Abstract

Meningkatnya pemasaran produk sepatu lokal yang dikelola oleh Rabiz Collection dan dipasarkan melalui online marketplace serta sosial media, menimbulkan masalah pencatatan dan pencarian data barang masuk keluar serta stok item barang yang ada. Sistem informasi dibutuhkan untuk organisasi dalam mengubah cara manual menjadi lebih terorganisir dan terkomputerisasi, sehingga user dapat memperoleh informasi secara cepat. Metode Waterfall digunakan sebagai model pengembangan sistem, karena jelas tahap setiap prosesnya. Sistem informasi keluar masuk barang penjualan dibuat untuk bagian Finance, Purchasing dan Marketing agar dapat melakukan pekerjaannya secara efektif dalam pencatatan data serta mencari informasi terkait keluar masuknya barang. Sistem dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web dan MySQL sebagai DBMS untuk menampung data pencatatan. Pengujian Blackbox digunakan untuk pengujian sistem yang dilakukan langsung oleh bagian Finance, Purchasing dan Marketing. Setiap user menilai keberhasilan setiap skenario uji yang berisi pengujian fungsi dari sistem informasi keluar masuk barang penjualan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan setiap fungsi dari sistem informasi keluar masuk barang penjualan berhasil dijalankan dan tidak ditemukan masalah yang dapat menghambat pencatatan maupun pencarian informasi keluar masuk barang.

Abstract

Information technology supports the company's operational activities in recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, and existing inventory. PT. Mitraniaga Distribusindo is a company engaged in food distribution, which includes supporting aspects for smooth operations, such as stock availability of office stationery. The Tsukamoto fuzzy method aims to calculate the estimated stock of office stationery needed in the future to provide recommendations for deciding the estimated stock of office stationery. The estimated target variable is more numerical, with models built using complete records providing the variable value of the target as a predictive value. Testing the accuracy of the calculation results of the office stationery stock estimation system was conducted using the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) to get a value of 5.9 so that the decisions obtained are more precise. In application development, using the waterfall model, which provides a sequential or sequential software life flow approach starting from design analysis, coding, and up to application testing using black box testing that is produced, each test form produces an appropriate status, according to the expected results.

Abstract

Peningkatan Pemantauan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak Daerah (PWS-KIA) dan pelaporan yang dilakukan bidan desa setiap bulan ke Puskesmas di Kecamatan Gunungsindur yang meliputi 6 desa dan 64 Posyandu, diperlukan aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat menghitung indikator PWS KIA dan menampilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh bidan desa. Perancangan aplikasi SIMPEL BEDA dibuat dengan pendekatan model Waterfall, perancangan database dimulai dari proses normalisasi data yang diperoleh dari masing-masing Posyandu dan Puskesmas di tingkat Kecamatan. Penulisan kode program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin dan XML dengan aplikasi Android Studio, pengujian fungsional aplikasi dilakukan dalam Black Box dengan metode Boundary Value Analysis (BVA). Perhitungan masing-masing indikator PWS KIA telah diimplementasikan pada aplikasi SIMPEL BEDA sehingga diperoleh hasil perhitungan dalam laporan bulanan PWS KIA. Aplikasi SIMPEL BEDA dapat digunakan oleh kader dan bidan desa untuk mencetak atau mengirimkan laporan dalam bentuk digital ke puskesmas dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik berdasarkan bulan dan tahun dalam format pdf yang dapat diunduh. Increased Monitoring of Local Areas for Maternal and Child Health (PWS-KIA) and reporting carried out by village midwives every month to Puskesmas in Gunungsindur District which includes 6 villages and 64 Posyandu, an android-based application is needed that can calculate PWS KIA indicators and displays the reports required by the village midwife. The design of the SIMPEL BEDA application is made using the Waterfall model approach, database design starts from the process of normalizing the data obtained from each Posyandu and Puskesmas at the District level. Writing program code using the Kotlin programming language and XML with the Android Studio application, functional testing of the application is carried out in Black Box with the Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) method. The calculation of each PWS KIA indicator has been implemented in the SIMPEL BEDA application so that the calculation results are obtained in the PWS KIA monthly report. The SIMPEL BEDA application can be used by cadres and village midwives to print or send reports in digital form to the puskesmas in the form of tables and graphs based on month and year in pdf format that can be downloaded.

