Abstract

AbstractResearch conducted by the Officer of Ministry the Role of Women (1985 ) found that 15 % of female workers lack of energy and protein it can cause workers to be slow thinking, and easy to feel tired. The aims of this study was to determine the relationship between breakfast and the level of productivity from employee in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), PT Wyeth Indonesia. This is a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. The population is all employees in PT Wyeth Indonesia CRM Greater Jakarta district. The samples in this study were 34 respondents. This study were using correlation test and Chi - Square test with α = 5 %. The average age of employees at PT Wyeth Indonesia CRM is (1915 ± 24) years. The average employee in PT Wyeth Indonesia has been working for (27 ± 22 656)month. The average energy intake from breakfast employees of PT Wyeth Indonesia (500.4 ± 165.2) calories and protein intake (13.0 ± 4.4) g. The average productivity of employees in PT Wyeth Indonesia is (90.3 ± 18.1) %. From the test results found that there is no relationship between age, duration of labor, energy and protein intake from breakfast with employee productivity CRM PT Wyeth Indonesia (p ≥ 0.05). Employee productivity CRM PT Wyeth Indonesia is not influenced by breakfast, but need to do follow-up efforts associated with the kinds of employee breakfast . Key Words: Breakfast, Labor Productivity, Labor  AbstrakPenelitian yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Menteri Negara Urusan Peranan Wanita (1985) didapatkan 15% pekerja wanita kekurangan energi dan protein yang menyebabkan pekerja menjadi lambat berpikir, lambat bertindak dan cepat lelah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sarapan dengan tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan Custumer Relationship Management (CRM) di PT Wyeth Indonesia. Penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah semua karyawan CRM di PT Wyeth Indonesia distrik Jabodetabek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 responden. Analisa data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji Chi – Square dengan α = 5%Rata-rata usia karyawan CRM di PT Wyeth Indonesia adalah (24±1.915)tahun. Rata – rata karyawan di PT Wyeth Indonesia telah bekerja selama (27±22.656)bulan. Rata-rata asupan energi sarapan karyawan di PT Wyeth Indonesia sebesar (500.4±165.2)kalori. Rata-rata asupan protein sarapan karyawan di PT Wyeth Indonesia sebesar (13.0±4.4)gr. Sedangkan Rata -rata produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Wyeth Indonesia sebesar (90.3±18.01)%. Dari hasil uji didapat bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara usia, lama kerja, asupan energi dan protein saat sarapan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan CRM di PT Wyeth Indonesia (p≥0.05). Produktivitas kerja karyawan CRM di PT Wyeth Indonesia tidak dipengaruhi oleh sarapan, namun perlu dilakukan upaya tindak lanjut terkait dengan jenis sarapan karyawan. Kata Kunci: Sarapan, Produktivitas Kerja, Karyawan
