Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan prinsip komunikasi Islam sahabat pendidikan LAZ (Lembaga Amil Zakat) UA (Ulil Albab) dalam proses pemberdayaan program peserta beasiswa untuk kaum duafa di kota Medan. Alasan yang mendasar diangkatnya permasalahan ini oleh peneliti, karena LAZ UA mampu memberikan proses pembinaan dan pemberdayaan kepada para remaja dalam usia masa sekolah yang terancam putus sekolah dikarenakan faktor kemiskinan. Peran sebagai agent of change dilakukan UA dalam proses pemberdayaan peserta beasiswa dari kalangan duafa bukan hanya memberikan bantuan materil namun juga moril melalui pembinaan karakter dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam.Metode penelitian dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.Subjek kajian adalah pimpinan LAZ UA. Lokasi penelitian berpusat di kantor yayasan UA Jalan Brigjed. Katamso No. 11 Medan dan di pusat kegiatan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan peserta beasiswa di Mesjid Taqwa Jalan Mongonsidi Gang A No. 43 Medan. Instrumen kajian adalah peneliti utama sendiri dan dibantu beberapa anggota peneliti dari kalangan mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi (reduction) data, penyajian data (data display) dan tahapan terakhir yang dilakukan adalah konklusi data dan verifikasi atau disebut dengan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasilpenelitian ini,penerapan prinsip komunikasi Islam berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract

The effect of mass media has a very important role in the formation of one's moral and personality characteristics. The purpose of writing this journal is to explain and describe in detail how the strong influence of the mass media, both positive and negative influences that occur on individuals in society, especially in religion and social society. The method used in this paper uses a descriptive analysis method of the changes that occur in Indonesian society in particular and the world community globally. The description uses samples that occur from the opposite life of the local cultural life of a community of countries with the effect of being contaminated with foreign countries that are powerful in dominating the vision and mission of the mass media launched. The results obtained that the mass media can have a positive effect and can also hurt society. The media cannot dictate society. But it is the people who choose which media they want to see. Religion can be a filter in receiving mass media messages to us

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan strategi komunikasi Pimpinan Yayasan Ulil Albab (YUA) dalam Pemberdayaan Program Peserta Beasiswa untuk Kaum Duafa di Kota Medan, yang meliputi penentuan tujuan komunikasi, penyajian pesan, pemilihan dan penggunaan media, serta strategi komunikasi Pimpinan YUA dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan komunikasi.Adapun jenis penelitian dan pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Dan jika ditelusuri penelitian ini bertolak dari fenomena sosial yang menarik perhatian peneliti, kemudian menemukan konsep awal, sehingga mempunyai rasa ingin tahu dengan melakukan ekstrapolasi, yakni menciptakan konsep baru dari konsep yang telah ada, secara rasionalitas.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, Strategi komunikasi Pimpinan YUA dalam Penentuan Tujuan Komunikasi adalah melibatkan bawahannya dalam bentuk rapat-rapat atau diskusi. Biasanya pimpinan akan menggelar rapat tahunan dan masing-masing Jaringan Layanan di Ulil Albab, membuat kerangka tahunan dan juga menggelar rapat bulanan, untuk menerima dan membahas anggaran bulanan yang diajukan oleh masing-masing bidang program kerja dan sangat terbuka dalam menerima ide-ide yang disampaikan yang bersifat inovatif dan kreatif. Kedua, Dalam penyajian pesan adalah dengan cara pesan disusun terlebih dahulu, kemudian disajikan melalui komunikasi verbal dan non verbal, yakni dengan menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti dan disesuaikan dengan pemahaman peserta penerima beasiswa. Ketiga, Dalam penggunaan dan pemilihan media menggunakan media massa, media selebaran dan komunikasi antar individu. Keempat, Dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan komunikasi adalah dengan melirik kepada penyebab masing-masing hambatan yang terjadi untuk lebih spesifik dalam penanganannya dan tidak terulang lagi dimasa depan.            Hasil dari strategi komunikasi Pimpinan YUA dalam Pemberdayaaan Program Peserta Beasiswa untuk Kaum Duafa di Kota Medan adalah perkembangan program tersebut yang mengalami grafik peningkatan yang terus naik dari tahun ke tahun dan perubahan tingkah laku positif yang terjadi pada diri peserta beasiswa khususnya dari kalangan mahasiswa setelah mengikuti proses pemberdayaan.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan kepada mitra tentang manajemen pembelajaran dan sosialisasi tahsin tilawah Alquran kepada masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada ibu-ibu di lingkungan pengabdian yang mana bermanfaat bagi keefektifan dan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan program. Penyusunan jadwal kegiatan merupakan kegiatan yang mengawali program, dilanjutkan dengan pembinaan dan motivasi, pelatihan manajemen pembelajaran, evaluasi program, sosialisasi dan evaluasi akhir. Kegiatan PKM akan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah ilmiah dan  media cetak, sehingga dapat diketahui oleh masyarakat luas, bahwa ada pelatihan manajemen pembelajaran Alquran yang diberikan oleh pelaksana  dalam upaya meningkatkan kemajuan kaum ibu dalam membaca Alquran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of mass media on the issue of blasphemy in the concept of maqashid sharia. The theory used in this research is agenda setting in which the power of the media has a very strong influence on humans, thus forming certain emotions with the issues raised by the mass media. The type of research and the approach used is descriptive-qualitative like library research, which takes data from the case of blasphemy Joseph Paul Zhang through his YouTube account and the Waspada daily newspaper. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study and documentation. Data analysis is inductive with data reduction stages, then data presentation and verification. The results of the study show that the role of the mass media in overcoming cases of blasphemy news cannot be filtered out and can easily be accessed by the public in cybercrime, the media is easily polished by the owner of the interest, so that the issues circulating are not balanced, in the case of blasphemy the media can only be a bridge and return to the public to respond to the news circulating.