Abstract

The canteen of SD Negeri Gunungpuyuh Cipta Bina serves students and teachers using a cash payment system. This cash payment creates problems for canteen managers, namely having to be ready with change and payment queues. During the Covid-19 pandemic, canteen managers are required to follow health protocols, one of which is to keep a distance to minimize the spread of the virus. An application is needed by canteen managers to change cash transaction activities into non-cash transactions. The application of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, as well as Web-based applications, are designed to build a cashless payment system. RFID cards are used for non-cash payment instruments instead of cash. Buyers can use an RFID card as a means of payment for transactions in the canteen and fill in the balance at the canteen manager using a Web-based application. NodeMCU-based RFID ESP 8266 is connected via wifi to the database server. The waterfall method is used to design Web-based applications that function to manage transactions and balances. HTML programming language is used to build applications and MySQL software for databases. The process of making the application starts with assembling the RFID module and testing several RFID cards. Testing the wifi connection and the appearance of the application made shows the test results following the expected results. The process of storing data, managing transactions, and managing buyer balances is well recorded in the created database. This non-cash payment application has been successfully created and is running well, judging by the results of all the tests carried out.

Abstract

Sanctions need to be given to students who do not obey school rules, and the purpose is to establish student discipline and ethics. SMK Gazza Wiguna 1 Megamendung Bogor district also imposes sanctions for students who violate the rules of conduct. The problem is that determining the violation point has not been done objectively. To overcome this, applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Method (SMART) method to the decision support system to determine recommendations for sanctions for students who commit violations. This system is designed to use UML tools and is built on a web basis. The system uses an alternative oral warning, first warning letter, second warning letter, third warning letter, and returned to parents (DO). The criteria include violation of school uniforms, tidiness, discipline, cleanliness, order, hospitality, commemorating national holidays, and additional provisions. The type of criteria used is the cost criteria because it is expected that students do not violate school rules; if students commit violations, it is hoped that students do not commit serious transgressions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kompetensi guru RA/Tata Usaha di bidang teknologi informasi perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam mengelola data seperti keuangan, pembelajaran, dan tata kelola sekolah RA. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah guru RA/Tata Usaha banyak yang tidak memiliki kompetensi dalam mengelola data-data keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi tertentu. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru RA/Tata Usaha melalui lokakarya dan pelatihan kerja sama antara IGRA dengan Fakultas Teknik dan Sains. Jumlah 104 peserta. Metode pelaksanaan PkM dilakukan melalui tahapan survei, koordinasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PkM diperoleh hasil pretest bahwa: 1) Guru RA/Tata Usaha telah mengenal teknologi informasi tapi tidak mampu menggunakannya untuk membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaannya sebanyak 30 orang (29%) ; 2) Guru RA/Tata Usaha belum mengetahui aplikasi untuk mengelola data sebanyak 36 orang (35%); 3) Guru RA/Tata Usaha memiliki pengalaman menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola data keuangan sebanyak 16 orang (15%); 4) Guru RA/Tata Usaha mampu menggunakan fungsi-fungsi Microsoft Excel dan mampu mengimplementasikan untuk mengelola data keuangan sebanyak 22 orang (21%). Hasil post test menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kompetensi para peserta, yaitu semua peserta mengenal teknologi informasi dan mampu menggunakannya untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, semua peserta mengetahui aplikasi untuk mengelola data, memiliki pengalaman menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola data keuangan sebanyak 69 orang (66.35%) , dan mampu menggunakan fungsi-fungsi excel dan mampu mengimplementasikan untuk mengelola data keuangan 35 orang (33.65%).Abstract: The competence of RA/Administration teachers in the field of information technology needs to be improved so that they can use it in managing data such as finance, learning, and RA school governance. The problem faced is that many RA/Administration teachers are not competent in managing financial data using specific applications. The purpose of Pk Mini activities is to improve the competence of RA/Administration teachers through workshops and training in collaboration between IGRA and the Faculty of Engineering and Science, a total of 104 participants. The PkM implementation method is carried out through the stages of survey, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the PkM implementation obtained pretest results that: 1) RA/Administration teachers were familiar with information technology but were unable to use it to help complete their work as many as 30 people (29%); 2) RA/Administration teachers do not yet know the application to manage data as many as 36 people (35%); 3) RA/Administration teachers have experience using information technology to manage financial data as many as 16 people (15%); 4) RA/Administration teachers can use Microsoft Excel functions and can implement them to manage financial data as many as 22 people (21%). The results of the post-test showed that there was an increase in the competence of the participants, namely, all participants were familiar with information technology and were able to use it to complete their work, all participants knew applications to manage data, had experience using information technology to manage financial data as many as 69 people (66.35%), and were able to use various functions. Excel function can be implemented to manage financial data for 35 people (33.65%).

