Abstract

This research will discuss about the selection of the best mobile shops in the city of Padangsidimpuan. This research was conducted to find out the best mobile shop in the city of Padangsidimpuangiven to consumers through a Questionnaire. This study uses a Decision Support System with the Oreste method. The Oreste Method is one of the Decision Support System methods supported by Besson Ranking, which is the priority scale of each criterion indicator. The data used as an alternative is the data of cellphone shops in Padangsidimpuanwith a sample of 5 stores with 5 criteria, namely Price, Quality on Cellphones, Services, Consumer Attraction and Store Locations. The mount phase that is carried out in selecting a cell phone shop starts with analyzing the system that is done at the cellphone shop, then from the results of the analysis carried out weighting criteria at the cellphone shop, then carried out alternative weighting at the cell phone shop. After that the process of ranking the weight of alternative handphone shops is carried out. Based on alternative data and criteria using the Oreste method, it can be concluded that the best mobile shop is the Happy Cellular Shop with a Preference Value of Distance Score Value of 5.3556. Smaller than the other 4 stores.

Abstract

After wheat and maize, rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a very important food crop in the world. Rice is a rice-producing crop and is a very important food crop. Most of the world's population, especially in Asia, is still used as a staple food. During the cultivation process, many rice plants are susceptible to disease and pest attacks, including: leaf blight, tongguo grass, rice bursts, and dwarf grass. Generally, when rice plants are attacked by diseases and pests, farmers use pesticides directly or by means of countermeasures which are sometimes not suitable for diseases and pests that are infected in rice plants. As a result, prevention is not optimal and can even cause new diseases and pests. Assisting farmers in identifying early symptoms of plant diseases and rice pests, so that treatment of plant diseases and insect pests is more concentrated and maximally is the aim of this study. The processed data were 4 pests and diseases which were processed using case-based reasoning. This method will diagnose the types of rice and insect pests and its treatment steps with an accuracy of 95%. Therefore, this method is suitable for the diagnosis of rice disease.

Abstract

Penyakit hiperaktivitas merupakan suatu pola prilaku pada seseorang yang menunjukan sikap tidak mau diam, Anak hiperaktif adalah anak yang mengalami gangguan pemusatan perhatian. Hiperaktif atau attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) atau disebut juga sebagai gangguan hiperkinetik. Hiperaktivitas meliputi adanya kombinasi dari berbagai masalah, seperti kesulitan dalam memusatkan perhatian, hiperaktivitas, dan prilaku yang impulsif. Diagnosa hiperaktif biasanya dilakukan oleh seorang pakar atau ahli dibidang tumbuh kembang anak, namun sebenarnya orang tua juga dapat melakukan diagnosa awal kemungkinan hiperaktif pada anak dengan melakukan pengamatan perilaku anak dalam keseharian terutama dari cara berkomunikasi, berinteraksi sosial dengan anak sebayanya, dan kemampuan berimajinasi anak. Sistem pakar merupakan solusi untuk membantu orangtua dalam melakukan diagnosa awal kemungkinan hiperaktif pada anak. Sistem pakar ini dirancang dengan beberapa tahap diantaranya analisa kebutuhan sistem, desain, coding dan testing. Sistem pakar ini direpresentasikan dalam bentuk aturan dan metode penalaran yang digunakan adalah runtut maju forward chaining yaitu menarik kesimpulan dari beberapa tipe hiperaktif yang didapat dari gejala.

Abstract

Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (P2M) merupakan salah satu bentuk aktivitas dosen dalam memberikan kontribusi secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Untuk mendukung dosen dalam pelaksanaan adalah adanya Program Hibah Pengabdian Internal. Program Pengabdian Hibah Internal dimaksudkan sebagai kegiatan pengabdian dalam rangka membina dan mengarahkan para dosen untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam pengabdian di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE II) dalam kasus Dosen Penerima Hibah Pengabdian Internal. Penilaian proposal Hibah P2M masih bersifat manual tanpa adanya sistem yang membantu para reviewer. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang diharapkan menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam pemberian Hibah P2M internal. Perbandingan analisa yang dilakukan hanya menjaga kualitas dari pengabdian pada masyarakat di lingkungan Universitas Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan. Penerapan metode Promethee II diharapkan dapat membantu reviewer dalam menentukan calon dosen penerima Hibah P2M Internal.

Abstract

Today, information technology, especially soft computing technology is growing rapidly. One of the soft computing technologies that has been widely developed is fuzzy logic. This is because it can be used to measure various phenomena that are unclear, obscured or obscured. One of the research themes that uses fuzzy logic is the assessment system in research. Research [Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan Data Simlitabmas Still in the Leadership category for promotion to the Madya Faculty of UGN Padangsidimpuan is challenged to develop, dedicate and apply the knowledge needed in research. The goal according to this research is to apply fuzzy reasoning with the Mamdani method for lecturer research activities at the University of Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan. This research uses Mamdani fuzzy logic. The Mamdani fuzzy method is a way to convert the input space to the output space.

Abstract

The survival of a company is very important to maintain company productivity. The specific strategy used by a company to set the price of an item departs from a marketing strategy that is formulated to achieve its own goals. Therefore, the company needs to calculate the cost of goods because it is very important for the company's financial reporting. This study aims to allocate the cost of production of furniture for one product. The method used is the Fuzzy Sugeno method which is implemented in the MATLAB language. The application of the Fuzzy Sugeno inference method to determine the production price is based on the cost of raw materials and overhead costs. Data were analyzed using Fuzzy Sugeno inference, which produces output in the form of constants and linear equations. Based on tests carried out using the MATLAB application, it can be seen that the Fuzzy Sugeno inference technique provides the expected response, which can be used to calculate the cost of goods manufactured from a single product.
