Abstract

Factors that can affect employee performance are supervision and motivation. This study aims to examine the effect of supervision and motivation on employee performance. This research begins with a survey of 60 employees as a sample of respondents at PT Promexx Stationery Palembang City.  The type of data in this study uses primary data obtained directly by respondents using quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents and conducting interviews. Based on the test results that supervision and motivation partially have a positive effect on employee performance (0.001 <0.05). And supervision and motivation simultaneously (sig F 0.001 < 0.05) have a positive effect on employee performance. So, it can be proven that supervision and work motivation are very important aspects in influencing the performance of employees of PT Promexx Stationery Palembang.

Abstract

Factors that influence employee performance are organizational commitment and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. This research begins with a survey of 97 employee respondents as a sample at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. The type of data in this study uses primary data obtained directly from respondents using quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents via Googleform. Based on the results of the t-test, the Significant Value of Employee Engagement (X1) is 0.674 > 0.05 and t-count in table 0.421 < t-table 1.661. then, X1 has no effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Significant Value of Employee Commitment (X2) is 0.004 <0.05 and t-count in table 2,964 <t-table 1.661. Then, X2 influences Employee Performance (Y). The significant value of Employee Motivation (X3) is 0.000 <0.05 and t-count in table 4,372 <t-table 1.661. Then, X3 influences Employee Performance (Y). Based on the Coefficient of Determination of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation have a significant influence on Employee Performance of PT PLN (PESERO) UP3 Palembang. And based on the f test, f-count (44,317) > t-table (3,093). There is an influence of Employee Engagement variables (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance Variables (Y).

Abstract

Teachers have a role in developing human resources through the educational process, therefore teacher performance must be continuously improved. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job training on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method in which the data source is obtained from the results of the questionnaire and the data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPPS Version 24 with a Likert Scale. The population in this study were civil servant teachers at Palembang 3 Public Middle School as many as 42 respondents. The results of this study concluded that work discipline influences teacher performance with a t-value of 7.383 and a Sig of 0.000. And the job training variable affects teacher performance with a t-value of 2.360 and a Sig of 0.023. While the simultaneous test shows that the variables of work discipline and job training jointly affect teacher performance with a calculated F value of 150.946 and a Sig value of 0.000. And it can be seen from the coefficient of determination that the ability of the variables of Work Discipline (X1) and Job Training (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) is 88.0%. Therefore, the remaining 12.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Desa Petanang di Kecamatan Lembak, Kabupaten Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan produk olahan singkong, seperti kelasan, emping dan keripik ubi. Meskipun beberapa produk olahan singkong seperti kelasan dan emping sudah dikenal, pengembangan produk keripik ubi masih belum optimal. Keripik ubi yang mudah alot menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengembangan produk ini. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan inovasi untuk menciptakan keripik ubi yang lebih renyah dan tahan lama dengan berbagai rasa, seperti rasa pedas, vanilla, coklat, dan macha. Tujuan dari inovasi ini adalah untuk memperkaya pilihan produk lokal desa, sekaligus meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya tarik produk bagi konsumen. Proses pengembangan produk melibatkan tahapan persiapan, survei, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi untuk menghasilkan keripik ubi yang berkualitas. Inovasi ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari produk singkong lokal, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas kuliner khas Desa Petanang. Pengolahan yang tepat dan kreatif dalam pemilihan rasa dapat membuat produk keripik ubi lebih diminati, baik di pasar lokal maupun luar desa. Dengan mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, diharapkan produk keripik ubi dari Desa Petanang dapat menjadi ikon kuliner yang dikenal luas.