Abstract

Maintaining and improving employee productivity is one of the efforts that can be done to enhance the company's success. To ensure that the quality of employee productivity is maintained, the company needs an information system that can manage employees and provide services to all employees. The problems faced by PT. Intinusa Selareksa includes the current attendance system that uses a barcode scanner. The attendance system has several weaknesses such as damage to the barcode scanner device, making it difficult to read the barcode code on employee identification cards, and many cases of lost or misplaced employee identification cards. Another problem faced is the non-computerized managerial activities such as the leave, permit, and overtime application process. This causes difficulties for the HRD department to provide information quickly and accurately because the report-making process is still manual. This research aims to obtain a system design result and develop a web-based attendance and leave data processing information system for employees. The system development method used in this research refers to the waterfall method. The stages of this research include analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The system design uses Unified Modelling Language (UML). A website-based information system can present information related to employee administration management, specifically aimed at improving services in the HRD department

Abstract

Banyaknya jumlah UMKM di Indonesia, meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja terutama di Jawa Barat. Pengguna internet yang tinggi untuk pembelian produk dapat menguntungkan UMKM yang sudah memanfaatkan aplikasi dan website secara online. Hijab merupakan salah satu produk fashion yang dijual oleh Kimels Hijab yang berdiri tahun 2020, dengan model penjualan sistem pre-order dan promosi melalui media sosial. Pengembangan sebuah aplikasi yang memuat fitur-fitur melihat, memilih produk, keranjang belanja, cara bayar dan metode pengiriman, perlu dibuat untuk memaksimalkan penjualan serta meningkatkan proses pemesanan produk yang mudah dilakukan pelanggan. Aplikasi penjualan dan pemesanan yang dapat diakses secara online melalui aplikasi oleh pelanggan. Aplikasi berbasis Web yang dibuat menggunakan PHP, framework codeigniter dan MySQL untuk mengelola data-data. Tahap yang dilakukan untuk pengembangan aplikasi, dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pembuatan aplikasi dan tahap pendampingan. Ada tiga kegiatan pada tahap perencanaan, diantaranya yaitu perancangan sistem dengan membuat desain sistem menggunakan UML diagram. Tahap pendampingan dilakukan setelah dilakukan pengujian pada aplikasi dengan metode Black Box Testing, yang menunjukkan keberhasilan pada setiap fiturnya, pada tahap ini admin Kimels Hijab belajar langkah-langkah penggunaan aplikasi. The large number of MSMEs in Indonesia has increased the number of workers, especially in West Java. High internet users for purchasing products can benefit MSMEs who already use online applications and websites. Hijab is one of the fashion products sold by Kimels Hijab, which was founded in 2020, with a pre-order system sales model and promotions via social media. Developing an application that contains features for viewing, selecting products, shopping baskets, payment methods and delivery methods, needs to be created to maximize sales and improve the product ordering process which is easy for customers to carry out. Sales and ordering applications that can be accessed online via the application by customers. Web-based application created using PHP, Framework Codeigniter and MySQL to manage data. The stages carried out for application development start from the planning stage, application creation stage and mentoring stage. There are three activities at the planning stage, including system design by creating a system design using UML diagrams. The mentoring stage is carried out after testing the application using the Black Box Testing method, which shows the success of each feature. At this stage, the Kimels Hijab admin learns the steps for using the application.
