Abstract

The company certainly has a goal of increasing company value and welfare for shareholders. The company's goals can be achieved by the company by paying attention to the capital structure and financial performance of the company value. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure and financial performance on firm value. The data used in this study are secondary data from banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2017 with a sample of 18 companies selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure has no effect on firm value. Financial performance has an effect on firm value. Simultaneously, capital structure and financial performance have an effect on firm value. Abstract

The company must be able to provide high stimulation to its human resources in order to have optimal performance, namely performance that is in accordance with organizational standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cilacap Branch. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to 52 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the leadership style had an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t-value for the leadership style variable of 3,150 and α of 0.003. Compensation has an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t-value of 3.145 and α of 0.003. Organizational culture has an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t-value of 2.874 and α of 0.006. Leadership style, compensation and organizational culture jointly influence employee performance, as shown by the F-count value of 66.033 and α of 0.000.
