This study delves into the intricate interplay between job satisfaction, employee engagement, and the often overlooked yet influential factor of psychological ownership in organizational settings. Through a comprehensive examination, it elucidates how job satisfaction serves as a precursor to heightened employee engagement, while psychological ownership acts as a regulator in this dynamic relationship. By unraveling these connections, organizations can devise strategies to foster a more engaged and committed workforce, thereby enhancing overall productivity and organizational success.
