Abstract

Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa kultivar tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) akibat pemberian pupuk kandang ayam. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Suranenggala Kidul Kecamatan Suranenggala Kabupaten Cirebon, pada bulan April-Juni 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, dengan dua perlakuan dan diulang empat kali. Perlakuan pertama adalah kultivar bawang merah terdiri dari kultivar Bima dan Bauji, sedangkan perlakuan kedua dosis pupuk kandang ayam terdiri dari 0 ton/ha, 20 ton/ha dan 40 ton/ha sehingga terdapat 6 kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan beberapa kultivar tanaman bawang merah dan pemberian pupuk kandang ayam memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap komponen pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman umur 14 HST, jumlah daun umur 14, 21 HST, jumlah anakkan pada umur 21, 28 HST. Sedangkan perlakuan yang diberikan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap komponen hasil. Kombinasi perlakuan yang diujikan diperoleh perlakuan yang terbaik yaitu pada kultivar Bauji dan pemberian pupuk kandang ayam 20 ton/ha dengan hasil bobot kering  tanaman per petak tertinggi sebesar 1,62 kg/petak atau setara dengan 8,1 ton/ha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how planting legowo and urea fertilizer on the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Ciherang. The experiments were performed in public paddy Banjarwangunan village Mundu Subdistrict Cirebon regency, West Java province in March until July 2016.The experimental design was a randomized block design (RAK), consisted of 9 treatments and each treatment was repeated 3 times. The treatment consisted of (Legowo 2: 1 and Urea 100 kg), (Legowo 2: 1 and Urea 200 kg), (Legowo 2: 1 and Urea 300 kg), (Legowo 3: 1 and Urea 100 kg) , (Legowo 3: 1 and Urea 200 kg), (Legowo 3: 1 and Urea 300 kg), (Legowo 4: 1 and Urea 100 kg) (Legowo 4: 1 and Urea 200 kg), (Legowo 4: 1 and Urea 300 kg).The results showed that planting method legowo and urea fertilizer there is no influence interaction between planting method legowo and urea fertilizer to all the variables of growth and yield. However, there is an independent effect on planting method legowo against Total Tillers per Clump (34 pieces) and Volume Root (143,3 ml) and the influence of self-weight of urea to wet paddy (GKP) / plots (9,2 kg / plot ). However, the provision of urea fertilizer at the level of 200 kg /ha give the best effect compared with the level of the others, while increasing production 13%.Results of heavy wet paddy (GKP) / plot (kg/ha), the highest in the treatment of Urea 200 kg / ha give the best independent influence on the average grain yield per plot harvested dry with average weight 9.2 kg / plot , equivalent to 8 tonnes/ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi dosis pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk urea terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terung (Solanum melongena L.) kultivar silila. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Nanggerang Kecamatan Kramatmulya Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Dari bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, perlakuan terdiri atas dua faktor dan diulang dua kali . Faktor yang pertama pupuk kandang kambing sedangkan Faktor yang kedua pupuk urea. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan nyata antara pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk urea terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah buah per petak, bobot buah per petak dan volume akar. Pukan Kambing 10 ton/ha dan Urea 225 kg/ha (10006,50 g atau 10,50 kg per petak atau setara 22,22 ton/ha). Pada perlakuan Pukan Kambing 20 ton/ha Urea 125 kg/ha (7751,50 g atau 7,75 kg per petak atau setara 17,55 ton/ha). Pada perlakuan Pukan Kambing 20 ton/ha Urea 275 kg/ha (8489,50 g atau 8,48 kg per petak atau setara 18,6 ton/ha). Namun jika dilihat dari potensi hasil pada deskripsi tanaman terung silila yang sebesar 82 ton/ha masih di anggap kurang. Hal itu disebabkan oleh kurangnya ketersedian air pada saat penelitian sehingga penyerapan unsur hara yang dibutuhkan oleh tanaman menjadi kurang optimal.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) determine the effect of the interaction between liquid biofertilizer  and plant spacing on growth and yield of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) varieties Talam 1, (2) determine the concentration of liquid biofertilizer that gives effect the best on the growth and yield of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) varieties Talam 1, and  (3) determine the relationship between growth and yield components of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) varieties Talam 1. The experiment was conducted from April until July 2018 at Sangkanurip Village, Cigandamekar District, Kuningan Regency. Located at a hight of 434,2 m above sea level.The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD) factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors, is the dose of biofertilizer concentration and the plant spacing repeated three times. The first factor, namely the concentration liquid biofertilizer consists of four levels, namely: K1 (concentration 0 ml / 1 liter of water) K2 (concentration 5 ml / 1 liter of water) K3 (concentration 10 ml / 1 liter of water) K4 (concentration 15 ml / 1 liter of water). The second factor is a spacing (J) consists of three levels, namely: J1 (30 x 15 cm), J2 (30 x 20 cm), and J3 (30 x 25 cm).The results showed that: (1) there is an interaction between liquid biofertilizer and plant spacing on plant height DAP age 41, fresh pods weight per hill, and the weight of dry pods per plot, (2) The treatment of concentration 10 ml / 1 liter of water (K3) and a spacing of 30 x 20 cm (J2) showed  the best effect on the weight of dry pods each plot which produces 1.43 kg/plot, equivalent to the average yield of 2,33 tons / ha, with assuming  80% effective field, (3) there is a significant correlation between plant height age 31, 41 DAP, number of leaves age 21, 41 DAP, leaf area index, and root volume with the weight of dry pods for each  plot.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine: (1) the effect of a combination dose of nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost on growth and yield of corn (Zea mays L.) cultivars Bisma and (2) dose combination of nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost that gives the best results on the growth and yield of corn (Zea mays L.) cultivars Bisma. The experiment was conducted in UPTD Balai Pengembangan Benih Palawija (BPBP) at Plumbon Cirebon Jawa Barat, from March through the month of June 2015. The method used in this research was the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD). This experiment consisted of 9 combined treatment nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost, each repeated three times, so there are 27 experimental plots. The combination treatment was tested in the field are: A (50 kg urea/ha and straw compost 10 tons/ha), B (50 kg urea/ha and straw compost 15 tons/ha), C (50 kg urea/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha), D (100 kg urea/ha and straw compost 10 tons/ha), E (100 kg urea/ha and straw compost 15 tons/ha), F (100 kg urea/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha), G (150 kg urea/ha and straw compost 10 tons/ha), H (150 kg urea/ha and straw compost 15 tons/ha), and I (150 kg urea/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha). The results of research showed that: (1) there are significantly effect between dose combination of nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost on plant height age of 28, 35, and 42 Days After Planting (DAP), number of leaves per plant age of 35 and 42 DAP, stem diameter age of 35 and 42 DAP , Shoot Root Ratio (SSR) age of 28, 35, and 42 DAP, N uptake, Leaf Area Index, weight without husk the best cobs per plant and per plot , and weight dry shelled per plant and per plot and (2) dry shelled weight per plot gave by the combination treatment of nitrogen fertilizer 150 kg/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha which produces 4.66 kg/plot or the equivalent of 5.92 tons/ha, assuming 80 % effective land.

