Abstract

Teknologi Mobile merupakan sebuah teknologi yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia sebagai alat komunikasi untuk saling terhubung, baik dibidang Bisnis dan juga sebagai media pembelajaran.Teknologi mobile berbeda dengan personal computer atau perangkat komputer perbedaan  yang  mencolok    ada  pada  ukuran  dan  kemampuan dalam mendapatkan informasi. Dalam proses belajar mengajar baik sekolah-sekolah dan diperguruan tinggi berbasis pendidikan islam seperti pesantren,MAN, MTS, Kampus IAIN dan juga sekolah umum membutuhkan teknologi mobile yang memuat isi sejarah-sejarah islam di Indonesia. Melalui aplikasi ini pembejalaran sejarah islam mulai dari sabang hingga merauke mulai darimasuknya sampai penyebaran islam diindonesia akan lebih memudahkan para guru, santri siswa bahkan mahasiswa mengenal perjalanan islam itu sendiri. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, audio, animasi, video, dan text digabung dalam sebuah aplikasi yang semua pengguna smartphone dapat melihat dan belajar tentang sejarah islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Aplikasi perkantoran adalah program perangkat lunak yang dibuat khusus untuk digunakan di tempat kerja. Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penggunaan aplikasi perkantoran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 November 2020, bertempat di kantor kelurahan Sigambal, Kecamatan Rantau Selatan, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Urata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat direspon positif oleh masyarakat dan membawa perubahan yang baik terhadap warga Kelurahan Sigambal. Hasil post-test terdapat kenaikan yang positif sebanyak 22 orang atau 88% dari 25 orang peserta telah dapat menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran. Adapun kekurangan yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan dan pembelajaran itu disebabkan faktor-faktor lain misalnya tidak ketersediaan perangkat pendukung yang cukup seperti Komputer atau laptop. Disarankan kegiatan seperti ini agar dilakukan secara berkala. Agar kemampuan peserta terus perkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a solution to facilitate the selection of laboratory assistants at the Faculty of Technology and Computer Science, Labuhan Batu University. The solution is done by designing a decision support system (DSS) for the selection of laboratory assistants using the Electre method. This decision support system uses criteria consisting of semester grade point scores (GPS), discipline, communication, interview tests, honesty and responsibility. The alternatives used in the selection of laboratory assistants consist of 6 alternative student data. From the results of data processing using the Electre method, the Tri Erviyanti alternative with a dominant value of 1 eliminates the other 3 alternatives, so that the alternative is a student who deserves to be chosen as a laboratory assistant.

Abstract

Research that has been done at UD. DIQY Pasaman Barat by using field research methodology, library research. analyzing problems in the data processing system inventory products or goods that are running in the UD building shop. DIQY then designed a better system that is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of employees and to design information systems that can produce detailed reports and make it easier to find information when there is the correction of certain data. The design of the Information System for Selling Goods using the VB NET Programming Language will provide a better solution to the problems encountered. The level of error in processing data items and sales transactions can be minimized because the new system can speed up and simplify the administration in making reports, to produce accurate information.

Abstract

At this time the processing of coconut shells into shell charcoal is very much done by ordinary people, especially in villages that have a large coconut population. This is because the benefits obtained from the processing of coconut shells can meet the needs of the community. The many desires of the people who want to do the processing of coconut shells, but not accompanied by sufficient knowledge and knowledge of the quality of charcoal desired by buyers, so it is undeniable that the number of coconut shells that have been processed into charcoal but not sold in the market. o with this, it is expected that after using the image processing method can provide knowledge and knowledge to the public about the quality of charcoal that buyers expect, especially to identify the difference in coconut shells that are still not charcoal, coconut shells that are half into charcoal and coconut shells that have become charcoal. This image processing method will classify coconut shell charcoal based on digital imagery with a media interface GUI (Graphical User Interface) that utilizes matlab software.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Januari 2022 di SMK Swasta Al Azis Kecamatan Bilah Barat Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Sumatera Utara. 33 siswa, terdiri dari 13 jenis kelamin perempuan dengan persentase 39% dan jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 20 orang dengan persentase 61%, yang mengikuti pelatihan digital marketing. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMK swasta AlAzis menunjukkan bahwa penyampaian materi saat peserta pelatihan digital marketing meningkatkan pemahaman dan manfaat dari pelatihan ini, meningkatkan pemahaman dan melakukan digital marketing sebesar 75% dibandingkan dengan hasil pelatihan prajabatan. Diharapkan melalui pengabdian ini siswa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan produk kepada orang lain, baik secara perusahaan maupun individu, serta mampu bersaing dengan yang lain di masa yang akan datang. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, menggunakan pre-test dan post-test yang menggambarkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Labuhanbatu, bagi siswa SMK swasta AL-AZIS di KecamatanBilahBarat, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Paparan materi digital marketing juga masih kurang yaitu akses internet yang tidak lancar sehingga mengganggu proses praktik digital marketing.