Abstract

Local wisdom in restoring the nation's culture must start from the Indonesian people themselves, especially entrepreneurs or UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) as the backbone of the nation's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management functions in the small and medium enterprises of the Deli Serdang community as a strategic area for marketing Muslim products in North Sumatra. The research method uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained in this study are that the implementation of management functions which include POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) is very effective in the smooth marketing and promotion of products for small and medium enterprises in the Deli Serdang community, this is seen to be significantly assisted by traditional promotion as well. integrating the sophistication of the media in disseminating information. Keywords: Management function,UKM, Marketing of Muslim products.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Lhokseumawe Orphanage in South Hagu Village is one of the orphanages that helps the Lhokseumawe community by giving more comprehensive attention to the education of children who have not had the opportunity to receive a proper education, namely helping to provide guidance and educational opportunities for children. Foster child. On the other hand, children's orphanages also often experience a lack of attention and affection due to the small number of orphanages, so children's education, especially Al-Qur'an and Arabic education, is often left behind compared to children of their age who live. in family. care. Therefore, programs related to the learning of the Qur'an and Arabic were made in order to have the capital of religious education. The method used is community-based research where the activities carried out are supported by the Lhokseumawe Muhammadiyah orphanage. According to the analysis, the activities carried out at the orphanage had a positive impact on the participants, some even being able to understand and speak Arabic. And their recitation of the Qur'an is better than before and their memorization of the Qur'an increases.

Abstract

Many complaints from parents, educators, and the public regarding the behavior of teenagers that are difficult to control, naughty, stubborn, deviant behavior, and others. This problem also occurs in Bulu Bargut Village, Marbao, North Labuhan Batu, North Sumatra. Therefore, community service programs are used as a solution to solve juvenile delinquency by directing them to useful activities. This community service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, by being directly involved in extracting diverse information, then taking action as a solution to problems that have been identified, and by participating in building the design and implementation of actions based on research results. The basis for doing PAR is the need to get the desired changes. During the seventeen days of activities carried out, it has succeeded in instilling the love of Al-Qur'an in teenagers. With the love of the Qur'an, it is hoped that they can stay away from and reduce the existence of useless activities during the month of Ramadan such as wild racing playing social media, and games. Then the result of the community service program is that the community is enthusiastic to participate in the activities held such as training activities on the nature of the prophet's wudu, lectures before tarawih salat, Friday khatib, and iftar jama’i. So the program carried out is very effective in overcoming and handling juvenile delinquency in Pulo Bargot Village through intensive learning of the Qur'an and teaching Islamic morals. Then what is more important is that the community support is very positive in receiving this program. Likewise, teenagers are very enthusiastic about memorizing the Qur'an and participating in programs implemented during community service programs.
