 2010. For databases that are used to create databases using SQL Server 2008. The application of this information system can help employees to record customers who stay overnight and manage information needs needed to support the hotel business.

Abstract

In implementing health services, puskesmas must document all actions and treatments that are given to patients in a document called Medical Records. According to Minister of Health Regulation No.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 article 1 (1), medical records are files containing notes and documents about patient identities. Medical records are of good quality if the medical record is accurate, complete, trustworthy, valid and timely. One form of management in Medical Records is reporting. According to Minister of Health Regulation No.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 article 1 (1), Medical Record is a file that contains notes and documents about patient identity, examinations, actions, and other services that have been given to patients. In the statement, all information about a patient has been reflected which will be made the basis for determining further actions in services and other medical actions given to a patient who comes to the community health center. The Medical Record is said to be of high quality if the Medical Record is accurate, complete, trustworthy, valid and timely. The Medical Record Installation has activities such as registration, data processing, and storage. One form of processing data in medical records is the existence of assembling activities. Assembling is an assembling activity compiling empty Medical Record forms and storing them into Medical Records, ready to use neatly arranged both in terms of quality and quality.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi berbasis komputer di dalam suatu perusahaan diharapkan mampu untuk mengelola data-data perusahaan dengan baik agar dapat mengurangi tingkat kesahalan yang terjadi, seperti pencatatan data, penyimpanan data, pencarian data, dan pembuatan laporan. Seperti halnya sistem aplikasi pengolahan data persediaan dalam suatu perusahaan distributor barang, yang mana didalamnya mencakup penjualan, pembelian, dan pengiriman barang. Pengolahan data inventory pupuk non subsidi di CV. Family Groups Labuhanbatu Selatan masih manual, artinya dari segi pencatatan dan pengolahannya masih menggunakan catatan di buku. Dalam Pencarian data dilakukan secara manual dengan cara memeriksa satu-persatu dokumen yang ada dan disimpan tidak tersusun berdasarkan kode tertentu, sehingga mempersulit pencarian data/dokumen.

Abstract

In this millennial era Citizenship Education is needed in order to guide children in the formation of good character, and foster the spirit of nationalism, mutual respect, tolerance, and also work together with each other, and the author made a Game application in the introduction of pancasila aims to increase the means, as well as the attention of children in knowing the basis of the Indonesian state, and increase knowledge.This Game application is designed using Adobe Flash CS6 software.
