Abstract

Islamic Financial Institution is an institution that carrying out its financial activities using the principles of Sharia. The Sharia Supervisory Board or Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS), a body inside Islamic Financial Institutions, has a responsibility to oversee and advise directors of Islamic Financial Institutions with regard to Sharia principles in doing muamalah. Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) made a suggestion that the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) be established by the General Meeting of Shareholders, which is the entity in charge of overseeing Sharia Financial Institutions. The law governed by the Quran, Hadith, Law No. 21 Article 32 of 2008, and Fatwa DSN_MUI, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No /Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015, as well as the Bank Indonesia Regulation serve as the foundation for the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS). The Sharia Supervisory Board has to provide an advice to a Sharia Financial Institution company so that every activity and product issued is in accordance with the principles of Sharia. This study aims to explain and identify the role of Sharia Supervisory Board in Sharia Financial Institution. In its supervision duties, Sharia Supervisory Board should refer DSN's fatwa to ensure that the products issued by Sharia Financial Institutions are in accordance with Islamic provisions. Sharia Supervisory Board members consist of experts in the field of Sharia economics and banking.

Abstract

The Ramadhan Pondok Program at SMK YP 17 Jombang aims to increase students' awareness and compliance in observing the Ramadan fast through structured education and ongoing supervision. The implementation of this program is expected to bridge the gap between social learning theory and religious practice, as well as increase religious values ​​among students. The service was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which was used to implement the Pondok Ramadhan Program at SMK YP 17 Jombang. Through observation, discussion, action plans and participatory evaluation, this program aims to increase students' awareness and compliance with fasting by involving all stakeholders. The results of the Pondok Ramadhan Program service activities at SMK YP 17 Jombang show a significant increase in students' awareness and compliance with fasting as a form of program success, with increased student understanding and support from the school environment. To increase effectiveness in the future, it is recommended to add health education materials, practical activities, and involve parents more actively. The novelty of this program lies in the application of a structured and participatory approach in religious education, as well as in-depth evaluation which provides a basis for the development of religious programs in the future.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Berbasis Riset (Pkm-BR) ini menjelaskan tentang pelaksanaan konseling kelompok untung mencegah kecanduan Game Online pada usia anak di Dusun Krebet Gumukmas, Pelaksanaan issemination. Sebagai konseling kelompok dilatar belakangi adanya anak-anak yang kecanduan Game Online, penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan pada anak harus dihindari agar perkembangan mereka tidak terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran orang tua dalam menerapkan digital parenting sebagai upaya dalam mencegah kecanduan gadget pada anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Empowerment-Based Research (Pemberdayaan Berbasis Riset) atau EBR melalui tahapan-tahapan yaitu Exploration, Create and Action, Report and Dissemination. Hasil dari kegiatan konseling kelompok menunjukan adanya penurunan pada anak-anak yang kecamduan Game Online dan menunjukkan peran orang tua dalam menerapkan digital parenting sebagain upaya pencegahan kecanduan Game Online pada aanak Usia Dini.

Abstract

The development of the digital world has brought various changes in lifestyles and human activities, including e-commerce. E-commerce activities open opportunities for companies to be more innovative in attracting consumers, one of which is utilizing the e-live streaming buying feature. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, e-trust, and e-word of mouth on purchasing decisions in e-commerce live streaming. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The population of this study was e-commerce users in Denpasar City, and the sample used was 150 e-commerce users. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is SEM PLS. The study results show that E-service quality, E-trust, and E-WOM positively affect purchasing decisions in e-commerce live streaming. E-service quality has no significant effect on E-WOM. E-trust has a positive effect on e-WOM. E-WOM cannot mediate e-service quality for purchase decisions on e-commerce live streams. E-WOM can mediate e-trust for purchasing decisions in e-commerce live streaming.

Abstract

Halal certificates are the main requirement for products to be accepted by the global market, so that every product gets legal legality in the form of a halal label, this obligation is still progressing slowly, because UUJPH has not been fully realized for halal product managers in Banyuwangi district, due to the low number of halal product producers who have halal certificates. , it is assumed that without a halal label the product will still be accepted and processing halal certification is difficult and complicated. This research aims to analyze government policies and the global market as drivers for accelerating the Banyuwangi MSME halal certification program. This research uses a qualitative approach, case study research type, the research subject is halal product MSMEs, Halal Product Process Companion, Banyuwangi Ministry of Religion's halal task force. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman Interactive model and data validity using triangulation. The research results show that government policy Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees, provides the public with legal certainty, increases confidence in the consumption of halal products and provides understanding in the process of applying for halal certification, so that it can be used to strengthen the acceleration of the halal certification program. Apart from that, products that have halal certification can be used as a strategy to expand market share to reach the global market, and increase the sales turnover of halal product producers, and can be used as a strategy to strengthen the acceleration of the halal certification program.

Abstract

In line with rapid economic progress, in the world of banking. The main function of banking is as a collector and distributor of public funds. BMT UGT Nusantara distributes funds to the community in the form of financing products. The development of financing can cause problems that must be addressed and resolved. The author is interested in researching financing problems that are in accordance with Islamic banking science. The researcher's curiosity at the heart of the problem is the causes of financing problems at BMT UGT Nusantara and what is the solution to solving financing problems at BMT UGT Nusantara. Research Objectives 1. To find out what are the factors of default in financing at BMT UGT Nusantara head of Batuurip Jember. 2 To find out how to resolve defaults in financing at BMT UGT Nusantara head of Batuurip Jember. The approach taken in this research uses qualitative research, with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, to find out directly from the researcher's location how defaults on financing products are resolved at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Batuurip. This research concludes that the resolution of defaults that occur at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Batuurip is by being billed regularly once a week, given a time slot/extension of time, given capital back if collateral allows, and finally the sale of collateral or assets that are guaranteed.
