Abstract

Salah satu usaha perikanan budidaya yang sangat prospektif untuk dibudidayakandi Kabupaten Lamongan adalah usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa karanggeneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha dan mengetahui profil, dari budidaya ikan lele di Desa Karanggeneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan, (2) mengembangkan usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa Karanggeneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan metode deskriptif. analisis kelayakan usaha dan untuk metode pengembangan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis kelayakan usaha didapatkan hasil Net Present Value (NPV) dari usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa karanggneng Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan sebesar Rp 32,178,800.35 nilai Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 1,95 dan nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 40.13 %. Untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan pembudidaya ikan lele, dilakukan penambahan jumlah dan luas kolam serta mengembangkan pasar mulai dari konsumen perorangan dan pasar tradisional.

Abstract

The Customer loyalty is absolutely necessary in this era of increasingly fierce competition, including in the health care business. Because of the absence of customer loyalty, the hospital will not grow well even be left by customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty in Clinical of Neurology RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi. The total sample of 139 respondents in there with purposive sampling. Based on SEM analysis concluded that the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. Service quality effect on patient or customef. The hospital image effect on patient or customer satisfaction. The hospital image effect on patient or customer loyalty. Patient satisfaction effect on patient or client. And the good service quality , the image of the hospital and the patient or the customer satisfaction significant effect on customer loyalty simultaneously in Clinical of Neurology RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi. While based on the acquisition value of the direct effects and indirect effects of customer satisfaction can be inferred intervening variable for the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, while for the relationship between the image of the hospital with customer loyalty cannot be termed as intermediate variable (intervening).

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of supply chain innovation and business strategy formulation to business performance. This study analyzes supply chain innovation and how SME compile their business strategy in industrial clusters.  Design of this study is quantitative. We develop a multivariate estimation model to analyze the relationship among constructs. We conduct surveys in 3 different SME clusters, they are shoes and sandals cluster in Mojokerto East Java, furniture cluster in Sukoharjo, Central Java and mushroom cluster in Yogyakarta. This survey includes 206 SME from three different clusters. Our result shows that supply chain innovation and business strategy formulation has positive effects on SME business performance. However, the result shows different magnitude on each of SME clusters. SME should improve their innovation in order to increase their business performance. Source of innovation is human capital, while empirically this is one of SME problems in Indonesia. Lack of qualified human capital encourages SME to conduct training with assistance from government and business partners. This study found that in Indonesia’s SME cluster there are difference business strategies. SME clusters uses two different strategies in their business policies, they are innovation and product development based on business partner strategies.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel yaitu mengetahui pengaruh sarana prasarana dalam peningkatan prestasi siswa. salah satu faktor yang menjadi penunjang agar prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa disekolah bisa meningkat. Pengelolaan Sarana prasarana yang baik dapat memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik, guru, staf dan karyawan disekolah. Prestasi peserta didik dapat meningkat jika pengelolaan serta pemanfaatan sarana dan prasana dapat dilakukan dengan efektif.