Abstract

Fertilizer has a function as being able to improve soil properties and chemistry, as well as soil biology. From the decomposition process, soil fertilizer will produce a topsoil fraction that can be made with soil particles made by soil humus complexes, so that it becomes more stable which will further reduce the rate of air infiltration in the soil. The granting of arbuscular vesicular mycorrhizae inoculation is one of the collaborative works of fungi, soil and plant roots which supports the supply of nutrients for plants, improves soil structure, and provides resources to promote unfavorable plant growth. The purpose of this study was to study the best interaction between the dose of fertilizer and mycorrhizal VA on the growth and yield of shallots. The design used was an experimental method with randomized block design (RBD). This study consisted of two factors, namely the dose of chicken fertilizer and the arbuscular vesicular mycorrhiza inoculation. The 15 ton / ha fertilizer application showed the best increase in red 3.90 kg / plot or equal to 17.33 tons / ha and the arbuscular vesicular mycorrhizae 4 tons / ha showed the best results on the growth and yield of shallots on dry weight tubers per plot which produces 3.60 kg / plot or the equivalent of an average yield of 16 tons / ha.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi inoculation and Rock Phosphate to P Uptake, growth, and yield rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19, (2) at a dose of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Rock Phosphate uptake P how much produce, growth, and yield the highest rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19, and (3) the correlation between growth and uptake variables P with rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19. The experiment was conducted in lowland Ciputih Block Manislor Villages Jalaksana District Kuningan Regency, from March through the month of July 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD), factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors, namely Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Rock Phosphate were repeated 3 times. The first factor is Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (C) consists of three levels, namely: C1 (15 kg mycorrhizae), C2 (25 kg mycorrhizae), and C3 (35 kg mycorrhizae). The second factor is Rock Phosphate (R) consists of three levels, namely: R1 (210 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer), R2 (350 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer), and R3 (490 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer). The results showed that: (1) there in a interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi inoculation and administration of Phosphate Rock to the number of tillers per hill 30 days after planting (DAP), P nutrient uptake, root volume, number of productive tillers, filled grain per panicle, and dry milled grain weight per plot, (2) 25 kg treatment Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and 350 kg of Rock Phosphate fertilizer showed the best effect on weight of dry milled grain per plot which 6.95 kg/plot or the equivalent of 9.27 tonnes/ha, and (3) there is a significant correlation between the volume of the roots with dry milled grain weight per plot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh interaksi antara perlakuan CMA dan Pupuk Fosfat terhadap serapan P, pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung Kultivar DK3, (2) perlakuan CMA dan Pupuk Fosfat yang mempunyai pengaruh terbaik terhadap serapan P, pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung Kultivar DK3,  dan (3) korelasi antara komponen pertumbuhan dengan serapan hara P dan hasil jagung Kultivar DK3. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Balai Benih Palawija Plumbon Kecamatan Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon, dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli 2012.Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), pola faktorial. Penelitian terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu CMA dan pupuk fosfat yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama yaitu CMA (C) terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu : c0 (0 g CMA/lubang), c1 (10 g CMA/lubang), c2 (20 g CMA/lubang), dan c3 (30 g CMA/lubang). Faktor kedua yaitu pupuk fosfat (F) terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu : f1 (36 kg P2O5/ha), f2  (45 kg P2O5/ha), dan  f3  (54 kg P2O5/ha).