Abstract

Secara global, diperkirakan 26% balita mengalami stunting. Prevalensi kejadian stunting di Kota Kotamobagu pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 29,03%, tahun 2019 sebanyak 5,6%, dan tahun 2020 sebanyak 5,3%. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan ASI eksklusif dan paritas dengan kejadian Stunting pada Anak Usia 6-12 Bulan di Kota Kotamobagu. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancang bangun case control study. Populasi seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6-12 bulan yang stunting dengan total anak sebanyak 219. Sedangkan populasi kontrol adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6-12 bulan yang tidak stunting sebanyak 3583. Besar sampel untuk masing-masing kelompok kasus adalah 49 orang dan kelompok kontrol adalah 98 orang. Sehingga besar sampel secara keseluruhan adalah 147 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ASI eksklusif (p=0,008;OR=2,885) dan paritas (p=0,046;OR=2,176) berhubunagn dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 6-12 bulan di Kota Kotamobagu. Diharapkan kepada seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Kotamobagu untuk menjalin kerja sama lintas sektor dan melakukan penyuluhan kepada ibu yang memiliki bayi terkait dampak stunting dan status gizi balita

Abstract

Many factors affect the recovery of Tuberkulosis patients, namely patient knowledge, patient attitudes towards healing, and patient behavior related to Tuberkulosis patient recovery. Attitude greatly influences one's compliance in taking anti-Tuberkulosis medication because attitude means readiness or willingness to act. Objectives: It is known that the influence of health education about Tuberkulosis on the knowledge of Tuberkulosis sufferers in the work area of ​​Mopuya Health Center Methods: The design of this study used pre-test and post-test. The population in this study were all people who live in the working area of ​​the Mopuya Health Center who were clinically diagnosed by 25 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sample with a sample of 25 respondents. In this study using the Paired Sample T-Test using a significant level of p value <0.05. Results: It can be seen that the mean value of the difference between the level of knowledge before and after is 0.440 with a standard deviation of 0.507. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed p value = 0.000 <0.05, indicating that there was a significant influence between the knowledge of Tuberkulosis patients before and after the provision of health education. Conclusion: That health education has a significant influence on the knowledge of Tuberkulosis sufferers in the working area of ​​Mopuya Health Center.

Abstract

Research with the aim to determine and analyze the effect of work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and compensation system partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that work ability has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. Work motivation has a significant effect on work performance. Work situation has a significant effect on work performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work performance. The compensation system has a significant effect on work performance. Work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and the compensation system have a jointly significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office.

Abstract

This study aims to influence work motivation, organizational climate, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence on teacher achievement at SMP Negeri 5 Muara Enim. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data in this study used primary data using research data collection techniques and questionnaires. The research used a survey method, the research respondents were some 35 teachers. Questionnaire instruments regarding work performance as related variables, division of tasks, coaching, work skills and organizational commitment as independent variables and analysis tools using multiple regression. From the results of the study it was found that the influence of work motivation, organizational climate, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence partially has a significant influence on work performance. Coaching partially has a significant effect on work performance. Organizational climate partially has a significant influence on achievement. Intellectual intelligence commitment, emotional intelligence partially and correlation have a significant effect on teacher achievement at SMP Negeri 5 Muara Enim

Abstract

This study aims to the effect of the division of tasks, Motivation, Competence, and Work discipline on the quality of teachers at state Junior High School 1 Ujanmas Muara EnimRegency. The type of research used in this study was quantitatipe research. The data in this study used primary data by using research Collection technugues and questioonnaires. The reserch used survey methods, thereserch respondent werw 35 techers. The ability of service officers has a significant effect on community satisfaction. Service quality, service facilities, discipline of service personnel, service procedures, interpersonal communication and the ability of service personnel have a significant effect on satisfaction of the people of Tanjung Enim Selatan Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency.
