Abstract

Salah satu usaha perikanan budidaya yang sangat prospektif untuk dibudidayakandi Kabupaten Lamongan adalah usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa karanggeneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha dan mengetahui profil, dari budidaya ikan lele di Desa Karanggeneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan, (2) mengembangkan usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa Karanggeneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan metode deskriptif. analisis kelayakan usaha dan untuk metode pengembangan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis kelayakan usaha didapatkan hasil Net Present Value (NPV) dari usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa karanggneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan sebesar Rp 32,178,800.35 nilai Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 1,95 dan nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 40.13 %. Untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan pembudidaya ikan lele, dilakukan penambahan jumlah dan luas kolam serta mengembangkan pasar mulai dari konsumen perorangan dan pasar tradisional.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the waters Brondong Lamongan in April-June 2008. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the use of distance and location of different soaking time influence on the blue swimmer crab catches of blue swimmer crab trap fishing gear. This study uses a combination of four treatments with four replications (groups), as treatment is the distance lies 15 m long with 9.5 hours of immersion (A1) and the distance between the location of 15 m with a dipping time of 13.5 hours (A2) and the distance between the location of 18 m with a dipping 5.9 h (B1) and the distance between the location of 18 m with a dipping time of 13.5 hours (B2). From the research the influence of location and distance difference soaking fishing gear to catch trap catches obtained at 27.30 kg A1, A2, amounting to 32.80 kg, 26.25 kg for B2 and B1 19:40 kg. Based on the calculation of variance reveals that the interaction between location and distance of soaking time did not significantly affect the catch is obtained, as well as the use of different soaking time also showed no significant effect on the catch. But by using a different layout spacing showed significant effect on catches of blue swimmer crabs are diperoleh. Penggunaan combination of location and distance swimming crab soaking Bubu can not significantly affect the catch, as well as the use of different soaking time in the afternoon did not show the differences in catches of blue swimmer crabs significantly. But with the use of a shorter distance location (15 m) may indicate that there were significant to the results obtained tangkapn small crab.
