Abstrak Seorang guru harus dapat mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah hasil PTK. Namun demikian kegiatan menulis artikel PTK nampaknya belum menjadi kebiasaan rutin bagi guru. Untuk meningkatkan publikasi artikel ilmiah hasil PTK, perlu pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi guru-guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah. Oleh sebab itu, program Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya, semester Gasal 2020/2021 ialah memberikan pelatihan penulisan penulisan artikel hasil penelitian tindakan kelas bagi guru SMPN 1. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan melalui kemitraan dengan Guru SMPN 1 Gresik, Kabupaten Gresik. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah Hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, melalui metode direct instruction. Hasil pelatihan yang telah dilakukan pada Guru SMPN 1 Gresik, yang telah dilakukan oleh Pogram Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia ialah sebagai berikut; 1) hasi pelatihan penyusunan artikel hasil PTK ialah peserta dapat menyusun artikel ilmiah hasil PTK dengan baik. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari 40 produk artikel yang ditulis oleh Guru SMPN 1 Gresik, yang memenuhi kriteria artikel yang baik dengan memperhatikan aspek pada setiap artikel ialah sebesar 94%, yang artinya pelatihan sudah mencapai tujuan pelatihan.

This study tries to expose traditional singer (pesinden) or waranggana life in Kota Malang and Kabupaten Malang. Gender analysis aimed is an analysis carried out to recognize conditional background and problems causing different roles between women and men. Theory used is Giele theory (1977) modified by Hagul (1987: 2-3). This theory focuses on some options taken in life (life option) of traditional singer (pesinden) in Malang. Six measurements used include political activity and behavior, free movement in job field, family establishment and pesinden rights, educational level she reaches, health and sexual attitude in her family and cultural expression in wayang entertainment art community. Those six measurements are used to recognize the status and role of pesinden in family, entertainment art community, and public. Pesinden position in her family is her right in selecting her husband, living right in sexual aspect and her right to propose divorce if there is unharmony in her family, the high status of pesinden in entertainment art community with special reward as high as main ‘level’ niyaga (traditional music player) and status of pesinden in her public with good ‘image’ in her audiences eyes. Pesinden function in her family as mother, as main supporting artist in entertaiment art community and as public organization pioneer in her community.

The current proposed discussion is related to the complexity that is analyzed based on the stage of thinking.This happens because the current turn of the era which 'back and forth' turns out into a cultural cross. Not monitoredin detail, followed by a changing educational system, and not necessarily in tune with the needs and expectations ofgenerations of "X" and "Y" in the present. In this connection, the idea of harmony can be learned from variousfolklore, which is common in speech stories or by using role models with the following characteristics; 1) always presentas the savior of the kingdom, 2) a consistent figure in the family (in the world of love and the protection of hisgeneration), 3) the original figure of the archipelago earth, not imported figures. All three of these are in the story / play-story of Folk Art Performing/Panji Tradition. Apresiator Mapping in the Digital Age Culture today and thefuture will be more complex, because it can not be separated from non-cultural factors, such as industry, economics,politics and technology. Therefore, the birth function of Review on Transfer Modes based on consideration is to observethe development of digital technology and information technology, increasingly supporting the transformation (Budiman,2012: ii). Considering ethnic and sub ethnic cultures, the digital age, the transfer of modes and regulations of"Cultural Progress", communicating the Panji Oral Tradition can be carried out as follows; 1) Direct or face-to-facecommunication, by way of storytelling, staging folk/traditional performances, effective in 3 T areas (disadvantaged,leading, marginalized) 2) Media communication, 3) Communication in modern areas/no communication systembarriers.