Abstract

Abstract: The reporting system for the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities in the Labuhanbatu University Campus still uses a simple method. As a result, the Head of the Communication Center, Technicians and Users of ICT facilities have difficulty in dealing with problems that arise. The purpose of this research is to build a more effective and efficient problem reporting system. The system built is a Web-based IT-Helpdesk Information System by implementing a Ticketing System. The method used in developing this system is the System Development Life Cycle with the Waterfall model. While the modeling language used in the design is Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing is done by applying the Blackbox Testing method. After going through the implementation and testing stages, the IT-Helpdesk system can work more effectively and efficiently in responding to problem reports sent by users. With the IT-Helpdesk, Admins and Users can track the process of working on the problem until it is finished. Admin is also facilitated in documenting reports, both in the form of a diagram display, or in the form of a document file that can be downloaded.            Keywords: blackbox testing; IT-helpdesk; information system; ticketing system; UML  Abstrak: Sistem pelaporan masalah penggunaan fasilitas Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Lingkungan Kampus Universitas Labuhanbatu masih menggunakan cara sederhana. Akibatnya, Kepala Puskom, Teknisi dan Pengguna fasilitias TIK mengalami kesulitan dalam menangani masalah yang muncul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem pelaporan masalah yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang dibangun adalah Sistem Informasi IT-Helpdesk berbasis Web dengan menerapkan Ticketing System. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem ini adalah System Development Life Cycle dengan model Waterfall. Sedangkan bahasa pemodelan yang digunakan pada perancangan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Blackbox Testing. Setelah melalui tahapan implementasi dan pengujian, sistem IT-Helpdesk dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien dalam merespons laporan masalah yang dikirim oleh User. Dengan adanya IT-Helpdesk, Admin dan User dapat melakukan tracking terhadap proses pengerjaan masalah sampai selesai. Admin juga dimudahkan dalam mendokumentasikan laporan, baik dalam bentuk tampilan diagram, maupun dalam bentuk file dokumen yang dapat diunduh. Kata kunci: blackbox testing; IT-helpdesk; sistem informasi; ticketing system; UML

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a dictionary application in three languages that can help users to make it easier to search for English, Korean and Indonesian vocabulary. Dictionary of 3 State Languages is a learning media that can provide convenience for students and the general public. The phenomenon that occurs is that students in the class have problems with foreign languages to complete the tasks given by the teacher in fulfilling the learning contributions needed in the learning process in foreign language subjects. This application is designed using UML, Eclipse and SQLite database. The design of this application is very useful for students, teachers, and even the general public. The method used in designing this application is the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle method. The stages carried out consist of data collection, analysis of problems and requirements, and testing. Data collected from Indonesian dictionaries, Japanese dictionaries, English dictionaries and preparatory software is required to build an application. The next step is to build an application with Eclipse and the last process is to complete the application and implement it to an android device which provides vocabulary translation services into three languages at once.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has brought humans into a life side by side with information and technology itself. Nowadays, more and more companies need fast and accurate information services. Processing of sales and inventory data at the Growmart (Farmer Business Branch) Bagan Batu company which still uses the manual method makes recording sales data and printing reports slow and less efficient. To solve this problem, a web-based sales and inventory information system for agricultural equipment products was designed. This web-based information system was built using the PHP programming language and the Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) as content representation, and database processing using MySQL. The result of this research is an information system that helps the sales admin section of the Growmart company to input sales data and equipment product inventory easily, quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

In this millennial era Citizenship Education is needed in order to guide children in the formation of good character, and foster the spirit of nationalism, mutual respect, tolerance, and also work together with each other, and the author made a Game application in the introduction of pancasila aims to increase the means, as well as the attention of children in knowing the basis of the Indonesian state, and increase knowledge.This Game application is designed using Adobe Flash CS6 software.
