Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan pemeriksaan yang jelas dan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. faktor bebas eksplorasi adalah wawasan intrapersonal dan variabel dependen adalah perubahan. Selanjutnya, dengan menggunakan pemeriksaan basic direct relaps yang merupakan teknik terukur yang mampu menguji derajat hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel unsur penyebab (X) terhadap variabel besar. Jumlah penduduk dalam tinjauan ini adalah 96 siswa kelas IX. Strategi pengujian dalam review ini adalah mengambil 31% dari total populasi 31% x 96 = 29,76 dijumlahkan menjadi 30, jadi contoh yang diambil adalah 30 contoh. Metode pengumpulan informasi menggunakan polling dengan 40 penjelasan hal dan pertanyaan menggunakan skala likert. Pemeriksaan informasi dengan menggunakan penyelidikan terukur dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Konsekuensi dari eksplorasi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan intrapersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan diri siswa di SMPN 1 BUKITTINGGI. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung yang diperoleh sebesar 7,412 lebih menonjol dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2,048. Koefisien koneksi (R) sebesar 0,814 yang setara dengan 81,4% pengaruh variabel Intrapersonal Insight terhadap perubahan diri. Koefisien jaminan (R2) adalah 0,662, ini menyiratkan bahwa 66,2% dari dampak variabel otonom (X) pada (Y) sedangkan sisa 33,8% masuk akal oleh faktor bebas lain yang tidak diusulkan dalam ulasan ini. menjadi wawasan semantik khusus, pengetahuan numerik yang masuk akal, wawasan spasial, wawasan melodi, pengetahuan sensasi, wawasan relasional, pengetahuan naturalis, pengetahuan eksistensial.

Abstract

This research was done to create a development model of cultural awareness based on a valid, practical, and effective Indonesian culture to develop students’ cultural awareness as the prospective of counselor. The research is a research and development (R & D) type with the ADDIE approach to develop a valid, practical, and effective model to develop cultural awareness based on Indonesian culture. An accidental sampling technique was used to determine 41 subjects in the study. Data was collected by giving the cultural awareness instrument directly to the sample. Product validity and practicality tests were carried out by 2 competent experts. The Kendall's coefficient test statistic was used to analyze data both descriptively and inferentially. The research produced a model to develop cultural awareness based on Indonesian culture. To develop student’s cultural awareness as the prospective counselor, the research is valid (94.08%), practical (93.112% practicality value), and effective (Asymp. Sig value 0.001). The development model of cultural awareness based on Indonesian culture can be used to develop students’ cultural awareness as the prospective of counselor. Its application can be modified to fit the students' characteristics and cultural background.

Abstract

Everyone has growth and development in the span of his life. There are those who are normal and there are also those who are not normal, it can be said that those who are not normal are those who have special needs. Children with special needs are children who have unique and different characteristics from children in general. Children with special needs have different social behavior because it depends on the social interactions of the people around them. The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge and insight and to find out the condition of social behavior of children with special needs. With that conducted research with qualitative descriptive method by collecting data, namely observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study are that the behavior of children with special needs is caused by family factors, biological factors, and sociology.

Abstract

Research with the title Parenting Pattern of An-Nur Pasanehan Orphanage, Canduang Dalam District. Shaping Morals. Orphanage parenting style. In Forming children's morals is a person who has the ability and expertise that is educational, fostering, directing, assessing and evaluating children in orphanages. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with data collection through observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display and data verification. The research aims to find out how the upbringing style of the An-Nur Pasanehan orphanage in Canduang District forms morals. The informants from this study consisted of several children who supported the results of this study, namely the existence of parenting patterns that shaped children's morals.

Abstract

Confidence is a deep belief that a person has about all the abilities he has and is aware of his shortcomings and is able to do something useful for himself and others. This study aims to find out how the role of the counselor in increasing the confidence of students of SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi in carrying out the learning process and in students' daily behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The variables used are Student Confidence and the Counselor's Role. The technique used is non-test instrumentation in the form of interviews and observations. The key informants are counselors and student support informants. The results show that most of the students at SMPN 2 Bukittinggi are able to develop their self-confidence as best they can, such as being able to ask questions when they don't understand something and even being able to display their talents and interests according to the field at the school, but sometimes there are also students who are shy and are afraid to ask about something they don't know, the counselor's role here is to provide solutions for students who are unable to develop themselves properly to be able to develop the potential and problems students face everyday. It turns out that not only that, but students also use a lot of self-confidence in terms of doing bad things, which means that students use too much time just for promiscuity, so this can trigger students' self-confidence during the learning process. Not spared from the increasingly sophisticated technology used, most students use it in terms of seeking entertainment and being narcissistic in cyberspace so that this can result in low student motivation during the learning process.

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain the role of administrators in facilitating children's educational aspirations, the challenges experienced by administrators in fulfilling their responsibilities, and the strategies used by administrators to overcome these challenges. The investigation used the descriptive technique. The used data collecting strategies include direct observation, direct communication, and documentary research. The corresponding data collection instruments include observation, interviews, and documentation. The study analysis was conducted in a qualitative descriptive fashion, including a total of 23 participants. These participants included 2 administrators from orphanages, 4 foster children from vocational schools, 16 foster children from middle schools, and 1 foster kid from an elementary school. Orphanage administrators have a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted education of children. They serve as motivators, facilitators, guides, and surrogate foster parents for the children's families or parents. The challenges faced by administrators in implementing the programme stem from the youngsters themselves and the availability of financing. The management is addressing the current difficulties by engaging with the children, seeking donors to provide financial support for the institution, and ensuring that all the requirements of the children at the orphanage are met.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the difficulties of prospective counselors in understanding the culture of origin of their counselee in cross-cultural counseling practices. The research aims to increase the cultural awareness of prospective counselors towards the counselee they help. This type of research is action research carried out through three cycles, namely, 1) prospective counselors understand the counselee’s culture from expert who have a different cultural background from the counselee, 2) prospective counselors understand the counselee’s culture from peers who have a different background from the counselee, and 3) prospective counselors understand the culture of individual who were born and raised in the counselee’s culture. The population in the research was 110 students from the BK UIN Bukittinggi department studying cross-cultural counseling. Samples were drawn using the accidental techniques as many as 40 people. The research data were processed using difference test (t-test). The results of the research reveal that prospective counselors understand the counselee culture more easily than individuals who were born and raise in the counselee culture. The result of this research recommend using sources from the culture origin to increase prospective counselors awareness of the counselee’s culture in cross-cultural counseling.
