Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior regarding halal certification on food on purchase intention in Makassar City. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire. The sample in this study were 155 people with the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that consumer behavior regarding halal certification had a significant effect on people's buying interest as indicated by the equation Y = 0.001 + 0.797X with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, so the hypothesis in this study was accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV) at PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk This research uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (r2), t-test and f-test. The results show that partially capital structure (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, ( PBV) while profitability (ROA) has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously, capital structure (DER) and profitability have no significant effect on firm value (PBV). Based on the results of the coefficient of determination of 0.36, it means that the firm value (PBV) is influenced by capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) by 36% and the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors not examined. The hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemasan susu Bear Brand terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT.Oze Power Switch Makassar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif jawaban hasil kuesioner dengan skala likersdan analisis statistik berupa analisis regresi sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi yang didapatkan persamaan y=8,09+ 0,65x serta hasil analisis koefisien korelasia= 8,09 b= 0,65, 0,41 dan determinasi 0,1681 atau 16,81% serta diperoleh t hitungsebesar 3,272 lebih besar dari pada 1,674 (3,272 > 1,674)yang artinya terdapat pengaruh kemasan produk susu Bear brand terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT. Oze Power Switch Makassar.

Abstract

Abstrak_ Pada saat ini telah banyak ditemukannya konsep-konsep dalam dunia arsitektur. Berbagai macam konsep dilahirkan dari waktu ke waktu untuk mewujudkan desain yang lebih inovatif. Salah satu nya adalah konsep arsitektur Islam. Masjid merupakan salah satu dari penerapan bentuk arsitektur Islam. Dimana Arsitektur Islam adalah arsitektur yang di dalamnya nilai Islam diterapkan. Penelitian  ini  mengambil   Masjid  Agung Syekh Yusuf sebagai objek penelitian yang terletak di Jl. Masjid Raya, Sungguminasa, kecamatan Somba Opu, kab. Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui konsep filosofi penerapan arsitektur Islam pada Masjid Agung Syekh Yusuf Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif dengan menggambarkan suatu kondisi yang sebenarnya secara dekskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Islam pada Masjid Agung Syekh Yusuf di terapkan dengan baik. rancangan masjid dengan bentuk kubah, desain fasad merupakan hasil inovasi dari konsep Islam.Kata kunci : Filosofi; Konsep bentuk; Arsitektur Islam Masjid Agung Syekh Yusuf Abstrak_ At this time many concepts have been found in the world of architecture. Various concepts are born from time to time to realize more innovative designs. The mosque is one of the applications of Islamic architectural forms. Where Islamic architecture is an architecture in which the value of Islam is applied. This study took the Great Mosque of Syekh Yusuf as an object of research located on Jl. Masjid Raya, Sungguminasa, Kec. Somba Opu, district. Gowa, South Sulawesi. The study aimed to find out the philosophical concept of applying Islamic architecture at the Great Mosque of Sheikh Yusuf Gowa. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method by descriptively describing an actual condition. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey and document studi. The results of the study show that the application of Islam to the Supreme Court of Sheikh Yusuf was well implemented. mosque design with a dome shape, facade design is the result of innovation from the Islamic concept.Keywords: Philosophy; Conceptofform; Islamic architecture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the halal label on consumer purchasing decisions for Syifa care aromatherapy wind oil products at CV. Afsal Makmur. The data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive answers to the questionnaire results with a Likert scale and statistical analysis in the form of simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. the results of a simple regression analysis obtained the equation that is y = 8.137 + 0.49x, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between halal labels on consumer purchasing decisions for Syifa Care aromatherapy wind oil products at CV. Afsal Makmur. The results showed that the analysis of the correlation coefficient rxy 0.549 and r2 xy 0.3014 or 30.14% and obtained tcount of 5.06 is greater than ttable 1.6706 (5.06> 1.6706) with a significant level of 5% ( one side).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio dan debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham pada PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai persamaan dari regresi linear berganda Y = 14.099,506 + 744,174 X1 – 5.427,759 X2, koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,806, koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,65 atau 65%. Pada uji F diperoleh F hitung 6,496 > F tabel 4,35 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,025 > 0,05 artinya secara simultan current ratio dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa, Tbk, maka H3 diterima. Untuk hasil uji t pada variabel current ratio nilai t-hitung 0,27 < t-tabel 2,364 artinya current ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, maka H1 ditolak. Sedangkan untuk uji t pada variabel debt to equity ratio nilai t-hitung -3.333 < t-tabel -2.364 artinya debt to equity ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa, Tbk, maka H2 diterima. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Harga Saham