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular (CMA) dan Pupuk Fosfat terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah tongkol per petak, bobot pipilan kering per petak dan serapan P tanaman. Perlakuan CMA dan pupuk fosfat secara mandiri berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batan, panjang tongol, diameter tongkol, bobot pipilan kering per tanaman dan bobot 100 butir biji kering jagung, (2) perlakuan Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular (CMA) 20 g/lubang yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk fosfat 45 kg P2O5/ha, memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap tinggi tanaman (158,07 cm), jumlah tongkol per petak (78,75 buah), bobot pipilan kering per petak (5,81 kg) dan serapan P tanaman (0,74% P2O5), dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan nyata antara tinggi tanaman, diameter batang dan jumlah daun terhadap serapan P tanaman dan hasil pipilan per petak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh penggunaan fungisida Azoksistrobin terhadap lama simpan dan Vitamin C buah mangga arummanis; (2) Pengaruh tingkat kematangan buah  terhadap  lama simpan dan Vitamin C buah mangga Arummanis.Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri I Cigugur, Kuningan, dari bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2011. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial. Terdiri dari 2 perlakuan yaitu faktor konsentrasi Azoksistrobin dan suhu penyimpanan (disimpan dalam lemari pendingin yang diatur suhunya) dan diulang 3 kali. Perlakuan yaitu : Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pencelupan buah mangga Arummanis dalam air hangat (suhu 500C–550C). Perlakuan konsentrasi Azoksistrobin dan tingkat kematangan buah dengan kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut :A = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,0% dan tingkat kematangan buah 80%B = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,15% dan tingkat kematangan buah 80%C = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,30% dan tingkat kematangan buah 80%D = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,0% dan tingkat kematangan buah  85%E  = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,15 % dan tingkat kematangan buah 85%F = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,30% dan tingkat kematangan buah 85%G = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,0% dan tingkat kematangan buah 90%H = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,15% dan tingkat kematangan buah 90%I = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,30% dan tingkat kematangan buah 90%Berdasarkan hasil analisis  ragam pada lama simpan buah mangga Arummanis terhadap sembilan (9) perlakuan pengaruh fungisida Azoksistrobin, menghasilkan perhitungan dalam daftar sidik ragam berpengaruh nyata, karena nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel, artinya perlakuan yang diuji menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap lama simpan.Hasil pengamatan (hari ke-0) terhadap kadar vitamin C pada buah mangga Arummanis terhadap sembilan (9) perlakuan, menghasilkan perhitungan dalam daftar sidik ragam dengan nilai (F=230,553) > (F0,05 (8 ; 18)=2,510), artinya perlakuan yang diuji menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kadar vitamin C. Hasil pengamatan tersebut rata-rata setiap perlakuan adalah 2,801 mg.Hasil analisis kadar vitamin C pada hari ke-6 menghasilkan perhitungan sidik ragam dengan nilai (F=2,820) > (F0,05 (8 ; 18)= 2,510), artinya perlakuan yang diuji tersebut, tetap menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kadar vitamin C.

Abstract

The  objective  of  the  research  is  to  knowthe effects of the combination of Urea Fertilizer and SP-36 on growth and yield of onion (Allium fistulosum L.) and to determine dose combination of urea and SP-36 best effect, on growth and yield of onion (Allium fistulosum L.). The study was conducted from July to September 2013. The method used to experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consists of two factors, namely urea and SP-36. Combination treatments with as much as 9 combination treatments was repeated 3 times, so there are 27 experimental units. Implementation of research activities include land preparation, seed preparation, planting, maintenance, and harvesting. Observed variables, namely : plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), number of tillers (fruit), fresh weight per clump (g), fresh weight per plot (kg), nett weight per clump (g), and the nett weight per plot (kg). Treatments dose the combination of Urea 300 kg/ha and SP-36 300 kg/ha, which shows real results, the highest number of tillers with an average 6.0 age 56 (Day After Plant), fresh weight of 137.0 g per clump, fresh weight of 6.14 kg per plot age 60 (Day After Plant), the nett weight of 132.0 g per clump, and the nett weight of 6.06 kg per plot age 60 (Day After Plant).The  objective  of  the  research  is  to  knowthe effects of the combination of Urea Fertilizer and SP-36 on growth and yield of onion (Allium fistulosum L.) and to determine dose combination of urea and SP-36 best effect, on growth and yield of onion (Allium fistulosum L.).
