Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Insecurity on Good Governance Practices with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable. The sample of this research is the managers of "Nepal Van Java". The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 115 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has no effect on good governance practices, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive effect on good governance practices, job insecurity has a positive effect on good governance practices, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job insecurity has a negative effect and does not. significant on job satisfaction, job satisfaction does not mediate Organizational Citizenship Behavior on good governance practices, and job satisfaction does not mediate job insecurity on good governance practices.Keyword: Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Job Insecurity; Good Governance; Job Satisfaction; Nepal Van Java ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Job Insecurity terhadap Praktek Good Governance dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para pengelola “Nepal Van Java”. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap praktek good governance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap praktek good governance, job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap praktek good governance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, job insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap praktek good governance, dan  kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi  job insecurity  terhadap praktek good governance.Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Job Insecurity; Good Governance; Kepusan Kerja; Nepal Van Java.

Abstract

Electronic Word of Mouth currently is a way for people transform informations with others. There is Perceived Risk which must be considered. This study aims to examine the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth, Persived Risk, on purchasing decisions in the Marketplace. The sample of this research is consumers who have made online purchases at Shopee in Magelang. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample 100 respondents. Multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0 program used in statistical process. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultanoustly, Electronic Word of Mouth and Perceived Risk have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.