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Codeshop Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 34 sampel (responden). Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian adalah hasil dari persamaan regresi berganda yaitu Y = 0,533 + 0,493X1 + 0,498X2 untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Codeshop Makassar. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar (0,674) dan koefisien determinasi (0,454), uji-f dan uji-t, hasil perhitungan regresi berganda diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel (12,898 > 3,29) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya hasil uji-t terhadap variabel budaya organisasi diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,138 > 1,695) dengan nilai sig. (0,000 < 0,05) maka demikian Ho ditolak H1 diterima, artinya budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan t hitung > t tabel (2,479 > 1,695) dengan nilai sig. (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga H1 diterima Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Codeshop Makassar. H1 is accepted, meaning that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the motivation variable on employee performance resulted in T count > T table (2,479 > 1,695) with a sig. (0.000 < 0.05) so that H1 is accepted, Ho is rejected. Thus the results of the study indicate that organizational culture and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Codeshop Makassar. Abstract

This study aims for know influence satisfaction and trust to loyalty customers in use product superior micro (Kupedes) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (Persero) A. P. Pettarani Unit Office. As for the population study is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (Persero) customers A. P. Pettarani Unit Office which uses product superior micro (Kupedes). Sample finally obtained is 100 respondents. Data analysis used analysis track (Path Analysis) using Statistical Product Standard Solution (SPSS 25). The results of data analysis show that variable satisfaction influential significant to trust with mark X1 significanct of 0.0001 <0.05. However, variables satisfaction no there is influence significant to loyalty with mark X1 significance of 0.232>0.05. Variable trust there is influence significant to loyalty with mark X2 significance of 0.0001 <0.05. Then analysis satisfaction through trust to loyalty is known influence given directly of 0.126, meanwhile influence no direct X1 through X2 to Y of 0.581, which means that mark influence no direct more big compared to with mark influence direct. So that can concluded that in a manner no direct satisfaction through trust have influence significant to loyalty.

Abstract

The process of implementing the Zachman framework in a company is a strategy for developing and managing the company. Start-up companies like TIX.ID also apply this strategy to analyze and organize. The process of identifying using the zachman framework implementation in the application company TIX.ID, which is a service company, provides a real space for companies to be able to assess the right strategy for developing corporate architecture related to important matters concerning the running of the company. This implementation makes it easy for companies to make the right utilization of resources and decision-making processes for efficiency and effectiveness in the digital services industry. Not only for companies, the benefits of implementing the Zachman framework can be felt directly by users who feel the success of the application in providing comfort for the services provided.

Abstract

Consumers have become more sensitive to what they consume. Comprehensive information search and more accessible information acquisition will make it easier for consumers to make decisions. Social media is a supporting aspect for consumers in making decisions. Social media, which was previously used for personal communication, has now been used for communication in the broader business realm and plays a role as one of the supporters in the halal marketing process. The use of social media in marketing helps producers or sellers inform that the products being sold are halal products for Muslim consumers. Through social media, consumers can also easily obtain detailed information about a product before consumers make purchasing decisions. Halal marketing has become phenomenal in recent years because several products not in the form of food products have been branded as halal products. Products that are pioneers in halal branding include fashion and cosmetic products. This effort has altered the view that halal products are only limited to food products. This study used an interview method with 106 samples of productive age from several districts and cities in South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that 80% of the sample wanted cosmetic products to be halal to make purchasing decisions. In contrast, for fashion products, only 30% of the samples required the product to be halal to make a purchase decision.
